This is older hotel with updated bathrooms. A/C in room worked well, but. There is very poor lighting in the room needed to. Due work at desk. Also no comfortable chair and no coffee maker or teakettle to make coffee. Other hotels provide 1 or two bottles of water per days in this very hot location. But the only water had to be purchased. 😟. Outside the room there is no A/C. While the breakfast was great, I had to ask for A/C to be turned on upon entry many times. Agents at front desk did not know English..

The biggest problems were that the AC was not sufficient to cool the room, and the noise from the pool area was too much. Kids screaming at the pool until 11PM even though it said the pool closed at 10PM. Also they had a band at the pool for several hours and the guy had a terrible voice.

This hotel was a great deal for the price. It was clean, had good service, and offered a safe property to rest for the night. The hot tub was great. The breakfast selection looked amazing, we had to take ours to go so we didn’t get to try a lot of the food, but it looked great! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Me gustó

El lugar esta bien ubicado, cerca de un mall, tiene servicio de masaje, piscina e hidromasaje, esta limpio, el restaurante esta bien. Lo único malo es que las condiciones del hotel estan un poco desgastadas, había un desperfecto eléctrico en la habitación. Todo el resto ok.

An agreeable stay when visiting Iguazu Falls

Centrally located hotel in Foz. Near bus station, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Great pool area wonderful to have on hot afternoons. Fun giant pool inflatables! Great breakfast with lots of choices. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out to visit the Brazilian side of the falls.

The only real down side was the air conditioning was very loud. Keeping us up at night. Rooms could be updated but a really nice stay overall.

Friendly and very nice staff with English speaking available, good variety breakfast, great restaurants within the budget. It is very nice to have a bar next to the pool which make it perfect.
Lastly the manager on site-forgive me for not remember her name (her first name starts with the letter M). She was very helpful of providing tips and where to find great local foods. Will definitely stay at Foz Plaza Hotel again and totally recommended.

O hotel é tranquilo e central. Tivemos um contratempo inicial. O quarto não estava pronto mesmo após o horário de check in, tivemos que agurdar uns 30 minutos e o atendente não foi muito cordial. No dia seguinte a gerente me ligou, pediu desculpas e ofereceu um upgrade de quarto pelo contratempo. O café da manhã é bem completo, nas noites de sexta e sábado tem show de música ao vivo na beira da piscina. A infra do hotel é bacana e, no geral, o serviço é muito bom.

Nice clean room with good breakfast

The hotel is clean and modern, we have 4 adults with two twin size beds and one double bed, the double big is as big as a king size bed, there are comfy. The buffet breakfast is included with lots of food. Our iguazu waterfall tour guide pickup at our hotel so even it is a bit far from city center or nothing to see at neighborhood, it’s still okay!

Foi excelente! Equipe atenciosa, café da manhã com várias opções, incluindo tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora, algumas opções sem glúten e sem lactose e um excelente buffet de caldos no jantar pago a parte mas preço justo. Acrescento que no mês de julho houve recreação e minha filha adorou. Em especial a \"tia Katrina\" fazia a alegria da criançada e era muito cuidadosa com os pequenos. Voltaria e indico!

Experiencia decepcionante, hotel bajo de servicio.

Experiencia muy mala. No había wifi en la habitación, solicitamos a recepción ayuda y la persona encargada culpo nuestros celulares e IP que sinceramente ni la propia persona podia explicarse.
Nos cobraron uso de la piscina, cuando no aclaraba en la reserva. Y por ultimo el hotel no dispone de comida. Solamente venden papas fritas y polenta frita.

Camas en buen estado, no volvería a repetir experiencia.

Very close to bus terminal. Easy to go to the falls, bird sanctuary, dam and even the airport. Breakfast was decent and clean. Staff were helpful.

Very good price for this level of comfort

The hotel is under retrofitting and because of that stone areas are not so pretty. But the location is excellent. The price is good and the service overall is amazing.

Terrible service- would NOT recommend

I was excited to stay at the hotel when I booked it but that excitement went away rather quickly when I was dealing with incompetent staff from start to finish. The reception staff decided to ignore me and continue chatting amongst themselves. Another one told me when I handed in my laundry to be done that it would be ready that SAME evening- but when I came to pick it up, ANOTHER receptionist told me that it wouldn't be ready till the next day at least. She didn't even bother to look around to see if the clean laundry had arrived. She just had the audacity to laugh at my situation with no help provided whatsoever. That same evening, when I asked about the restaurant at the hotel, I was told that it would be open at 7 but when I came down at 7:30- the receptionist said that it was closed for the night. When I asked if there was anywhere else to go eat, she said 'no' and didn't offer ANY help.
When I asked them to help organise a taxi for me to go to iguassu falls, they once again were unhelpful. The male receptionist rolled his eyes at me as if I was causing too much trouble and asked me to go across the road to the taxi parked and figure it out myself- he said this to me knowing that I didn't speak a word of Portuguese.
At checkout- when settling the bill for the room, the same receptionist was useless. He said that he wouldn't accept USD OR rials in payment because he had no change to give me. The only option was to pay by card. DO NOT STAY HERE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

