Only complaint is the bed was way to soft and shower pressure was no bueno!!! Everything else was Great!!! Not to mention I went from a king suite to a king one bedroom with balcony ocean view. I took a video of the room no pics.

Ocean view is not direct....if you stand on your balcony and look past other guests and their balcony you may see it. Towels were frayed at edges....when they are like this at home I start using them to wipe off the dog. Comp bottle of cheap red wine, but don't drink the water in the fridge....it goes with the mini bar items on the other side of the room and you will be charged. No valet parking, just guys rushing you to move your car before you can unload. Parking $50 for 24 hours.

The hallways and the entrances to the suites were not very clean or well maintained. Everything was in need of a cleaning and a coat of paint. Doors separating areas on the floors had no handles and slammed when you went through them.

The suite itself was nice, clean and updated but the couch was very worn and not comfortable.

The kitchen was ill equipped and lacked basic things one would need.

All in all the suite was clean and we had a good time. Some attention to detail could make this a very noce property.

We would return if the price was right.

The property was nice , clean and comfortable beds . There was some noticeable damage on items in the room . I was upset that our room did not have a view or a balcony which was shown in the pictures . There was only one chair in our room so no where to enjoy a cup of coffee with my husband. Walls are extremely thin and could hear everyone walking around and laughing among other things.

Staff was very nice and helpful the rooftop pool and bar was great and we were able to meet lots of great people .

Room service to have your room cleans you need to request 24 hours in advance.

The coffee they provided in the room is horrible ! I recommend brining your own because the cafe across the street is 7$ per coffee.

I would stay here again but would I don’t recommend renting a car because parking was to much you can uber much cheaper and everything you need is on the boardwalk.

Very nice facility. Pool is in the south building on the top floor was very warm and easy just to walk into. Hot Tub was clean not too many kids. Our room was huge with tall ceilings and looked to be brand. New would definitely go back again.

The property is very well located with the boardwalk a stone’s throw away. There is little or no service. The guest services answered the phone once every ten times you called. There is no room service. There is a nice kitchenette with no paper towel to wipe anything. The pullout bed is absolutely terrible and a punishment to sleep on. There was no linen for it, we had to ask for it later. One of the tvs in one of our two rooms didn’t turn on. All in all you will feel someone built a nice big property and forgot to staff it.

This stay was extremely disappointing, especially since we’ve stayed here before and had a great experience.

The condition of the room was unacceptable for the price. The floors were heavily scratched, furniture was worn and damaged, and overall upkeep was clearly lacking. Cleanliness was also an issue — the towels did not appear clean, there were no washcloths provided, and when we called for additional towels, no one ever came. Multiple attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered.
The most frustrating part was the “water view” room. We specifically paid extra for this, and the view was largely obstructed and did not match what would reasonably be expected for that category. It felt very misleading.
For what we paid, this experience did not come close to meeting basic expectations for quality or service. I’ve included photos for reference. At this point, I would not return.

This was our second stay at the Costa Hollywood Resort. They upgraded our room complimentary and we loved it. Very generous and I will likely book the upgraded room next time we book. The location is perfect for beach, boardwalk, restaurants, quick eating and the rooftop pool is great to wind down the day! We will most definitely book this resort again!

If you're looking for a spot that has everything you need, whether it's a family or a couple vacation, this is definitely one of those spots. Great room with great views. The rooftop bar and pool area is top notch and you're within walking distance of pretty much everything you need to experience Hollywood Beach. We will for sure be back.

I really tried to like this location for what it was - close to the ocean. The stained furniture in the room, the filthy pool/hot tub area, the lack of any way to get a bottle of water or soda to your room, destroyed any chances of me coming back to this property.

The hotel is clean the staff was good location was fantastic however be careful when you book if you’re looking for a View these are packages and you have to be very thorough on how you read the description of the room selected.

This is a resort so they do not have bathrobes housekeeping shower caps so bring your own.

For a family is very convenient because it’s a full apartment enjoy

Great location, but our two bedroom suite was disappointing overall. Sparsely decorated. The sofa bed was unusable both as a bed and a sofa, so we had to sleep 2 in one bed, and 3 in another! However, the kitchen and laundry facilities were handy.

The room looked like the pictures but there were a few things that could have been better. The mattress in our room had a big divot, pull out couch was extremely thin, and most of the outlets did not work. With our room being between an ice machine and utility room and construction happening next door it was very noisy. Checkout was for 11am and on our way to the front desk at 10:45am we found that our key cards were deactivated and we couldn’t use the elevator. So we had to walk down 7 flights of stairs with our luggage. Also they provide only two chairs per room for the beach not per person. If you have more people that need chairs you have to pay an additional fee. We were very excited to participate in the “outdoor yoga” but it was more of a standing dance class vibe for cardio with upbeat music. And there were no mats… the instructor was nice but it was not very relaxing… The property is very close to the beach and nice restaurants.

