Very clean and comfortable family room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and with a good variety for everyone. The pool was a big hit for our group and the service was excellent and very responsive. The location is very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The tour booth located in the lobby was a lifesaver, as we did all our reservations for our visit to Iguazú Falls with that company and everything was excellent!

No balanço geral foi bom. O quarto família foi essencial para acomodar minha família de 5 pessoas. Café da manhã ok, acomodação simples. Pontos a melhorar: como estava com crianças, algumas atrações molham ou sujam as roupas precisei de lavanderia e a do hotel não estava disponível. Tive que procurar pela região e isso é muito ruim. Outro ponto: o ar condicionado de um dos quartos era velho é extremamente barulhento. Todo o time muito cortês.

Me hospedei recentemente e, de forma geral, tive uma boa experiência. A localização do hotel é excelente, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O primeiro quarto em que ficamos apresentou um problema no vaso sanitário, mas a equipe prontamente nos realocou para outro, resolvendo a situação com agilidade.

O quarto era simples, mas limpo, com cama confortável, bons cobertores e um chuveiro quente e de boa pressão. O serviço de quarto também funcionou bem durante toda a estadia. O estacionamento é um pouco limitado, mas conseguimos utilizá-lo sem maiores dificuldades.

Destaque para o atendimento da equipe, sempre atenciosa e prestativa. Apesar de não ser um hotel novo, oferece conforto e um bom custo-benefício.

O hotel foi nível médio. Apresentou problemas no ar condicionado no primeiro quarto, e um pequeno entupimento no ralo da pia. Fomos realocados para outro quarto onde as condições eram satisfatórias também. O quarto não tinha 3 camas de solteiro como solicitado na reserva inicial. Possuía uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro. A posição da cama de casal não tinha tomada para carregar o celular, e a luminária ficava no presa no logo acima do travesseiro. Isso mostra que o quarto não foi projetado para aquela configuração que se tornava incomoda.

The property was outdated in comparison to the pictures. It felt like the pictures were from 10 years ago. The air conditioning did not work well in the room. It was not strong especially given how hot and humid it can be. The breakfast was solid and comprehensive. The staff were helpful.

Por falta de informações mais precisas, tivemos um desencontro com o transfer de cortesia que nos tinha sido oferecido na chegada, porém, o funcionário do hotel foi super prestativo, e conseguiu realocar a cortesia para o transfer da volta ao aeroporto, com isso, proporcionou a nós um maior conforto. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Adorei o hotel e recomendo.

I liked the location of the hotel, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. They have a small travel agency desk where you can arrange the various places of interest.
The breakfast was ok, they have small savoury and sweet pastries, which were rather dry, didn't look fresh, a part from that the rest was good.

the staff are informative. Arrange a taxi trip from hotel to Argentina Iguazzu and they did offer me a fair rate and is fuss free. The hotel is next to a shopping street but strangely the shops closed very early when we got back from Iguazzu for both days. Only problem i would say is the sheets used for the beds. They are too thin and too small and it tends to get lossen in the night and i would be sleeping directly on the mattress without the sheet. Would suggest they use a better, bigger and thicker bed sheet.

Clean hotel with air con and comfortable bed. Don’t expect much more from a 3* hotel at that price. If you are going solely for the Falls I would stay closer to the airport/Falls. Not much happening in town and it is a bit of a drive between the two. So would make more sense to be closer to the Falls which is also closer to the border if you are planning on going to the Argentinian side.

This hotel is conveniently located close to all major streets in Foz do Iguacu. The rooms were clean and well kept. The pool was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke good english. There is a free airport pick up service which was excellent for us. The hotel was able to check us in 2 hrs before the check in time for free. The tourism desk situated at the hotel lobby was really helpful in getting us tickets for the city tour and the Rafain churrascaria dinner show.

This hotel is a gem. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel super welcome. Reception team friendly & helpful, speaking excellent English. Rooms were well serviced by Housekeeping. The central location is perfect to explore Foz, restaurants and to catch public transport buses to the airport & Iguacu Park. Good hotel breakfast. Didn't use the swimming pool but the area was thoroughly cleaned each morning and there's a bar area/pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief 3 night stay - great location, great value, great staff.

We stayed 4 nights and had a fun time in Foz. The room is very clean, good WIFI and air conditioning. Excellent breakfast selection. The swimming pool can be relaxing after a hot day, especially for children. Highly recommended if you plan to stay on Brazil side of the Falls.

Good location in Foz.

If you are traveling to Iguassu Falls for a short trip this is an excellent choice for a hotel. Located in the centre of town, it has relatively easy access to the bus (be prepared it gets really packed in the morning to the Falls). The town itself is rundown and surprisingly not tourist-friendly since this is pretty much the only reason for its existence. Not sure I would be encouraged to go back again. There are a few good places to eat around - we recommend Marias & Maria for a good choice by the kilo, but not Buffalo Branco as it is overpriced and the food is poor (meat like leather and everything over-salted). The pool is really cold. The breakfast is superb with so many excellent choices. The staff are friendly with individuals that speak very good english. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great place to stay when visiting Iguacu falls

I stayed here in March 17 when I visited both sides of the falls. It was great and I couldn't have asked for more! There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the driver was waiting for me with a name sign when I landed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable; I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower and hot water. There was a very large selection at the breakfast buffet; all high quality. Their Customer Service was over and above what I expected. The staff spoke good English and were lovely; offering to come and meet me when I got myself lost and had to call for directions, translating on the phone for me when I had to try and resolve a problem I had with a tour and calling someone from their tech support who came to the hotel when my mobile would not connect to the internet. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

I stayed here for 3 nights in February 2017. The room was spacious and clean and staff very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a considerable amount of food to choose from, quite good. Location was excellent as it was one block back from the main street, therefore no noise from that street.

