To start off the check in process took an hour, then based on the website description we did not get the room we booked. The location is fantastic with most propertiesbeing on the beach or very close. If you think of all 19 properties as a resort you have use of all the pools and various courtyards. They do offer secure luggage storage which is convenient if your room isn't ready or you have a late flight.

We made the best of the situation but know that the pictures do not always accurately represent the room or location. We booked a room we thought had a view of the ocean to find out we had a room with a small window and no view, when questioned they told us a room with our requirements didn’t exist with an ocean view.

Maintenance was lacking at this hotel. It is a great location right on the beach and the bed and linens were very good
Multiple cracked tiles, stove missing handles, sink was dirty. No cups for brushing teeth, no Kleenex, nothing in the kitchen but if you ask you can get it. TVs were not easy to use and you could only watch prime stations if anything. Locks on doors were a joke and 1 out of 4 light switches did anything
Not worth the money. This place has the potential to be a nice place if maintained

Except for the hotel's location, the rest of the information when booking was not truthful of the room we got. There was a terrible smell in the room the whole stay, two windows that did not open, no vent in the bathrrom and an AC unit which made an awful noise - impossible to sleep!
There were no cooking facilities other than a coffee maker without filter.
The breakfast area was literally in a different building some blocks away, and there was not enough space for all customers to sit down.
It was totally not worth the price we paid.

Le Paradise est près de la plage mais n’a pas de piscine. Y a un réseau d’hôtel dans ce secteur, alors il faut aller ailleurs pour se baigner. Une fois qu’on comprend comment ça fonctionne c’est bien. Le déjeuner laissait vraiment à désirer. L’internet était lent mais correct. La chambre était petite mais correcte. Dans le fond pour le prix et le secteur c’était acceptable.

Check in was a nightmare, the line was wrapped around the place. One person checking people in for 10 hotels.We were not given the room at Paradise, we were given a room at Neptune. The sheets were stained, hair on the wall in bathroom. Coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. You had to pay $5 for a bag of ice. There was no silverware, dishes etc in the room I went to the desk, he gives it to me in a cardboard box. It was the biggest waste of money.

It was really disappointing, they didn’t do any room cleaning for 3days , we call them for housekeeping but still they didn’t send them to cleaning, even if we want to have breakfast we have to walk 2block , there bathroom is not clean shower is broken , there are more this to say but I thik this is enough never ever going to stay in there hotel again worst hotel and service

Cons, paid extra for parking. Kitchenette did not come stocked, no silverware, no plates, no pans. Coffee maker available, but no coffee or filters. Had to purchase a bag of ice.

The room we booked at the Paradise wasn't available but they didn't notify us until we got to the check-in desk when they shuffled us to the Neptune 2 blocks down, ensuring us that they \"guaranteed we'd like it better\". It was gross. There were crumbs on the couch, crooked pictures on the wall, no bedside tables, no glasses or coffee mugs. Very sparse and unwelcoming. The picture of the room we booked look nice-enough, but the actual room we got was terrible.

Two hours before we arrived I tried calling and the phone rang for 20 minutes straight with no answer. We wanted to see if early check in was possible. We got there at 245PM. There was no visual signage on where to check in. We were in the building by the beach and it turned out that the check in was all the way back at the Main Street which was about 3 blocks away. Our uber had already left and there were no signs where to go besides an address, which is not the address given on emails or Expedia. We finally find the location, after walking for awhile with all of our luggage, passing 2 different people who work there and were not able to answer where to go. I go to check in and she helps the two people in front of me, and then answers the phone. I asked if we could check in early and she stated there are no rooms available until check in at 4. I asked her if they could watch our bags and she said yes. We had an hour to kill, and nothing to do around there so we Uber BACK to near the airport and ate at Coconuts(delish by the way!) and then went back to the hotel around 6 and finally was able to check in. We walk the three blocks back to the room and go inside. The door to the room doesn’t even have a lock on the outside. It is only locked by a chain from the inside. The bathroom was not very clean and there was hair on the towels. There were no mirrors in the room. It’s not very lit up over there so we weren’t very comfortable leaving the room. We will not be back.

