I was disappointed with the outside appearance of the area of the hotel. I was told that there was construction but the area that was tarred off looked like it had been there for quite some time. The room was outdated, the bathroom walls had, what appeared to be makeup smudges. I didn’t feel comfortable being there. The arm table on the chair was not secure.

However, the staff was very pleasant and the shuttle service the hotel provided was excellent!!

Appearance:The room looked old, not modern like the pictures on the website.

The hotel was clean, quiet and great breakfast with a big variety. Pool was closed for renovation but we were able to take the shuttle to Home2suites and enjoy their pool. There is nothing to do around this hotel. We only used it because it was 20 min away from the Miami stadium for the World Cup, so I don’t recommend if you are looking for entertainment close by.

I would not stay here again. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. I contacted customer service but did not receive any help.

The employees were rude, especially a housekeeping assistant (or a similar staff member). I had been approved for a late checkout, and even though I was getting ready to leave before that time, she came knocking on my door very aggressively. When I told her I had a late checkout and that there was no need to knock like that since she could see I was leaving the room, she insisted that no one gets a late checkout. (The conversation was in Spanish.)

Later, when I returned my key at the front desk, I asked the receptionist in front of her to confirm my late checkout, and she agreed that I had one. The housekeeping employee simply responded, “Well, next time.”

Very disappointing experience overall.

When we arrived the elevators were not working. We were told about the location of the stairs. We had a baby so we asked for the first floor. They accommodated. The morning breakfast was not adequate. The utensils were empty. The waffle mix was empty and no one working around to help. Breakfast that was there was fresh. Biggest issue was the bed. Mattress was comfortable but it sat on a platform. So when you sat down the mattress would move off the platform. (Not attached). Good location but probably wouldn’t stay again.

The staff did allow us to check in early, which was appreciated and probably the highlight of our stay.

The hotel itself was okay, but the breakfast experience was disappointing. Several food items ran out, and when another guest asked if they would be refilled, the request was largely ignored. The serving trays remained empty for the rest of the breakfast period.

The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests or keeping the breakfast area stocked. Overall, the hotel was adequate, but based on our experience, I would choose a different hotel next time.

The room we got the tv didnt work so we went to tell them. He says we going to send someone wait 20 minutes. No one never came so we went back downstairs so he can change the room. He seemed upset when we said we laid in the bed already. Gives us a new room. Pillows are like pillows that should go on a couch. Bed felt moist and bathroom reeked of wet clothes thats been sitting for the longest. We slept on the towels to avoid growing through with changing rooms again. Even ran into another family that said they had ants on their bed. I stayed here before many times but this honestly fell off a lot. This was the worst hotel stay ever.

There was no indication on the booking that the pool was under construction. They were painting in the hallways in the middle of the day during our stay. They placed us on the 5th floor a few rooms down from our room and there were guests smoking weed in the hallway and the rooms were permeated. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was alright.

Customer service was great they switched my room 2 times and the 3rd room I left the next day and they refunded me my last 2 days.... property needs to updated/ upgraded and managed better, rooms smelled moldy, still have digital tvs where u could only get 2 channels the tv that wasn't digital the pic was dark, tvs outdated, microwave and refrigerator old, swimming pool was shut dwn.....especially for what they're charging

This my second time staying here the first time was way better . The 2nd time my experience was not that great the room I had stink, towels was dirty and had hair everywhere in the room . The room was close to the back door so all I smelt was cigarettes. The breakfast was ok but who ever cook that bacon need to be fired was so raw omg .! The pool was not working but they did drive you to another hotel to use there

Pool was not filled & also seemed to be falling apart. Requested a different room because shower door would not stay closed, it would slide open. They sent maintenance instead and it was never fixed nor were we given a different room. Window in room allows in all the noise for the highway, therefore never got a quiet sleep. Elevator was broken.

When they see the picture, I say I like the hotel but when they go, there is true dirty dark you don’t feel comfortable so my daughter she wants swimming pool it’s not swimming pool. He said he wants to take me with the shutter another place to swim and come back that’s right ever ever to get this hotel offer.

We booked this stay at the last minute while traveling from Central Florida. Since we were traveling with our kids, we were a little hesitant because of some of the lower ratings, but overall we had a very nice experience.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also better than what we've had at other hotels in the same category.
We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area for my doctor's appointments.

The minute you arrive you smell a strong perfume to mask how dirty this place is. This smell is also in the rooms. The air conditioner controls does not work, so it keeps at 64 degrees no matter if you set to a higher temperature.

The room had a few issues that I noticed. The chair in the room was damaged and had a piece of wood/plastic sticking through a hole in the armrest. The showers head holder was broken so the hand head shower appliance was just hanging in the shower. The shade in the room seemed to have mildew or mold on it. The wooden desk in the room wasn’t well kept either.

The first room we got, there was a strong sewage odour from the washroom. We felt disgusted. We complained to the front desk staff and the gentleman working there was kind to give us another room. The second room was good. The issue was the laminate floor was damp and the highway noise was noticeable. The noise didn’t keep us up but it didn’t feel relaxing.

Staff was excellent. Check-in was very professional and friendly. However, the lamp shade in my room was cracked and there was hair on the bathroom sink. The room has a smell of mildew and the floor gets damp for no reason. I mean the entire floor! This was thoughout the whole room. It would be damp and sticky and then it dries. Not sure if it was from the AC but it was strange. Room reminds me of a prison cell. The lobby smells really good though.

This hotel was the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The lobby looked pretty decent but the hallways and the rooms were awful. Carpets were filthy, multiple pieces of furniture were falling apart, paint peeling. The breakfast that was included was not good. The hot items were not replenished. The front desk staff was very nice though. Our shower didn’t have a shampoo dispenser, looked like someone ripped it off the wall, so they gave me multiple small bottles. Stay elsewhere!

Room had dirty floors, smoke alarm went off for almost 30 minutes, and there was no way to call the front desk. I tried my phone in my room twice, it was even plugged in and it didn’t work. Then I called the front desk three different times with my cell phone to find out if they’re actually was a fire or if we were in any danger at 1:45 in the morning and nobody answered.
