The property is very well located, super close to the city center of Foz and the bus terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible! If you’re a light sleeper, you may need earplugs (depending on where is your room). Overall, great cost/benefit ratio, definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The room was small and our window faced the street - and it was noisy! It was a good thing I had ear plugs from my flight or I wouldn't have slept at all. The windows are thin, single pane glass. We stayed here because we had two children with us and it was one of a very few hotels we could find that all four of us could sleep in the same room.

Located very close to the terminal central bus station (2 blocks) and around the corner from the main shopping district. Excellent churrascaria located 2 blocks to the west (Churrascaria do Gaúcho) for R$20 per person that includes an icre cream buffet. Hotel is extremely basic, and yes, there is NOT an elevator as others have mentioned. They also do not give you any shampoo. Aside from that, the AC unit is very strong and will cool the room in a mere minute or two. The TV quality sucks. The bed was ok and lots of blankets were provided.

There was nothing special about the Villa Canoas Hotel, but it met all of my needs during my stay. The hotel was conveniently located near the city bus station which made travel around the city and to nearby cities in Argentina and Paraguay quite easy. There is also good shopping along nearby Brasil Street which leads into downtown. There was a good selection at breakfast. Staff was quite helpful. Air conditioning was satisfactory and hot water always available. The bed was a little short with the sheets being inadequate for the bed. I slept pretty well although there was street noise from loud cars and loud audio systems.

Ótima localização! Hotel simples, com um bom café da manhã, ótimo atendimento da recepção e tudo muito limpo. Lençóis e toalhas de banho/rosto precisam ser renovadas. Não há secador de cabelos nos quartos, sempre que quiser usar precisa pedir, buscar e devolver na sequência na recepção. No quarto há telefone para se comunicar com a recepção, mas não há nenhum aviso indicando o número para ligar. De modo geral, atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades para os dias que ficamos hospedados.

Havia muito barulho dos hóspedes andando e conversando (em voz alta) durante toda noite e madrugada, não consegui dormir bem, como de costume.
As camas são confortáveis e limpas, mas o banheiro estava sujo, o piso e rejunte do revestimento são escuros, o que “esconde “ a sujeira, porém a sujeira estava bem visível no interior e parede do box, havia mofo no teto do banheiro também.

O Hotel não possui elevador. As camas de solteiros sao estreitas e os colchoes são velhos, nao tem secador de cabelo fixo no banheiro. Tem que esperar o hospede devolver na recepção para usar. E isdo subindo e descendo escadas. O telefone do so recebe ligações e nao faz. Então se precisar de slgo tem que descer as escadas e falar na recepção. E finalmente os cobertores e mantas aprentabvam nao serem lavados e cheirando a suor.

Fui colocada em um quarto no térreo minúsculo, ao lado do salão de alimentação, no dia seguinte mudamos de quarto, maior, porém, as tomadas só funcionavam se as luzes ficassem acessas, até chequei com a recepção, porém o atendente disse que no domingo só ele tranalhava e não haveria como resolver, secador fica na recepção e não no quarto, e havia um único adaptador de tomada, inacreditável, ao solicitar o ferro de passar roupa, fui encaminhada para uma lavanderia e o ferro super aqueceu e estava muito sujo, não tive como usar, enfim, alguns contratempos tão básicos mas o suficiente para baixar demais a avaliação, não acho que volto ao hotel.

Boa estadia, a localização é um dos pontos fortes do hotel, assim como o atendimento também, no geral, todos os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos. No mais, bom quarto! Um ponto a desenvolver seria ter chuveiro a gás para os dias frios. Mas no geral, recomendo o hotel!

Ótimo atendimento na recepção, seu Luiz muito atencioso, quarto agradável e de bom tamanho, bom chuveiro, limpo, café da manhã muito bom, garagem espaçosa e coberta. Wi Fi funcionou bem no quarto. A única questão é que não tem elevador, quem tiver dificuldades com escada, pede um quarto no térreo. Localização excelente com tudo próximo.

Localizado na esquina com o Terminal de Transporte Urbano, torna a visita aos pontos turísticos da cidade bem práticos para quem está em casal ou sozinho. O atendimento foi excelente. Acomodações básicas, mas condizentes com o preço. Ponto negativo: não tem uma placa de “não perturbe”. Por duas vezes a camareira já foi abrindo a porta do quarto. Foi desagradável, pois na primeira eu estava me preparando para tomar banho.