False advertising… the pictures and amenities advertised are not reality. We wanted a refund as soon as we checked in and were denied by Expedia because the hotel denied a refund. We saw and spoke with seven other couples that were tricked into staying at this awful hotel as well and not given a refund! The customer service there was just as horrendous as the hotel. Shame on the owners of this hotel for tricking people to stay here and not giving a refund. Shame on Expedia for allowing this to happen.

Right at the boardwalk near a lot of great restaurants. Close enough but not too close.
Room is ok. To stretch out the sofa bed we had to do some serious math to make space and that made the whole room congested. You get few toiletries but no paper towel or tissues. They give a number to call to get kitchen supplies but why not leave some basics like a mug for coffee. Breakfast was ok. Lady who runs it does a good job of doing crowd control. The ac in our room was not working. We should’ve called them but again no front desk so either you have to call them or go over to the check in office. Beach itself is fantastic with the paved boardwalk and lot of little play areas, parks and restrooms and stores spread all over. Wouldn’t stay again at this exact hotel but would pick another one if I go back.

If you have any issue with your reservation and booked through here. Expect to wait about an hour and a half before anyone helps you or come back at a later time.

We booked this hotel since it was so close to the beach and ended up spending maybe 15 min at the beach since it rained after spending forever in line for the to get everyone checked in since we had an issue with our reservation. Hotels.com couldnt help us which it seemed like the front desk did not understand even after 4x they had called. A mess. To say the least I have never messed up on a date of our reservation so this was a first and last messing that one up.

The room was comfortable we slept watched tv and walked down for some Latin food which was great. Coming from the Midwest, the beach is our favorite getaway.

The front desk service was very rude to me and the other customers in line. There were hidden fees added on that I was not aware of. Warning there is a parking fee per night and property fee. They don’t accept cash either or refunds up front. They had a small convenience store but they would not let me buy anything after hours even though front desk was open 24 hrs. The room was fine but you had to check into your room long walking distances away from your room. Plus, the door numbers (ex. 901 and next door same number 901 but with a star) We had to figure out which room we were staying in. And last to call them, no one picked up to answer the call. However, the only nice person was a young guy that helped us check in.
The other front desk lady was super rude and yelled at a customer because she only had cash for her deposit fee.
I would highly recommend not staying here. Waste of money.

the problem is that the door frame and lock were insecure, and the bed sheet and duvet although they seemed clean, had an extremely strong smell of cleaning fluid, which caused me a headache and did not let myself sleep to the point that I only slept one night of the two I had paid for and left that hotel.

The door didn't even lock, you had to wipe your feet off from the sand on the floor just to get into bed (we hadn't been to the beach yet, it was previous occupants sand so floors were never cleaned) sand filled bathing suit left hanging on the back of the bathroom door, do I need to go on. This is a dump, DO NOT STAY HERE. After you pay in full on line, when you get there you will be hit with other UNDISCLOSED FEES. Parking, $20 per day. I don't have a problem paying this but tell me UP FRONT, NOT AFTER I HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE I'M PAID IN FULL.

The number pro of this property is the close distance to the beach. Literally steps away and also very surprisingly feels quiet here than expected coz we are the boardwalk. There’s a fee for parking and the way to main office is lil confusing. The ladies upfront were tense but I get it customers can be hard sometimes. The man on mornings tho is very chill and hospitable. You pay for parking. Breakfast is continental and lil chaotic but it’s not that bad. The room is alright. The toilet looks like it got stains lol but it’s just from scratches still looks not good on the eyes lol overall it’s cheap and close to the beach!!

The room, basically a small efficiency unit without a stove, was clean but the entire property was a bit dated and needed sprucing up. Window AC unit but it was newer and worked fine. My room wasn't ready by 4pm check-in, so the manager was kind enough to offer a property parking pass at no charge. I had an oceanfront unit with a small patio/seating area facing the beach that I enjoyed each evening. All said, if you're expectations on the room itself aren't high, for the price it's a steal! Directly on the boardwalk with plenty of foot traffic and a selection of restaurants, shops etc.

