This was a good hotel to stay prior to taking a cruise. The front desk staff were very helpful and after check-in directed us to a very nice restaurant right across the street. I felt safe walking around the hotel.
The hotel room is fairly basic but had everything needed for one night stay.
The only downside for me is where the front desk is located. It is in the middle of the room and it was confusing to find the determine where to wait.

the room we stayed didn’t have enough towels, no water cup, and no toilet amenities. It was clean enough. Staffs at the front desk was very nice and friendly. What really annoyed us a great deal was that someone from cleaning crew knocked on our door at 6AM so loud we had to shout “what is up!” and they walked away! we were to check out that morning, they should’ve known to clean the room after we checked out!? we could’ve get back to sleep afterwards and felt pretty salty about it!!

This is a pretty standard hotel. It was clean, had a great buffet breakfast and was comfortable. The location however is pretty isolated. To get anywhere you need to taxi or Uber, which can be costly. Great for overnight travelers but not if you're staying a few nights.

I liked my stay there. Everything was nice. I especially loved the lobby, where free coffee and tea were offered and where there was a designated place to work on a computer.
My only complaint—and the reason I gave four instead of five stars—is that our room’s window was covered, so we couldn’t see outside. During the day, the room felt dark and gloomy because of this. We should have been warned about it or given a discount.

During the week before our visit, I emailed the hotel to request information on the airport shuttle. I didn't receive a response. When we landed I called the hotel and press '1' to request the shuttle. The driver answered and was incomprehensible but we gathered enough to go to airport shuttle waiting area outside. We called back after about 20 minutes and again couldn't understand a word. After an hour two shuttles showed up that were completely full so they left without us. Rather than wait and risk not getting a ride we took an Uber at our expense. I left a message for the hotel manager and got no response. So if the shuttle is what draws you to this hotel, look elsewhere.

The staff upom check-in was very nice and welcoming.. However, when its time to shower i had to run the shower for about 5 min to ensure hot water was available. No dressers or cabinets at all. We basically had to keep all our stuff in our suitcases and keep pulling it out whenever we needed things. Transport from airport was pain, they use a subcontracted company. The driver was down right NASTY. No hot water. Nobody I spoke to had hot water but the desk said “I wasn’t aware of an issue”, lies. App would work one minute and not the next. Bathroom floor was dirty, I wiped up water from the shower and the towel was filthy when I picked it up. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were useless.
