The rooms were ok, the linens were ripped and mended very haphazardly. We asked for towels twice before getting them. Breakfast was gross, the sausage had been microwaved too long so they were hard and cold . The hard boiled eggs were smashed and the a scrambled eggs were off (maybe they were powdered eggs). When we arrived and asked for hotel pickup, the lady that answered the phone was not very helpful, we tried to ask her questions about the pickup location and she just kept saying just go outside the doors, she appeared to just want to get off the phone?!?!? We finally figured it out, and found the shuttle pickup location. Later we walked through the lobby and I recognized the voice from the phone call, the receptionist was on a personal phone call and that explained why she couldn’t talk to me, she wanted to get back to her personal phone call. We stayed here before and had a “meh” experience and after this trip, we won’t be back.

Decent for overnight stay before or after cruise. Airport shuttle pick up is on schedule after we notified the hotel. There are not much going in the area but we did enjoy a quick bite at a restaurant across the street. Breakfast in the hotel has good varieties. Hotel location is near to cruise port, easy to get Lyft. Overall, it's value for money.

We stayed at the Tru one day before departure on our Disney Cruise. Good place to stay with great food at walking distance. Free shuttle from airport. They do provide shuttle service to the cruise ships for $15 per person. Rooms are very large and clean. Nice Gym. There is no swimming pool, no restaurant on premises. Otherwise we were content with our choice. The beach is not far if you want to swim. Maybe a 20-30 minute walk.

Overall, the hotel was nice. The only issue was me booking through Expedia. I reserved two queen beds and I wind it up with one king bed because the hotel did not have any double beds available and I was informed that because I had gone through a third-party there was nothing they could do. That was sad but everything else was great.

The hotel has a convenient location if you need quick access to the airport. The shuttle service however is not available 24/7. The bathroom is nice, but the beds are uncomfortable. I do not recommend.

We stayed only for a couple hrs to sleep between getting off our cruise and flying home. Staff were super friendly and helpful with getting free shuttle to airport set up. The shuttle was great! Rooms were spacious and clean with everything you'd need. The view seeing airplanes take off was a huge bonus for my 4 kids. Really good location, too. Close to stores and food. Made not having a vehicle not an issue at all. Would definitely recommend!!

The staff were beyond very helpful, the room had lots of room, breakfast was included and maintained. I was impressed with this hotel.

The only issue I had was the shuttle. Most shuttles you wait in the lobby. Apparently you have to wait outside not much space outside in the front. I booked a shuttle then i asked the front desk and there I was told you have to go outside after waiting and see no word on the shuttle. The front desk said they called the shuttle and they will pick us up as it go to two of their hotels.
The shuttles comes I tell him were going to airport, he tells me that he cant take us as he is on a schedule. He almost put us on but keep complaining about schedule.
I tell him it's ok. I booked a Uber. Then I see the shuttle at the other hotel. The driver is outside the shuttle talking with another man, no one in shuttle and he didn't seem as in a rush. This got me frustrated as he kept saying he's a schedule and acting that he can't take us to the airport. The front desk specially called him as he was nearby and he clearly didn't have any passengers

Good and prompt service, coffee and tea complimentary 24 hours, complimentary breakfast, some food items are available for charge outside of breakfast hours, room was nice and clean.
The only con that I can note is that light from the window can't be completely blocked during the night time which may bother some guests.

We arrived at 3 AM but the receptionist was very welcoming and professional. Room was clean, spacious with the good AC which was very helpful. Good location for our purpose, not far from the cruise ship port. The shuttle quickly came to the airport to pick us up, just 10 minutes after we called the hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fish Grill is a great nearby restaurant offering good food at reasonable prices. It’s just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, located right across the street—very convenient.

Dania Beach:
If you choose to walk to Dania Beach, it takes approximately 40 minutes. A short drive would be much faster.

Shopping & Entertainment:
Dania Pointe is a well-developed shopping and lifestyle complex nearby, featuring a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options.

The hotel was nice for a one night stay before a cruise. The room has a bit of a stale smell. It would have been nice to have the fresh scent you smell when you enter the hotel.
I don’t believe the comforter on the bed was changed as I could smell a “sleep” smell on it from others. Needless to say, I didn’t use it.
Staff were friendly and nice on check in and check out and the breakfast was good with variety.

We stayed for one night only to catch a flight the next AM. It was perfect for this. Very clean and fresh.

If I were to stay longer, I would not rate it as high - no drawers or closet so all of our items were out in the open.

We left too early to try the breakfast, so I cannot rate it. I did not like that parking had to be valet.... I would rather self-serve.

The room was filthy. Sheets had holes in them and they didn’t look clean. The platform where the mattress sat was dirty. The duvet cover had stains and black flecks all over it. White stains on the headboard that weren’t wiped off. The floors…they turned our feet black when we walked on them. Pillows were terrible and very flat.

No seating in the room except 1 office chair, and the surfaces weren’t wiped down.

The lobby was ok, however, entering the hotel was difficult because the front doors aren’t kept unlocked.

For this being a hotel by Hilton, it wasn’t a good one!

The front desk staff person was very professional (I wish I had got her name) - I saw her working clients as well as her coworkers and she was really great! She was perfect for the service industry!

The room and hallways were clean. The breakfast was as expected - I would recommend having plates available on either side vs in the middle.

If you are getting on or off of a cruise ship - you can get a shuttle from the cruiseship to the hotel (& of course to/from the airport). The shuttle costs about $16/person from the cruise to the hotel, otherwise it doesn't cost (except for tips). There is also a shuttle to the Everglades if you are interested in that.

We walked to The Fish Grill which was about a half a block away. They had great food and a large bar selection.

Note: we didn't rent a car and either walked or shuttled or Uber'd every where we went.

There was no pool or beach front but that was fine with us (& as expected per advertised).

Few restaurants to choose from, kitchens nearby close at 10 pm. Walking distance, safe. Staff was nice considering high traffic of travelers. Free breakfast!!

This is a very busy hotel with all the cruise travelers. Considering that, the staff did well and were very nice at check in and check out. One thing I would have like to have known prior is you could use their shuttle to the cruise for $15 per person. We paid for airport shuttle so we had to go back to the airport. This was a mess due to traffic and the amount of people traveling. The shuttle to pick us up when we landed took over an hour but that is understandable with the amount of people they had. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they brought the too us. It was a nice room, clean and comfortable.
All staff were friendly when we had questions. I wish I had gotten their names. Evening staff during check in was great and we had additional guests, where they let us leave our luggage before check in so we could tour the city. Thank you for helping us make this sta great!

Airport shuttle wait took over 40 minutes. Driver was courteous and kind once he arrived, but the wait was long enough for us to see Red Carpet Inn's shuttle come by three times! Reception was cold and unapologetic despite the fact that check-in time of 3pm had already passed and the room still wasn't ready. Asked about late check out and the gentlemen said he could do that to compensate for the delayed check-in, but that had to be prompted by us and wasn't offered anything initially besides a very unsympathetic apology. Some upsides included a large and spacious lobby, with convenient access to water and coffee, but the games were not maintained in any way shape or form, and there's no in-room coffee/kettle (hence I guess the \"perk\" of 24/7 coffee/tea/water in the lobby).

View from the room was rather sad and the entire area felt a bit like a ghost-town. Very transient feel to the whole place. Probably only ideal for a 1 or maximum 2 night stay.

Glad the TV, hair dryer, shower, and all basic amenities were in working order. Overall, value for money is poor. Feels like they just have to gauge tourists for $ and none of the workers really enjoy their job but they're just there because bills have to be paid.