The location is right in front of the beach on the boardwalk. Far enough from Nick's to have dome peace and quiet.
The place was update, I think they did a nice job.
There is a small kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There nothing else, you would have to bring everything like if you were camping (pots, plates, coffee filter...).
AC was very cold. I would recommend and stay here again.

Worst place to stay. The door to the room first was locked after check in, they fix it, but the door looks like was destroyed for got in.we Expended a lot off money to cook inside and wasn’t work.
Bad company, and they have a lot of hotel in the area and they look the same.
That gave an excellent location but horrible management.

I loved everything about it. Upon checking in on Friday, the front desk was extremely nice. The bed was to die for. The breakfast place was a little bit of a walk but it was manageable. There was a 1 inch gap on the exterior door and a flight of stairs that my sister could not use. They moved us to one of their other properties

When we arrived the room that I originally booked (ocean front), the door did not lock and wouldn’t stay closed.
They put us in a different room. (Nothing what I paid for/ not ocean front or view). It smelled like mold. They wouldn’t change to a different room because they said they were full. Refused to give me a refund or comp the price difference in rooms. Will never stay here again.

Make sure you read the parking and are up to date. I watched cars get towed. The office is a block down but they were very friendly, the room was huge. Plenty of sleeping space for my family of 4. Great price and perfect location. Most facilities use window units so if you need it freezing cold, ask for a fan. This unit didn’t have the pots and pans like other units which is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Had I needed to stay a week, I would have needed more. Overall it was great. I would come back

The shower leaks into the room floor. I would not recomend this property. For the price is better to rent at the Marriott a couple of blocks down.

Descriptions do not disclose fees due at property. Every person checking in complained. For the fees rooms and pools should be better. Hallway where my room was, was blocked areas were taped off and room had no partial ocean view as disclosed. I do have another booking here would love to change it but did non-refundable - just hoping for a better room next time

You get what you pay for applies here. We were only there a few days so we went with a lower priced place. It was clean and we didnt see bugs but it is extremely small. The tiny sink and 2 burners arent really conducive to cooking. We got a chuckle out of the upkeep. Everything was painted over white, but at least an effort was made. We loved the location of our room, right in front on the boardwalk and ocean. We had a king size bed which was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, really appreciated Wilson at the front desk

The place has been renovated but only in the rooms. Too bad it’s right in the beach. So the people that stay there can be transient. You check in down the block then they send you off to your room. The lock was broken my room was wide open. You haveto order a set of dishes to use then they come with a box that has your itensils. They have a little store at check in a lot of junk food etc sodas . So go to Publix first buy your stuff cause it’s expensive. The staff at front desk is good just kinda ghetto they speak w an attitude and don’t even sckniwledge your existence. Be careful this company owns many run down hotels like this one and renovate the interior. The bed is comfortable. The maintenance guys are great. Very helpful I had to see them three times.😠
There’s a bike rental adjacent so anyone goes there to rent and the quality of the guests is questionable. Some locals that stay weekly
I won’t book w them again they got me twice and it’s expensive

This was not an ocean view room unless you are outside, stairs narrow, card in room asking for tip for maid service. One bed was good the other was lumpy and uncomfortable, bathroom dated and showerhead old, water gets very hot, hard to adjust, kitchen has nothing, called for cups and was told to go to the check-in lobby 2 blocks away; got a used dirty box with old poor quality utensils, was not a pleasant experience and it costs way too much! I need a refund for this low star place billed as 4 star

Clean and cool...no safe...long walk for
Places to eat...clean pools...checkin was

a little
Slow due to computer issues... overall a good stay...would stay there again...weather was great...quiet...stayed May 6 - 9 2025...

Our stove didn’t work, but they supplied us with a portable electric burner. I wish there would’ve been a comfortable chair. Otherwise everything was as expected, the location is awesome, right on the broadwalk! I would stay there again.
