The rooms were mediocre. They need to be updated. The sheets in my room had holes. We had ants and they couldn’t change my room and maintenance never came so they gave me new sheets to Change the bed myself at 10p with an overly tired 4yr old just wanting to get in bed. Checkin was friendly, but a coat of paint on old construction makes things worse. Doors didn't fit the frame (light comes through around the entire door). Floors were damp the whole stay. Decor was barely there and the whole place felt tired and cheap.

The room was clean but dated.
The windows were old and traffic noise (I was on the back/highway side of the building) was incredible. I checked to see if the windows were open. They weren’t, but it sounded like they were.
Breakfast was too crowded and I ended up walking over to Denny’s.
Front desk staff were great and I can’t complain about cleanliness.

Decent hotel stay before cruise and in close proximity to the airport. However, the rooms need better upkeep. Shower door would not stay closed and kept sliding open. The bathroom mirror was broken on the side. We tried to use the airport shuttle service but waited more than an hour before deciding to take an Uber to the hotel. Breakfast was good and customer service was good. This hotel just needs better maintenance especially for a Best Western Plus.

A few issues our cooler in our room didn’t keep our food and drinks cold had to use our cooler, breakfast needs so work only one type of bread on bagels only one waffle maker makes no sense it seems like they don’t want to spend as little as they can breakfast was poor go to Dennys next store or McDonald sad . Very noisy property highway traffic you get what you pay for

The room we stayed in seems to have been forgotten by anyone doing maintenance. The toilet didn’t flush. The shower door kept sliding open. Rust and neglect to detail stood out in most parts of the room.

The room was clean but right on a pretty noisy road. If you’re a light sleeper it might keep you up. I also found the bed pretty uncomfortable and there were very limited plugs near the bed and no usb or usbc ports by the bed at all The elavator is a long wait.

Our door was broken and we had trouble closing it, and both the secondary locks would not work and we could not deadbolt the door. The window sounded like it was broken as we could hear wind blowing all night and the highway right next door. It would have been nice if the sink had warm water instead of just cold. The buffet was severely lacking. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.The staff (that we saw) were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Front desk staff not the best. Young lady in the morning very unhelpful and miserable on 2 occasions and a other staff member became rather confrontational. Free parking too

I arrived from a cruise early in pouring rain and the shuttle was there ready to pick me up. When I arrived my flight time was changed and Dana in front desk helped me get an early check in so I was able to rest and shower before my flight. The room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Denny’s is about the only option if you do not have a car.
Hotel Breakfast was aweful!! At 7:30am the counter was about bare, crew could not keep up with the demand & there was not enough tables to accommodate the guests.
Complimentary Transportation from the airport was timely and easy. Pay transportation the hotel arranges for Cruise guests was $15 pp (a little steep) but timely and efficient.

The mattresses were a ways past soft. The shower dribbled water but grudgingly. No fan. Oh, and the sliding shower door didn't slide more than a few inches.

One thing, if you need a ride from FLL, maybe just get a cab; the motel's phone guy proved unintelligible in the van pick-up area, and after an hour or so we got there only because another outfit's shuttle driver took pity on us

We were denied the stay at hotel when we went to check in at the middle of the night saying that they got the call from Expedia to cancel my booking, worst experience
We had to go around the area to Check availability in surroundings
Called Expedia help desk, and the rep said all he can do is “refund the amount” as a favor.

Will never book any time at this hotel

Our first time being down in Fort Lauderdale, you would think you’d be staying in a nice room. Come to find out our rooms key scanner was broken and kept falling off, we barely had hot water or pressure in the hand sink, and we had a broken window, that wouldn’t close. It was very hard for us to sleep comfortably. We were informed through email that there was pool and jacuzzi available. Upon arrival we were informed it was out of service. At the end of our trip when we went to check out after a few nights of little sleep. While checking out we found out there was another complaint about it, and all the attendant had to say was that they knew about it.

This property has a nice lobby but the room was outdated with stains on the door/wall & torn/ broken furnishings. The pool was under renovations & the traffic noise was loud. The staff was friendly & helpful but overall the stay was not worth the price charged. This was my first stay at a Best Western and likely the last.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was disappointing. The frozen meats and frozen scrambled eggs were placed in warmers while still frozen and by the time the breakfast began, they were barely warm.
The staff at the front desk were great! We asked to be moved to a quieter room and it was done in a timely manner.
The airport shuttle was on time taking us to the airport. For additional transportation we used Kaya. Gene was our driver and he was wonderful. Took us to the beach and a nice place for dinner.
I would strongly suggest if you book at this hotel you rent a car. The beaches and hot spots are too far to walk to.