I had to call in for so many issues all the food we brought in for the holiday got spoiled because the refrigerator door was not closing properly. You don’t get your room clean and else you ask 24 hours in advance and when I needed information they couldn’t find something so simple.

Room service means if the rooftop bar is open you can order but you have to go pick it up. No coffe bar or downstairs lounge so if your companion sleeps late limited areas to hang out in. Beach access and cleanliness and excellent pricing woupd make me return if the numbers added up

The property had really nice amenities and a wonderful location. Some of the items in our room showed wear. The sliding door to the deck was broken on one side, so it wouldnt open, one of the blackout curtains was off the track so it couldn't roll up or down, and the fridge because it was located in a cabinet couldnt seal. The property fixed these issues on the second day. The dishwasher was out of order and no clothes washer/dryer was present although i dont think these amenities were advertised. Id go back for a short term stay. Beach access and the availability of chairs was really nice as was the pool area.

BEWARE…HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…their room descriptions are misleading. Call and make sure you are not in a courtyard room as it feels like a prison. My room description specifically references “plenty of sunlight and the warmth of the sun,” which was not the case and the picture showed a partial ocean view. The room was dark, the balcony area was unpleasant, and the courtyard had an odor that made the experience even more uncomfortable. I contacted the front desk and manager several times they didn’t do anything to correct the issue. Also umbrellas were not part of the resort fee so you have to pay extra. They state the resort fee is for beach chairs but one day they ran out of beach chairs? How can you charge a resort fee and not guarantee guests have beach chairs. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend the hotel to anyone. They don’t care about your experience…they only want your money.

Room was spacious, but for a space that sleeps six, there wasn’t enough lounge seating—just a couch that fits three at most. Storage for clothes is limited, with only a small vanity and one dresser. The bathroom could use more hooks for wet towels and bathing suits. The rooftop pool was nice, (water temp was a little too warm) though it gets crowded; the pool itself isn’t large, but there are plenty of lounge chairs. The location is very convenient, right near the Broadwalk.

A couple of issues: there was a lot of dust on the chandelier chains in the room, and we couldn’t get one of the patio doors to open.

Overall, a good location and comfortable room, but a few maintenance and space issues to be aware of.

We stayed at the Costa for 3 nights during spring break with 2 teens. Booked the King Suite which was VERY spacious! This suite had a big king bedroom + large bathroom + full kitchen & dining room + a couch bed & TV in the living room, + a couch bed & TV in a separate room off the kitchen. Could have slept 6! With 4 there was a lot of room to have luggage spread out which [with 2 teen girls & their explosion of clothing & beauty products] was key! The rooftop pool area was well kept, big pool, drinks & waitstaff quick to refill, & the food from that bar was delish & easy to bring back to the room. Costa has a coffee shop & little store for essentials on site & is right on the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. Can walk from here to anywhere on the boardwalk. Staff at Costa were quick with requests & the WiFi is strong! We didn’t have the best weather for beach time so, we did some side quests to Seminole Hard Rock, Aventura Mall, & Superblue Miami. Would recommend all of those for teens! Great stay! Would stay again!

The property is in a great location, the staff is pretty friendly, the rooms are a little rundown.
Our biggest issue that we had during the day is that the microwave integrity the inside of it was completely corroded. And after four days of asking for a new one, we finally got one, but it wasn’t in much better shape.
In addition, the hot water was not working for a whole day and the hotel never offered any compensation.

Perfect location, as the beach just a few minutes walk away, and numerous great restaurants are also within very close walking distance. Beach chair and beach towel rentals were very convenient. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant were great.

Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. I wish we had daily maid service but think it was available if requested.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, there were cigarette butts left on the balcony, which was clearly a cleanliness issue. I reported it, but there was no response or follow-up from the hotel staff.

What made the experience worse was the complete lack of accountability—despite the issue not being resolved, no compensation or refund was offered. For the level of service expected, this was extremely frustrating.

I hope the hotel takes guest concerns more seriously and improves both cleanliness and customer service moving forward.

My family has so much fun during the time of staying! The two bedrooms unit actually have 4 beds that can accommodate our family of five comfortably! The location is perfect for balancing the beachfront, rooftop pool and walk on the Hollywood broadwalk!

Most thankfully, is the support the staff provide after our flight got canceled right before we are checking out. Unfortunately the resort was sold out that we are not able to extend our stay, however, the staff helped us to update the keycard to stay in the resort and using pool, wifi and showers until we settle to booked new accommodation! It saved us!!!!!!
