You get what you pay for. In the 50’s I bet this was an adorable little motel. These days, she’s showing her age a bit. The staff was excellent, though, so kudos to them for that. The shower smelled slightly like fish, the water almost got warm, and the stream sprayed in no fewer than 29 distinct directions, which, ironically is exactly
how I prefer my showers.
It was clean-ish. Old. Smelled a little funny and had a burn mark in the comforter.
Other than that, though, the bed was comfortable and I needed a place to sleep. It wasn’t my normal type of choice but it was better than the airport floor. Barely.

The staff were so sweet and my absolute favorite part of the stay. That being said the room photos are definitely AI spruced and the room itself was far from a space I’d spend another $180 a night for.

Room was filthy and rundown, broken window, "non-smoking" yet there was an ashtray and bench immediately outside our room. Maid told us that she had 22 rooms to clean in a short amount of time, by herself, which helped to explain the absolute filth in the room. Desk staff was completely unhelpful. He directed any inquiries to the "owner" who was unreachable and never returned calls or emails. There was a loud domestic incident in the courtyard at 3am and with doors that you could see daylight around all the edges, we could also hear the entire fight. Surrounding area is very sketchy. BEWARE: They made a photocopy of both sides of our credit card (no one has ever done that before) and the next day we had two random charges to that card. One star is one too many stars for this property. The photos and descriptions are not even CLOSE to representing the actual place.

The checking the gentleman was super Polite and very professional. By far this has to be the most expensive for its conditions and worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed. Tje Bathroom has mold visible everywhere. The bathroom sink door was literally just hangig by one hindge. The pictures that show on their website and or on Expedia and the actual pictures are not up to par. The lamp was missing a cover and it had the little tree pine car deodorants hanging of it. My apologies but this place should invest a little of the money they charge to upgrade their rooms. I gave them one star to be modest.

Please do not let you family stay in this unclean, bed bugged infested motel. The pictures make it look ten times better than it really is. They were bed bugs, spiders on the bathroom window seal, and baby lizard on the bathroom floor, and the shower had not been cleaned out. I wish they would allow for me to post pictures. The pictures you have on web has nothing to do with property, the bed cover has hole the bed sheet is as thin as a piece of paper. The property doesn’t want you to smoke in the rooms but yet you have guests smoking marijuana outside your room. They’re is no working phone to contact from desk the hair dryer doesn’t work. My overall experience was non satisfactory I would definitely not return to it and I’m definitely surprise that your organization would be promoting such property.

The people at the hotel, threw my clothes in the trashcan and gave my room to somebody else and when I came back that night, I had to sit around all night long for about an hour or two to wait to the room to give me another room and to get my clothes out of the trashcan When they got my and I had missed my flight the trashcan they were soaking wet and they had to wash them. they did not give me no money back. They made me late to my appointment.

My check in was great. The man thaf helped me was very pleasant. I was having a rough day and he made it easier for me. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint was that the toilet didnt stop running after it was flushed. Other than that, i have no complaints

The room has cigarette burns in comforter and sheets. The front desk guy was rude and threatened to tear up my paperwork and make me find another hotel because i asked him about the $100 fee for incidentals. People were outside of my door smoking week. The walls are thin i could hear every wors from the neighbors partying all night when i signed a form saying no loud noise after 9pm the phone in the room doesn't work. I had ro google the hotel and report the loud noise at 2am and 3 am

Perfect location to have a skid-row experience. My quarters couldn't have passed inspection by the building department. No hot water, faucet and shower handles not secured and did not turn on the water without a great deal of struggle amd manipulation. This place is a joke and I would encourage everyone to steer clear.