Strict 2pm check-in.
Airport pick up needs to be directly dealt with the hotel.

Breakfast selection was excellent.

Pool was open from 10-10pm but it was too cold at the time of the year.

While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the waterfalls, it more than makes up for it in comfort and hospitality. We got a great deal with our airline tickets and were pleasantly surprised with the Accomodations. The staff was helpful with storing our bags before our room was ready, helping us find places to eat and getting us taxis. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Hotel, staff were great. The reason I will not reckoned it is the cleanliness of the air conditioner, generally I don't have dust allergy, however sleeping there for 3 nights it got so bad that I needed to take medication.

This hotel is very practical for when you want a good place to stay without breaking you bank. It is very accesible as it is in the middle of Downtown Foz do Iguaçu. The overall appearance of the hotel is very neat, hallways, elevators, lobby, restaurant and most importantly rooms are always clean. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The personnel was very serviceable. Nothing to regret.

Amazing deal!

I'm a female solo traveller. I booked this hotel because I needed a nice and safe place to stay when visiting Foz do Iguacu. Since it's off-season, I got an amazing price on this hotel which included free breakfast and wi-fi. The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the bus stop that you need to take to Iguacu National Park and the airport. It's just R2.9 (USD 84 cents) one way! Bus departs every hour.

I contacted the hotel directly before my stay to see if they offer any shuttles from the airport to the hotel and they offer free shuttle from airport to hotel. I arrived to the hotel late in the evening and the staff member was very nice. When I told him I would be taking the bus to the Falls, he gave me a map and showed me where the stop was and which bus to take. Another attendant escorted me to my room to make sure my key was working and to carry my luggage.

The room was nice and looked newly renovated. My only issue is that they put me on the first floor. But unlike a hotel I stayed at in Rio de Janeiro, it was a very quiet neighborhood, so it wasn't so bad.

Their free breakfast was good and they had a lot of variety. They had pao de queijo (little cheesy bread balls) - try it! And try the pineapple with mint juice, very good.

Internet was good too, but was slow at times when I was uploading photos from the day to DropBox on my phone.

Sadly at night, the city is dead. Fortunately, there was a nice restaurant a couple of minutes down the street (Chef Lopes).

Not bad but not great.

This hotel was clean. The breakfast offered was good. The staff however are not able to communicate very well in English. This hotel was located in the center of town which made it very convenient to explore the town and shop. This hotel offers a ride from the airport to the hotel on your arrival, however, even though we called in a timely manner to make this appointment and they took all our information, they failed to send transportation. After we did communicate this problem, they did provide us a ride back to the airport when we were leaving. This location is close to the bus station and convenient to take public transport bus # 120 to the Falls and Bird park. One other thing one needs to know is that the beds were as hard as a rock so it was not a great nights sleep for us.

It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and they provide very abundant food for breakfast, plenty of options to choose from if you stay a couple of nights. I stayed 4 nights and realized after the second day I wasn't looking forward to have breakfast since they would have the exact same thing as the two days before. The food is great, at least 4 warm options (eggs, sausage, baked pastries, warm bread), fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, plenty of bread and deserts. The problem is, it is the same every day, so after 2 mornings it's not as exciting. Their location is also great, near restaurants and shops, you can walk to the central terminal about 4 long blocks, or there is a bus stop just steps away from the hotel entrance you can catch a bus there to go to the terminal and you only pay once. I found you can take public transportation to all major attractions in the city. I didn't get to use the pool since it's being renovated. They have travel/tour services right at the hotel lobby, they pick you up for free from the airport but you will need to pay for transportation when you leave, the rate is very reasonable compared to taxis.

Comfortable hotel & great breakfast

Had a good two night stay here during a trip to the falls. The room was very clean and the bed large and ccomfortable. WiFi was good and consistent. The shower is honestly one of the best I've ever had - super powerful. Breakfast was also great - lots of cooked and cold options. My only complaint would be that I could not arrange a transfer from the airport - I called to arrange it a few days before staying and was told someone would be waiting for me but this didn't happen. I didn't bother following up when I arrived as the receptionist didn't speak English. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Clean & pleasant hotel

The wifi code is revealed by scratching a 3rd party card they give you, one per guest, and you can use the code only on one device, plus you have to remember which code you used on what device as you will need to enter the code every time you turn on your device. Plus the wifi was so weak & annoying. The elevator was being worked on for the duration of our 4 night stay so we had to carry our luggage to an upper floor & back down. The room and hotel was very clean & may have been renovated recently, and breakfast was great. The service in general was great, except for the language barrier at the front desk but you'll have other staff to translate for you. Oh, and they charge a daily rate for their antiquated safe in the rooms although hotels.com says it's included.

Recommended - but no airport pick up

Overall, I would recommend the hotel. It's near the bus stops, good food, and a central location.

We booked through Expedia and were told we'd get a free airport pick up. We provided our flight info, but there was a communication failure between Expedia and the Hotel and we were not picked up. This would have caused us to review the hotel negatively; however, Hugo at the front desk was very helpful and was able to set up a complimentary airport drop off instead.

To those concerned about english... Some of the staff speaks english and some do not. Nowhere do they advertise that they speak english, so I don't find it justifiable to consider this a negative... but be aware that the night shifts do not speak english.
