Airport shuttle was extremely help. Very important and deciding factor for stay at this hotel.

Driver was competent but seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps hotel need to remind guests at check in to register for shuttle. There were delays because some guests did not register and van was at capacity.

I stayed at this hotel last October and gave it a 5-star review, but my experience this time was disappointing.
While the room itself was clean and the bed very comfortable, the hallway leading to the room had a stained rug, which detracted from the overall impression of the property.
I was also surprised that bottled water was not complimentary unless you have a special membership. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, bottled water is provided for all guests, so this felt like an unnecessary limitation.
The staff was pleasant, which I appreciate, but this felt like the expected standard rather than something exceptional.

While waiting on our room to be ready for check-in, we sat in the lobby, and it was filthy. Food and debris on the floor that looked like it had been there for a while. I took an ice cold shower, then when the shower floor was wet, I noticed a large amount of hair, that wasn't mine, on the shower floor. Had I booked direct instead of thru hotels.com and prepaid, I would've walked out. Very disappointed to pay $383 for the night for that. Thankfully, it was one night only pre-cruise. Will not be a repeat customer.

The check in was very frustrating. We checked in shortly after 3:00 and were told that our room wasnt ready and they couldn't give us an estimation of how long the wait would be. It seemed as if there were people in the room who were not leaving and then it needed to be cleaned. I got the impression that they were double booking the room. If check in is for 3, the room should be ready.

The staff was amazing!, the room was very clean and the food from the bar was good. My only complaint is that the toilet paper disintegrated upon use. I would suggest you spend the $$ and upgrade. Otherwise, great stay!

We stayed here for one night. We didnt arrive unitl 10pm, the staff were somewhat friendly, albeit a little distant. The little store had zero healthy options for snacks. Extremely frustrated that they charged almost $600 for the night just because its winter break from school.
The room was clean, a little dated. Pool-tiny.
Location for what we needed was great!

Overall, we were very happy with the rooms we stayed in. We stayed two different nights and two different rooms. The first room with the king bed we liked better. It seemed newer and it was on the first floor. The second room was on the fifth floor with two queen beds and did not seem as new or clean and the air-conditioning smell smelled like mildew. We enjoyed using the pool, shuttle service to the airport and it was very convenient to have food on site even though you had to pay for it.

We only stayed one night, but was highly impressed. We disembarked from our cruise vacation early and we arrived to the hotel way before check-in. They were able to accommodate us with complementary early check-in. My family and I are so grateful as we were just looking to relax for the last leg of our trip. The room that we received was clean and comfy and larger than we actually expected. I would recommend this hotel and also would stay here again.

We (group of 8) called for the offered airport transportation and was left standing outside for 1.5 hours in very cold weather. Each time I called to check the status of the driver, the staff told me he was a few minutes away or just down the street. When they just could have been honest and said they didn't have a driver available and we would have waited inside the airport. I had my elderly mom and children. I'm VERY disappointed in this treatment.

This hotel definitely not what it appears I didn’t not stay in hotel no heat and wasn’t as it told. The lady that was on duty when I arrive an African American lady argue me down bout not been charge when she ran my card wasn’t able get my money back. It’s was a horrible experience travel from out town. I highly recommend this hotel not what the reviews label.

Defiantly lost its touch. It’s dates as well. Everything creeks and makes a sound due to over usage and it being updated. Cleaners aren’t cleaning well. I did stay for Millie’s days over 9+ days and the cleaners Jay made the beds no sheet change or floor mopping - soap was emptied out of the body wash dispenser which I find a bit odd.

Will not stay again as it was my go to place.

We were supposed to have shuttle service from the airport but the front desk person was not answering the phone. We tried for 30 minutes, then took a taxi for $30. The lobby was full of loud drunks. The elevator was trashed. HOWEVER, in the morning the manager credited us $20 for the taxi ride. And the beds were nice.

The room had a slight musty odor and was not automatically cleaned unless requested through the front desk. I asked for fresh sheets and towels and handled some light cleaning myself. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Although I checked out one day early, I was not offered a prorated adjustment.

Check in was a nightmare. Requested early check, which wasn’t available and that’s fair. Waited until after 4 pm to be checked in, even though check in was for 3 pm.
Staff were not overly friendly during the check in process and had us wait in a long line 2 separate times. The hotel room itself however was nice, well stocked and comfortable.
Hopefully this poor check in experience was a one off and others have a better experience.

No body wash in dispenser, beds were uncomfortable, coffee maker had old coffee poured in the water dispenser. Restaurant food was not great and the only waitress was over worked and stressed. It was chaotic trying to get a shuttle since it didn’t fit everyone who was waiting. Driver was nice however. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Poor communication in general. The shuttle service was TERRIBLE!! We called as we were told to do and we were told that they were on their way. 30 mins later the shuttle guy called and told me he was pulling in. I was told by hotel staff that it would say Cambria on the side. It didn’t. An hour later we call the hotel and they say he is on his way and they have no clue what we need to look for van wise. We waited almost 2 hours total to get shuttled back to the hotel from the airport. We get inside to check in and there is a huge line. One person on the computer and one checking people in. Worst experience in my life after a long day of flying!