The breakfast was standard fare for a hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean but we did have a lot of traffic noise from the major freeways and highways. We asked to be relocated to a quieter room farther from the road noise. They were prompt with our request. The airport shuttle was fine but I do recommend renting a car. This hotel is too far away from the beaches and attractions to be able to walk to them.

Unfortunately this property made you feel like you were sleeping on I-95. Very loud. The room was falling apart and the floors were sticky. The bed sheets are very old and stiff. The fire detector was opened with no batteries in it. Corners of the room were dirty. The bathroom was extremely small and the shower, omg, what a disaster. There is no way to turn it on without getting hit with cold water either from the ceiling or the shower head. The pressure on the shower head was almost nonexistent. The staff seemed pleasant and helpful enough when people were asking for things like remote batteries and room card issues. The breakfast area is small and very crowded. I cannot comment on the food because I didn’t try any due to the tight and packed area. The coffee was not good.

Downside is the noise from the interstate, vending machines for snacks very expensive, breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, coffee, juices.
Overall, will do for late night stay but not for a day/night stay.

Not sure about the hotels around, but best western plus was bad, lifts were frustrating, breakfast was bad too. Water faucets are like dripping, took forever to wash, same with shower. No outlets for charging. Had to pay $10 extra for freezer and microwave, and microwave was no there, had to call for it, and no proper place to put it. I wouldn't go there again

We stayed at this hotel before boarding our cruise the next day. We only needed a room for a few hours and really appreciated the affordable cost of the room and the free shuttle from the airport. The rooms are dated and utilitarian but they were clean and serviceable for our needs. They do offer sign ups for third party companies to take people to the cruise terminal (self pay). We chose to go the route of Uber as we had a large party.

Checkin was quick. Room was comfortable and A/C did a great job of keeping the room cool. The hotel had free shuttle from airport that was efficient. They also offered a shuttle to cruise port for a small fee. We opted for a Uber ride to cruise port though. I would say that the free buffet breakfast had a lot to be desired. The container for waffle batter was empty for the entire time (20 minutes) we were there. The scrambled eggs were runny and the sausages were soft from basically sitting in about an inch of greasy liquid. I ended up having cereal and milk.

Basic room, no closet or even a hook for clothing, no luggage racks, no side table on one side of bed, no art, no comfortable chair - just an office chair. Lots of road noise as it is near an highway and hall noise - slamming doors. Breakfast room tiny and poorly laid out so there was a line for waffles that was hard to get around. Ran out of OJ, eggs, and just not very appealing. On the plus side, the staff was good and our shuttle was on time. Parked our car there during our cruise. Good water bottle refill near the ice machine. Will look harder next time.

When we checked in they didn’t have the room we reserved so our whole family slept in one bed, which it was 4 of us, so absolutely ridiculous. We got up for the “free breakfast” where there were about 100 people in a Buffett line with 4 items trying to get food. The food ran out and they had one person refilling the food, which again took forever. There was no order, people cutting, and the food was awful. The rooms are ran down, we reserved a room with a microwave and refrigerator and agin didn’t get that. The staff was rude and did nothing to accommodate us at check in. We got there at 2 am due to airport delays but we still had to pay a full night to check in to the room with one bed. So for about 30 hours we paid $600, we will never stay there again.

Staff did not know what they were doing could not find reservations even though I gave him my conformation no and the names of 8 people with reservations. I had called the desk the day before to confirm and he couldn’t find it.
Rooms were horrible. No water pressure and dirty. Feet were black after walking on floor. I asked to have the room cleaned and by 4 pm no cleaning was done. I had to empty our own trash cans. This place is horrible. I should be refunded.

The shuttle is not operated by the hotel, but by an independent contractor. It took over a half an hour to show up.
The hotel room was the cheapest that I have ever stayed in not in price, but in amenities, the bathroom had absolutely no place to place any toiletries not even a hook on the wall to hang a shirt. The main room had two electrical outlets, one of which was down hidden behind the bed, there wasn’t an electrical outlet where the coffee pot was