This was never a 4 star hotel, as advertised. The location was ok, but the rooms were quite basic. There was no hot water; the shower was broken; we had to change rooms one night because the electricity went off. The hotel was full of groups. The English version of the hotel guide came straight away from Google Translator. When we checked in we had to wait until the receptionist finished texting before she attended to us.

Hotel confortável, atendentes eficientes e boa estrutura, bom custo benefício, se você quer um hotel OK, essa é uma boa alternativa, porém se você quer algo a mais não recomendo! Hotel peca nos detalhes! Atendentes são eficientes mas não são nem um pouco simpáticos, da recepção, as moças que limpam o quarto até o pessoal do café da manhã. O quarto que fiquei não tinha internet na TV, pedi uma refeição de almoço e a carne estava dura, reclamamos porém não deram nenhum retorno, Wi-Fi disponível era muito ruim, cartões para acessar o quarto toda hora dava problema, secador de cabelo do quarto não funcionava, achamos uma barata no quarto, éramos em 4 pessoas e me disponibilizaram um quarto para 3, no dia que cheguei eu liguei na recepção e a atendente simplesmente me disse que não podia fazer nada, no dia seguinte um outro funcionário foi um pouco mais inteligente trocou o meu quarto, porém passei a primeira noite bem desconfortável, minha mãe é idosa e precisava de um banheiro com barra para segurar ou um suporte de acento para privada, porém não me disponibilizaram nenhum dos dois, minha mãe teve dificuldade para usar o banheiro todos os dias!
É a 4 vez que me hospedo no hotel, e percebi que o hotel passou por uma reforma grande interna e está agora reformando a fachada, me parece que está em busca de ser um hotel com um nível mais alto, o hotel está cada vez mais bonito, porém está pecando nos detalhes e não está proporcionando uma excelente estadia para os hóspedes.

A banheira da hidro é bem quente, só estava suja. O hotel é melhor pessoalmente do que pelas fotos. Amei minha estadia. O espaço de brinquedos baby e a copa foram essenciais. Meus filhos tem um ano e 8 meses. Foi tranquilo. As redes fizeram toda diferença. Já quero voltar!

Excelente opção em Foz. Pertinho de tudo, estacionamento disponível, quartos confortáveis, chuveiro bom, café da manhã ótimo. Os colchões poderiam melhorar, pois apesar de enormes não são tão confortáveis. Mas indico o estabelecimento, inclusive se algum dia retornar a Foz, me hospedarei novamente.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, rua calma e o café da manhã é maravilhoso! Quartos e banheiros bem espaçosos, piscina, sala de ginástica, tem um spa em anexo. Minha única observação é que eles poderiam deixar uma cortesia tipo garrafa de água no check in dos hóspedes, e adiantar o horário para 14:00 ao invés de 15:00.

Excelente hospedagem em Foz do Iguaçu

O hotel é muito confortável e bem localizado. O café da manhã é diversificado e de excelente qualidade. Fomos alojados em um quarto com vista para a piscina, porém visitamos a cidade de Foz do Iguaçu em meio a uma onda de calor e os quartos com essa vista recebem muita irradiação solar, tornando-os quentes e desagradável a hospedagem, apesar do ar-condicionado. Além disso, tivemos um problema estrutural no nosso primeiro dia e o hotel prontamente nos realojou em um quarto melhor, do lado da sombra. Posso, ainda, acrescentar que o hotel apresenta muitas comodidades aos hóspedes, um hall bonito e agradável, bem como uma ampla área de lazer, piscinas, jacuzzi, sala de apoio ao hóspede com água quente e micro-ondas e uma sala para passar roupas, além de lojinha de souvenirs, atendimento da Loumar e filial da Florybal (chocolates de Gramado). O serviço de quarto foi impecável! Sem dúvida, uma excelente estadia em Foz do Iguaçu!

Cortei meu pé na piscina, passei um calor extremo no quarto, precisei trocar e fui pressionada a sair no checkout mesmo depois de ter combinado na recepção que eu tinha tido problemas com o quarto. Tratamento diferente (meus amigos que tbm precisaram trocar de quarto, receberam voucher de almoço e minha família teve o mesmo negado). Comunicação parece que não acontece internamente. Alguns funcionários muito rudes (tanto no café da manhã quanto no bar da piscina).
