The room is unusual setted.
The sofa bed was not made and we had to do it ourselves. We had to call and ask for bed sheets, even if we booked for 3 persons. The sofa bed was very incomfortable.
The shuttle for the airport was very appreciated.

Staff were extremely helpful at the desk. I was disappointed with the room. Ground floor amongst the meeting rooms which was very noisy. Started hoovering at 7am!! Near train station so again was noisy. Not the best stay.

The hotel was an oasis after a crazy time at the airport and getting into the hotel after a very long day of delays and queueing up. Grateful for the staff, the ease of checking in, and the food and drinks that revived us at the restaurant.

The airport shuttle process was an extreme let down. After waiting an hour, we paid for an uber. The room was run down and the pool looked un-swimmable. Not within walking distance to much. The best part was the little restaurant that served Starbucks in the morning. Just ok for a one night stay before a cruise.

I made my reservation in September … paid $381. For one room, 1 night with plans to board a ship the following morning. I learned at 130 pm the afternoon I was to fly from Boston to Ft Lauderdale that my reservation was canceled by the Marriott Hotel. I was traveling with my 12 year old granddaughter and I was calling everywhere trying to get another room. Calling the Marriott got me no results, they wouldn’t even answer the phone at the hotel. The public should be warned that apparently it’s okay to just cancel a reservation at a whim ( especially if they can sell the same room at a much higher rate) if the reservation is made thru 3rd-parties.. such a Expedia… terrible, crooked business practice!

It started with the staff, not being able to understand them because they were wearing face mask and I couldn’t hear even after repeatedly asking I still could not hear what they’re trying to say. The rooms are old outdated. The food that they serve is pretty terrible ice machine on the second floor, where our room was did not work. The shower is like something from the 60s. All I can say is I’m one and done.

Well we were staying at the Holiday Inn, Hollywood Fl. There was a fire on our floor at that holiday inn and we had been displace. Then we were get get a room Mariot. Everyone there were very accommodating to our needs and even able to give us early check-in. Thank you. Bernard B.

I arrived early to the hotel knowing that I would have to wait a bit for my room. 5 hours I waited. Their stated check in time is 3pm at the desk they stated 4pm. As more and more people arrived some got rooms and others had to wait. Finally I found a desk agent that gave me an open room but that was after 5 hrs of laying in the laobby and taking to 2 other desk agents. When I got to the room it smelled like piss but I was so tired after a long week

Remote location not walkable to anywhere else. Sheets were wet upon arrival and I was asked to help re-make the bed when they brought new bedding. I had to help the worker lift the mattress to place the mattress protector on and he asked for assistance making the bed.

The staff were rude and very impatient. We had to wait forever to get our room when check-in was at 3 o’clock. It was almost 5 when we got in. The bistro never had anything that they advertised on their menu. We asked for a print out of our stay and we didn’t get it. I’ll never stay here again. And the phone didn’t work in the room.

Room was ok, somewhat outdated but clean. Many of the staff were nice. On check out, I could see the desk person was overwhelmed and a bit not friendly. I did report this to the hotel that we used the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port offered by a company stationed in the lobby. They charge $20/person. Although the transportation was ok, my husband has a mobility issue and uses a walker. After loading, the booking person said we were going to have to pay an extra $10 because the walker would not fit in back and was taking up a passenger seat. I don't think this is legal. I asked for their business card and the driver ultimately did not charge it but was going to. This should have been disclosed up front but again, by law, I don't think they can do this.

Called for airport shuttle pick up, and were told that they were on their way and then hung up on. No direction as to where to pick up the shuttle. Called and again, with no answer. Waited about 30 minutes for shuttle. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at the hotel and our name was put on a \"call list\", our luggage stored and we were given a discount card at a nearby restaurant. We returned to the hotel about 2 hours later, where they were checking individuals in. When I asked why we weren't called, I was told they did call me. I verified the phone number called with the staff member, and the number was correct, but we never received a call. None the less, we did get checked in only to have to wait for an elevator as one of the elevators was not operable.

To start with we arrive early to check in , and I understand that check in is at 4. But housekeeping doesn't show up till 11 to start cleaning rooms.
The lobby was full of people heading to their cruise or flight.
The restaurant was closed for lunch, but the clerk behind the desk kind enough to give us a food coupon for the restaurant nearby.
We signed up for transport for the next morning. When we got there they took a group ahead of us that hadn't even signed up till the morning of. The desk clerk called for another transport van and it was already full of passengers, my husband had to stand in the back by the luggage.
Needless to say we will not be returning, nor advise any of our friends or family to stay.

The shuttle experience from the airport to the hotel was awful. It took 2 1/2 hrs and in volved 5 phone calls. Not kidding! The shuttle to the cruise port wasn't much better. Got there only a hour late. Food service at the hotel was also slow and the person taking orders didn't seem to care. Not a good experience.

The hotel does not have qifi for everyone. You have to be a platinum member to access wifi. Quite irresponsible and backward. Their staff were quite rude and did not provide airport shuttle as promptly as others.

Disappointing for such a pricey night's stay!

Check in was slow while the attendant signed into the system, the ordering food at their Bistro took longer than expected while none of the previous tables in their restaurant were cleared, so every table had the previous client’s eaten food sitting out. Then, I got a knock on the door at 9:00 while taking a shower when checkout was posted for 12:00.

Room was very dated. Bed sunk in the middle , made it difficult to sleep waking up with aches and pain in the morning.
Restaurant cashier: not very friendly and found her to be rude. Food was mediocre and came cold. Eggs were order over medium, received over easy with one slice of toast.

Front desk lady was rude, when i made reservations i requested two queen side bed and instead i got a kind side they put me in the second floor next to the elevator and the ice machine, that machine was making noise all night i hardly slept the first night. and when i complain they told me they were full and they couldn't change my room.

The only good part of my stay was when I got to leave. The room was dirty. The shower add her in it, which I presume was from previous occupant. There’s mold in the tile and wall. The ice machine was broken. The coffee machine was broken. The shampoo was broken. One of the lightbulbs were broken. The ironing board was full of stains and terrible. The iron itself put marks on my clothing.. The couch was covered in stains. The room smelled. Would not recommend for my dog to even stay here.
