The resort was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our booking where I spoke to the hotel and told them not to give us a room with kids next door as we had booked a semi private pool suite and it was a romantic Birthday getaway. We were given a pool suite with screaming and yelling kids splashing just what kids should be doing but definitely not a relaxing romantic room we had requested. We had no choice but to pay the additional fees and upgrade to a private villa so we could save our trip from disaster. Also I was told Breakfast would be included which it wasn't. Everything was great except the unexpected charges and I would only stay back here if I'm credited for those unexpected charges. I would also give it 5 stars if it wasn't for those charges

Beautiful view. Lots of breakfast options. Not really close to anything though, you need to take a car to go into town for anything you can’t get at the resort. We paid for all-inclusive but it was a set menu for drinks and food, so not really ALL-inclusive, more like semi-inclusive.

The resort is abt 20m from Phuket old town n abt an hour min from Patong. It’s dated and old. The one day we were in the room when the cleaning lady was there. She put the vacuum cleaner on to clean the outside patio which has trees all around and bird droppings etc - I stopped her from cleaning outside bec she was going to use the same vacuum cleaner to clean inside - she then cleaned inside and proceeded to use the vacuum on the table surfaces! Then went back to the floor and side tables. That is not hygienic and we put our belongings on those tables etc. That’s unacceptable. She did not use a cloth to wipe the surfaces - table, counter etc. The counters were dusty. The couch in the room was old, the cushion was sinking and stained. Amenities were not replaced- the one day the shower gel was out. It’s not the quality that used to be associated with the Westin brand. Service in the breakfast restaurant was slow especially the egg station. Even the tea / coffee took time. The all inclusive option isn’t worth it. It was quite a disappointment. The beach is down many stairs and it’s a narrow strip which is also pebbly.

The place is wonderful, a lot of greenery, the sand beach right below the hotel. Two swimming pool, 3 restaurants, perfect for us. Golf carts available if you don't want to walk between your room and the activities...
And we've been upgraded (I wanted a suite with the sofa bed upstairs instead of the sitting area next to the bedroom).
The only downside in the room was the noise from the A/C...it is an issue in most of the hotel I went to.

We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

The staff were really good however since we booked 2 rooms we had to be moved twice due to room issues and maintenance of the hotel.
Regardless the team was very effective in moving us rooms however the inconveniences of having to move more than once was uncomfortable. Nevertheless the staff were great and the ones who made our stay comfortable.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The permanent team of gardeners keep the hotel and grounds looking top notch. Some of the properties are quite high up a steep hill but they have carts to accommodate guest movement. Breakfast was amazing with ample choice.

Great view of the bay right when you check in. Staff are very nice and friendly. All speak english. We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away.

Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic.

We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing.

This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at.

Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic.

Everything is run down and needs some updating. There was no pool service and most sun beds didn’t even have mattresses. The towels in the rooms really need binning they are that old and crusty! The room itself is very tired looking with an odd smell. The air con seemed to not work so well in the middle of the night either.

-waited 10 minutes on golf cart shuttle many times but when I was 4 min late to beach shuttle they left without me and they had my stuff. I wouldn’t be upset, but with how expensive each thing is here, they should be better
-room smelled horrible. Shower drain didn’t work and overflowed every shower
-beach area smells and is rock covered and muddy, unlike the pictures
-front desk staff is nice
-property is beautiful, just sad how expensive it is.
-toilet leaking non stop
-my best description would be: beautiful resort, but too expensive, cheaply made but beautiful.

I picked this hotel because it appeared to have a nice beach with chairs, bar, etc...and this was where I planned to spend the entire weekend. I booked an oceanfront room to enjoy it all. Well, the only part of this property that is oceanfront is the beach bar. I still can't wrap my head around how they can advertise oceanfront rooms when no such thing exists there. Their idea of oceanfront is ocean view. After questioning this repeatedly, the staff where kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room, which was a kind gesture but not what I thought I booked. The beach has sand but don't try to walk into the water without water shoes as there is nothing but rocks, rocks, and more rocks. Again, not what I expected. I ended up spending the time at a pool, which was very nice but I could have done that almost anywhere else. On the positive side, the staff were all wonderful, the property is beautiful, and the food was great! I had a nice time though I do feel that I was mislead.

The service and staff were immaculate. We stayed a week and had an all inclusive stay. Each restaurant was lovely, breakfast amazing. The massages and spa treatments were fantastic. The location is quiet and peaceful, great views and nice beach, about an hour from the airport and 15mins from Old Phuket Town. Very glad we stayed there and away from the hussle and bussle of Patong and the markets, while still being a short taxi ride from everything. The bird watching tour was great too, definitely recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach.
The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down.

We got to the hotel early around 1. Check in was at 3 so we decided to grab lunch and wait. When check-in arrived they still didn’t have our room ready and we had to wait another hour before they upgraded our room for us. After the frustration was over, when we walked in the room it was absolutely stunning. View was amazing. There’s not a lot of things to do around the hotel. You’ll need to take a taxi to the old town. But the hotel itself is very peaceful.

Every tine I called the staff for pickup they neither show up or arrive in a hour. We almost missed our tourist vans due to that. Everytime they clean the room they forget to restock toilet paper, towels or something. They always made excuses. Definitely won't be staying there again.

This is not a 5 Star Hotel.
Service and quality if staff is far below 5 Star.
Rooms are good, but a bit smelly.
Breakfast a semi continental breakfast with very limited choices. More like a 4 Star.
Location is very very remote. Nothing around. So rely on the restaurants in the resorts, which is soso

We really loved our stay at Westin Siray. We booked half board, the quality of the food is excellent and all the staff very helpful. We had three different restaurants to choose from for dinner and the staff always gave a friendly welcome.

The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Phuket Old Town which we found very useful.

Our recent Honeymoon stay at the Westin Siray Bay Phuket was nothing short of extraordinary, and it was made even more memorable by the incredible staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. These individuals truly made our trip, and they all deserve a pay rise!

Mod was our morning ray of sunshine at breakfast, greeting us with a smile every day. She’s brilliant, always super friendly, and made sure our mornings started on the right note.

Pop made our dinners a delight. She was our server on several occasions, and her amazing customer service and friendly demeanor left us thoroughly impressed. It was a pleasure to have her take care of us during our meals.

Kate was another lovely lady we had the pleasure of meeting. She was fun to chat with and always made the effort to engage in conversation. When I mentioned that I had injured myself, she went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise—a card, flowers, and a fruit platter. Such a kind and considerate gesture!

Sunny was our go-to buggy driver, and he was a great guy to chat with. He always got us where we needed to go with a smile and made the ride fun and enjoyable.

Phoom was an absolute asset to the Westin. From the moment we met him, he was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. He’s such a lovely guy and was always ready to assist with anything we needed.
