It is located in a busy area; therefore, traffic was very noisy. One of their elevators was not in service. On a positive note, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. Great ammeneries. Having breakfast included was excellent and having the shuttle to the airport was great as well. Except the driver of the shuttle. He was NOT friendly and in fact was VERY rude to a person in our party. We arrived at the airport and he did not let us know what stop was ours. He could have spoken up and said whst airlines he was stopped at. Then when he unloaded our luggage at the airport he was giving very sly looks to this person in our party! I was appalled actually. We all tipped him a small amount but he was NOT deserving of it ( he would have gotten much larger tip for sure if he treated us better). Not a nice way to end our vacation. Very upset with what happened. We left today April 27th on the 8am shuttle if you need to know who drove us.

The stay was good. Breakfast was a little less than what expected but wasn't bad. They wanted you to make more of a breakfast burrito with the food they offered. They did have cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and bacon. The room was very roomy and clean. If you are wanting to stay there for the beach and don't get transportation then I advise you to stay closer instead if you have a longer stay. Uber back and forth was roughly 70 bucks round trip. The staff were excellent. I asked for a late check out and they let me with a few. Which is totally understandable. The airport shuttle was free which was a positive. Pool was nice and kids enjoyed it.

Room was clean upon arrival after our cruise and we received early access. Very close to Dania Pointe for shopping and restaurants. Bathrooms are very dated and need upgrading. Included breakfast area was very small and breakfast was very underwhelming (cold and people waiting for dishes to be replenished). We booked the included transfer to the airport as instructed on arrival and it was very late. Priority is given to flight crews and regular guests have to wait and given access only if there is no crew booked for that time. Guests have to wait. If you are on a tight timeline, leave lots of time or book an Uber! The pool was a nice to have to extend our vacation one more day.

We arrived at this hotel, completely exhausted after a day of travel. We chose this hotel for their airport transfer and breakfast. Upon arrival, the staff was not very welcoming. Check in was not a smooth process and we had to wait for our Expedia reservation to come through. I felt we were intentionally delayed. When my annoyance had become apparent, (30-45 min) we were finally given a room key. I gave the property a 2 star instead of a one because the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. I have a medical condition and have difficulty getting in a comfortable position. and I found the sofa to be quite comfortable. That is where the positivity ends. We requested a wake up call and airport transport and went to bed. I woke up late on my own because there was no wake up call. I was traveling with my mother and she went downstairs 15 minutes before the transport was requested. I finished getting our things together in a hurry and exited the elevator at the time we had requested. No transport. Waited about 10 min and inquired about it. , and she made some calls and told me they had already left, but the next one was arriving in 15 minutes. I sat in the front of the building and watched and waited. 15 min later

Hotel was clean with friendly efficient staff. Stayed one night in advance of our cruise. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Only negative was shuttle service from airport we had an hour wait and I made quite a few calls to determine the status. Other than that issue all good.

Guy at front desk 4/13 in the evening was rude, short conversation, acted like the people he spoke with was dumb and wouldn't answer our questions fully. Shower paint was coming off so the floor was rough and the shower itself leaked and didn't fully switch from bath running water to shower, so pressure was off. gym was nice, pool was fine as well. room cleanliness was average

In need of some upgrades, clean but needs some updates. Definitely has wear and tear look.
Convenient for airport 10 min..15 min to Port to cruise boat...depending on traffic, free shuttle to airport.
The location is great..nice shopping area and plenty of food choices all in walking distances.

Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel about 130a. Told there were no room for us. Took us across the street to another hyatt hotel where we waited about 15 mins and the clerk said she didn't have any rooms at all. Sent us back to this hotel. We were given a room and then was charged double. Fortunately everything was straightened out in the morning. It was very nerve wracking when all these other factors came into play. However we did enjoy the few hours we were there. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

The shuttle was prompt and easy to access, just make sure you have your luggage first before calling. I found the breakfast had many choices and lots of places to sit. If you are planning on eating there for lunch or dinner, there really wasn't a great choice. Nothing close either. You can door dash. Uber was cheaper than their cost to Miami cruise port.

We stayed for 3 nights before heading home after our cruise. Our room is clean, bed is comfortable and we slept well. Staff is friendly and helpful, we got checked got checked in to our room in the morning and had breakfast. Breakfast was good. Will surely come back there again for future travels.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our party of 15. They allowed us to leave our luggage and had our rooms ready early. The shuttle service is convenient and ran 24 hours a day. The pool area was also nice to hang out.

It was Spring Break and a lot of cruises going on but you wouldn’t have known it with the staff. They were very accommodating and pleasant. Had a burger from the cafe and it was very good. Starbucks in the lobby too.
Shuttle service was quick, easy Uber to the Broadwalk which we definitely suggest. Water taxi as well. Lots to see and nice restaurants..
overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Breakfast was bad, poor selection of breakfast options, and bad service. They don’t provide real plates and utensils! Instead they give out paper plates, and plastic utensils! Unbelievable! Scrambled eggs are made from powder eggs! Coffee thermos are always empty and no staff checking to refill them. The rooms has no safe, no bath robes, and no guest room amenities and no room supplies. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

Great stay! The internet was fast, and while the building is decent, it could use some updates, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast offered a good selection; eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal, oats, and French toast; but adding pancakes or waffles would be a nice touch, especially for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants just a minute’s walk away. It’s also very close to the airport, with shuttle available.
