This is a good option if you need something affordable. There were beach chairs provided which was nice since the property is less than 2 blocks from the beach. However, the AC sucks so if you don’t like sleeping hot that may be an issue.

There were two of us. They gave us 1 big towel & a hand towel each (for 4 days). I had to ask 3x for more towels. There were no face cloths.

The room was decent...nothing fancy...which was fine....but the blanket on the bed had stains and the bathroom window would not shut all the way and didnt lock.....we were right out by the road so didnt feel very safe. The Manager pretty much dismissed us and wouldnt fix it. He didnt offer us another room until we had already decided to move hotels. When asked to cancel our other 2 nights he refused.

Room was clean and a really cool set up. The whole place has been recently renovated and upgraded, and did an absolutely beautiful job! You pick your own code for the door, so you dont have to worry about losing a room key. The pool and common area were right outside the room doors. Very beautiful. Will stay again!

Pool was clean but the room was disgusting. Mismatched second hand furniture, the fan had a layer of dust that must have been there for 5 years, mold in the shower and roaches. The blankets on the bed had cigarette burns in a non smoking room along with the smell to go with it. The property asks for a $20 cleaning fee upon arrival, however the only thing clean and nice were the folded towels.

Extremely Unsanitary, Misrepresented Room — Unsafe Conditions

I booked this property based on the description and amenities listed, but the room I received (Room 111) was nowhere close to what was advertised. The room was filthy upon arrival — dirt behind the bed, in the kitchen area, and in the bathroom — and I even found a roach on the kitchen counter the next morning.

The “kitchenette” is completely unusable. It came with only one scratched, rusty pan, and although the manager later brought a second pan, the entire kitchen area runs off a large contractor-style extension cord, meaning the stove, coffee maker, and toaster oven cannot be used at the same time. The dishes and cabinets were dirty, and there was no dining table, even though it was listed in the amenities. The room also advertised a rain shower head, which was not present.

The air conditioning had no remote, so it could not be turned off, and the coffee maker didn’t work until the manager replaced it.

Before arriving, I called the property to confirm there would be cookware and a working coffee maker, and I was told yes — but none of these items were initially provided. When I asked if I could switch rooms, the manager refused and told me I “did not pay enough,” even though my room cost over $70 before applying my Hotels.com credits.

Check-in was another issue. I never received an email with instructions. I was told I could check in before 3 PM, but the room wasn’t ready, and the manager was nowhere

Checked in and walked back out 2 minutes after entering the room. Blood stains on the bed comforter and room felt musty and dirty. Bathroom felt dirty and smelled like mold. Definitely not a place You want to shower. Walls were dirty. Room was just gross! Asked for refund and never received it.

When we first arrived we were switched rooms because our original room didn’t have electric. When we got to our second room I checked the beds (like I always do) and found the mattresses FILTHY.

I went and showed the photos to the manager who seemed more upset that I looked at the mattresses than the actual condition of them. He did apologize and send someone to clean our room.

There was a mattress cover (just the one that goes on like a fitted sheet) obviously the mattress was never cleaned before putting it on.

A very nice maid came to our room and deep cleaned it for well over an hour.

The kitchen chairs were super unstable and we were afraid to sit on them.

The staff themselves were nice and apologetic.

When I arrived at property I was greeted by a family, with children, smoking illegal substances at the outdoor table next to the office. I know that is a personal preference; however, it is still illegal in Florida. I arrived at 4 pm. Check in began at 3 pm. There was no one at the office. I was told via a doorbell speaker my room # and a code, which was the room # followed by a 0 and a #. I felt very unsafe, like anyone could access the room. I also noted there was a frozen exploded drink in the freezer. I didn't want to get blamed for this so I left. I called the office number and told the person about the freezer and that I was leaving. This place was not for me, but could be okay for someone else.

Location is AMAZING! Otherwise the photographer for their advertising is amazing… hotel in person not at all as advertised. Charged for my husband’s service animal. BYO toilet paper, BYO paper towels, sponges for kitchen sink. Roaches the size of small cars outside, and cracks under the door almost large enough for them to spend the night with you.

So, I rated this place 4 out of 5 stars because I read the other reviews and I knew what to expect. We only needed a safe, clean place to stay for 1 night before a cruise and we wanted to be right by the beach to check it out. In other words, bare bones was fine with us. Mission accomplished.
The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly. Check in was quick. The room was very bare bones, but AC pumped out that cold air!
If you think you’ll be able to cook there, think again. There was almost no supplies, as in pots, pans, silverware. There is a fridge and a microwave and a good size flat screen TV.
I will say the photos are a bit deceiving. The room is not as nice looking in person, but it still had the things we needed. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were clean.
Oh!!! IMPORTANT: was not expecting the posted sign in the bathroom saying DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER, PLACE IN TRASH CAN. Made me feel like I was in old Mexico, not the US! That was a bit much for me. The swimming pool is small but very clean.
Hope this helps others make an informed decision. Being RIGHT on the beach and the low price were deciding factors for us. The beach is beautiful and literally a 2 min walk. Area felt 100% safe!

No microwave, no bath mats, just two towels, did even have comforters, just thin blankets and I'm window air units. Not some place I would stay again. Lots of screaming from the unit across from us. No real amenities, not even a soda machine. Very old without updates. Pool looked nice though

When we got there, we were told the room with the single king bed we booked was \"unavailable because it was under construction\", so they \"upgraded\" us to a room with 2 random mismatched ikea beds. The room was disgusting. There was a pair of dirty womans panties hanging off the shower knob when we arrived. Lights didnt work. Fan didnt work. Other peoples trash was left everywhere to include used razors and old food. The toilet apparently leaked sewerage into the room below us and the guy actually asked us to not use the toilet in our room for the last 4 days we were there. It was close to the beach, this is the ONLY positive thing i can say.

Waited a week before the date and paid $250 total. Another couple there booked 6 weeks in advance and paid $117 which is Ok. Book early. I had little or no choice but to pay a premium. Good location one block from the Boardwalk and beautiful beach. Ok for one night.

Please do not stay here, it is unsanitary.

The sheets and towels were stained and the bathroom smelt like urine. That room was never properly clean before we got there. So much so that we went to stay at another hotel.

I called Expedia and they told me they could not refund me the money because the owner of the hotel didn’t want to return my money… I was with customer service for over an hour and nothing was resolved. Highly disappointed on both property and Expedia

Rooms in need of deep cleaning, never been in a motel that didn’t have a room phone, manager never in office. Has a ring doorbell that I had rang twice to receive toilet paper that manager shut off alert and never came to door.. pay $18 a day for cleaning which they never done. They do not put wash rags in room. Left only 2 towels. Had to track mgr down to receive towels for next day. Was extremely noisy and people fighting outside at 2am. Only thing good was being close to beach and boardwalk. I do NOT recommend this property!
