quick efficient friendly check in, modern lift, nice size room, recently renovated, limited tv channels (no English) but football every evening until late so a”happy bunny” super brekky including small circles of ham with onion (delicious) sausages in tomato, tasty scrambled egg, rolls, etc etc & very drinkable coffee with a quality taste! didn’t try dinner as “Argentina time” (start 9pm!), but lots of choices within 5 minutes walk including buffet for R30 which I tried & included beef, pork & chicken (and live football). recommended

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Had a shower problem since our arrival, as touching the shower knobs was giving an electric shock. The staff were very helpful and transfered our daughers to another room, but our room showed the same problem. They sent a technician, it was solved the first day then happened again and again. And we had to update our key card every day, as it stopped opening the door. Too many problems for such a short stay.

No hot water!

Don't stay here! I had no choice because my original hotel had overbooked their rooms. This hotel was old and run down, the room smelled horrible (lack of cleaning) and the bathroom had no water pressure or hot water! Breakfast was decent. But the staff was friendly.

Not a great experience

Hotel Foz do Iguacu was extremely run down! Which is a shame because if it were repaired and maintenance were kept up, it would be a treasure! Pictures online do not truthfully depict the condition of the hotel. Their credit card reader was not functioning and our reservation through Expedia was lost. In our room, the bathroom light and fan would not turn on. We tried exchanging the light bulbs with some we knew worked and checked the electrical box to see if the breaker had kicked off. Nothing helped. Maintenance was called but never came. The lights in the main room flickered on and off all night. The phone didn't work. We had reserved 2 nights but moved after one night into a very comfortable, clean, well kept hotel one block away for less than we had to pay at Hotel Foz do Iguacu.

Sempre que venho a foz fico nesse hotel e sempre recomendo aos amigos, mas dessa vez infelizmente a cama estava cheia de bichos estranhos não sei dizer se eram ácaros gigantes ou oque era pareciam carrapatos de tão grande… isso atrapalhou o descanso e sem contar o desconforto no corpo por conta das mordidas

Nossa estadia foi extremamente frustrante desde a chegada. No quarto havia formigas enormes, além de o secador de cabelo não funcionar, o que já demonstra falta de manutenção e higiene.
Ao chegarmos à noite, tentamos estacionar no estacionamento do hotel, mas o segurança Paulo informou que não havia mais vagas e nos orientou a deixar o carro em um galpão do hotel sem câmeras de segurança, o que nos deixou inseguros. Poucos minutos depois, um carro branco entrou e estacionou normalmente, mesmo com o estacionamento supostamente lotado. Ao questionarmos, foi dito que o casal teria ido apenas à farmácia, porém a mulher saiu do carro com uma caixa de pizza, o que contradiz a explicação.
Procuramos o Sr. Wilson da recepção para esclarecimentos e, após uma conversa confusa, ele simplesmente disparou o alarme de incêndio sem motivo algum, causando constrangimento e desconforto.
Para completar, na manhã seguinte, por volta das 08h50, enquanto ainda nos organizávamos para sair, a camareira abriu a porta do quarto com o cartão dela, perguntando se já iríamos embora, mesmo o checkout sendo às 11h. Percebemos que esse comportamento estava acontecendo com outros hóspedes também, o que é uma clara invasão de privacidade.
Tentamos falar com a gerente Vanessa, mas tanto o Sr. Wilson (turno noturno) quanto o funcionário do turno da manhã se recusaram a fornecer o contato.
Infelizmente, a experiência foi marcada por desorganização, falta de profissionalismo, insegurança e desrespeito ao hóspede

Ficamos o total de 5 dias, dois desses dias não houve limpeza no quarto , hotel sujo cheio de teia de aranha, baratas, estacionamento adicional cheio de entulhos e restos de material de construção sem controle remoto. Os pontos positivos são que os funcionários são muito solícitos e cordiais e, a cama e o chuveiro eram bons. O ponto negativo é que nosso quarto o 263, não tinha nada à ver com as fotos que vimos no aplicativo. No aplicativo o quarto era novo, mas quando chegamos nos deparamos com um quarto antigo, com móveis muito antigos e não tivemos nem coragem de colocar nossas coisas no guarda-roupa que tinha apenas um cabide de madeira também muito antigo. O quarto aparentemente passou por pequenas reformas recente como pintura da parede e box novo no banheiro. Fora isso era tudo muito antigo

Confesso que esperava mais desse hotel , achei o conforto do quarto medio , sem falar no barulho no corredor e de madrugada tem uns arrastados de móveis , tinha visto algum comentário sobre, mas achei que fosse algo pontual ,os itens do banheiro não eram trocados todos os dias após limpeza, fui trocado de quarto pq o primeiro estava com o ar condicionado quebrado, que por sinal era jurássico. A TV não era smart , então so pegavam canais normais. O café da manhã era bom , muitas variedades, pra quem gosta de coisas doces , o lugar é o certo.

fiquei por 10 dias. O hotel é super bem localizado, atendentes simpaticos e gentis. afe da manhã na média. Comida do restaurante gostosa. Piscina boa. Chuveiro, colchão, limpeza boas. Minhas queixas são: 1) agua do box vazando por debaixo do blindex molhando o banheiro; 2) porta de correr que fecha o banheiro emperrada e muito dura para fechar e abrir (deixei aberta por ser quase impossivel fechar); 3) muito barulho do corredor incomodando o descanso (poderiam vedar as postas dos quartos). é um hotel de movimento MUITO GRANDE.

