Very disappointing stay at Ocean Villas Deerfield. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor felt greasy, as if oil had been spilled everywhere, making it slippery and uncomfortable to walk on. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here.

Our room was very clean but the stove was a little gross on what appeared to be the bottom drawer for baking pans. The indent to pull the drawer open looked like it has never been cleaned. We couldn't get the drawer open to see if there was a cookie sheet to put food on so we could use the oven. There was foil inside the oven which we did not use. Everything else we needed was there including dish soap and sponge to clean up.
The only other things I'd put a damper on is that there is \"no smoking on the property\" even though there are ashtrays attached to the walls in various places. We were sitting outside our room while my partner was smoking, but were told we had to go down and around to the back of the building or in the parking lot to smoke. As far as the parking lot goes, it's one vehicle per room. That created a problem for us since we each drove in from different locations. We had to leave one vehicle in the Publix parking lot for the weekend. However, I would go back for another stay. Overall, it was decent. Price wasn't bad either.

This property was simple, not fancy. It is well managed and maintained. The rooms are larger than you'd expect, with nice features such as many electrical sockets for charging devices and a hand held shower wand in addition to a rain shower. The rooms were clean. Fresh towels are available daily. The pool and chaise lounges around the pool are very nice. The property is well located, especially if you have a car. It's a lot of value for the money. The only downside is you can hear some road noise from A-1A; otherwise quiet.

Every time I can schedule customer visits, in such a way that I begin near Deerfield Beach or end there for the day, I do so, just so I can stay at Ocean Villas of Deerfield. I’ve stayed in several different rooms and every one is always perfect. Then, every morning, I walk the two minutes to the beach and watch the sunrise. Every evening I walk the ten minutes to a host of varied and eclectic restaurants. This is the place to stay. Especially during the off season and even during season (if they aren’t booked, which does happen), Ocean Villas is priced as well or better than any place around. You will never go wrong booking here.

They provide beach chairs, beach/pool towels, the room was extremely clean, prices are fair, washer and dryer on site 2.00 to wash and 2.00 to dry- you need quarters. The pool is wonderful.