Não espere muita coisa

Hotel bem antigo, elevador pequeno e com defeito. Roupas de cama e mesa (do restaurante) furadas. Banheiro pequeno e sem muita higiene ( sifão pingando).

Em resumo é bem simples e que está sem cuidado.

Hotel nos surpreendeu, funcionários educados, prestativos, local bem localizado.
Só não vou dar nota 10, pois o elevador estava com defeito e não parava no andar solicitado.
Outra coisa que nos desagradou bastante, foi uma senhora abrir a porta do nosso quarto, na madrugada, por sorte meu esposo estava acordado e barrou a entrada da mesma, liguei e reclamei na portaria, mas infelizmente ninguém nos retornou para dar uma explicação, pois foi muito constrangedor.
Também não tem vaga reservada para PCD.

Estadia super agradável, tivemos problemas com muitas formigas no primeiro quarto e foram super solícitos em nos trocar de quartos, sendo que sempre que precisávamos, estavam à disposição. Em relação à limpeza, estava agradável, mas podia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros e principalmente do exaustor e ar-condicionado.

Pedi um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro, nos deram. Mas era impossível de se movimentar entre as camas, armário caindo aos pedaços, para minha sogra com mobilidade reduzida circular tivemos que juntar duas camas no canto pra dar espaço. Baratas, eu tenho horror mas cada ida ao banheiro era uma novidade. Durante a primeira noite o ar condicionado que ficava em cima da cama soltou muita água durante a madrugada e minha sogra tomou um banho enquanto dormia. Então pedimos para nos trocar de quarto pois a cama molhou toda, trocaram por um no térreo, pois bem apareceram baratas muitos maiores que no quarto anterior. Tinha barata até na vitrina da joalheria que tinha lá dentro. De bom mesmo só tinha a localização de resto situação precária e lamentável. A foto anexada foi a que lembrei de tirar visto que tenho muito medo, minha mãe e minha sogra matavam as baratas antes de eu ver. Ar condicionado do segundo quarto extremamente barulhento. Quarto do lado do estacionamento de ônibus muito barulho de manhã.

O atendimento dos funcionários foram excelentes. Tem que melhorar a água do chuveiro demora para atingir o aquecimento, gastando muita água ou tomando banho com água fria se estiver com presa. Também tem que colocar suportes para toalhas de banho e rosto. O café da manhã, também muito bom.

Incrível como sempre, porém no check in me fizeram esperar pois a desculpa era que estavam fazendo a limpeza dos quartos, mas uns minutinhos depois chegou um excursão e estavam liberando todos para os quartos, aí tive que chamar a tenção dos recepcionistas que não era justo, um quarto não tinha, mas para um ônibus inteiro tinha......

Estadia muito confortável, precisei de uma lavanderia e havia uma indicação perto do hotel, hotel dispõe de área de piscina e outras áreas com excelente limpeza e cuidado. Hotel fica próximo a várias farmácias, mercado, restaurantes dando oportunidade de desfrutar de muitos locais. Café muito saboroso e organizado, hotel permite entrada de animais o que é muito bacana. Certamente voltarei.
O único motivo de ter atribuído 4 estrelas foi somente pelo fato do ar-condicionado estar faltando manutenção liberando cheiro dentro do quarto. A limpeza do banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais caprichada, no rejunte do box.

Hotel para pessoas adultas

Hotel na rua onde há opções de restaurantes, farmácia, bancos e saídas para o turismo. Café da manhã normal, não tem nada com a opção sem lactose ou sem glutem, comi frutas e bebi sucos. O quarto estava limpo, do lado da rua tem bastante barulho. Cama casal são duas de solteiro confortáveis, não interveriu em nada, frigobar funcionando, vazio, tv ok, o secador de cabelo muito antigo e quando ligava aparecia fogo dentro sem condições de uso, tem que trocar urgente. Ducha boa, quente, tem achar o ponto certo, serviço de quarto ok, ar condicionado ok. O hotel estava cheio e não tinha barulhos no corredor, o perfil de hóspedes era pessoas de 30 a 70 anos sem filhos e que foram para compras na fronteira. Saiam cedos, o café começa 06 horas e retornavam à noite. Não vi casais com crianças e bebês. tinham poucos adolescentes, mas que ficavam na entrada ou jogos, discretamente. Acredito que é um hotel para casais adultos ou amigos.Vi bastante pessoas idosas, que iam as compras. Nós ficamos no primeiro andar e o elevador só parava no segundo. Tínhamos que usar as escadas.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem um café da manhã farto. O quarto em que me hospedei poderia ser melhorado. Só havia tomadas e interruptores de luz longe da cama, o painel da cama não funcionou. O banho é muito bom, o quarto estava bem limpo.
