When we arrived at the airport, we called for the shuttle and were told it would come in 30mins, max 40 mins. After an hour, we called again, and were told they would message the driver again. It never came. We ended up getting an uber to the hotel after waiting an hour and a half (that cost us $30 for a 5 min ride). Upon arriving at the hotel and telling the front staff the shuttle never came, their response was “okay…”. No apology, no explanation. It seemed like this happened a lot. Then when we got to our room, there was no hand soap. We asked for some soap and were told they had run out… so they gave us a bottle of shampoo to use as hand soap. (What hotel runs out of soap??!). There was also no tissues in the tissue box.
My sister’s room was just as bad… maybe worse… they didn’t have body wash in the shower either…. And there was pee in the toilet (was the room cleaned??!!).
I would not stay here again. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is its location to the cruise terminal. But the Crown Plaza is literally next door…. Stay there instead!! We saw about 5 or 6 Crown Plaza shuttles come by in the time we were waiting for the Aloft shuttle. If we had known the Crown Plaza was next door, we would have hopped on their shuttle.

He wrote all the information down on a piece of paper. Thank you for going the extra mile. The hotel is really nice and convienently located. Highly recommend.

I called to let them know my flight was a later flight around a week before we left for this trip. We planned to stay 1 night and then go on a cruise the next morning. They assured me that a “red eye” check in was fine. I have the receipt from orbit saying I booked a room with 2 queen beds but they only had 1 king bed available. I was told originally by the front desk that they were trying to move my room but couldn’t. I was then told another guest had an issue with her bathroom and was moved and only slept in one bed so half my party could sleep on the other “clean” bed. I said absolutely not! We had 4 people booked for this room, 3 adults and 1 child, and 1 had to sleep on the floor. I paid almost $500 for this room for only a few hours of sleep and a shower. The fact that someone had to sleep on the floor is atrocious! I asked for extra bedding and pillows for the floor and waited a while to finally even get them. I still haven’t heard from management and it’s been over a week. The morning front desk girl was nice but not sure how far my complaint went once I left. Wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was not consistent on when the shuttle operated. We arrived at 509am after being told it ran on the 15-30mins. the evening before. We were told to wait till 530a,Driver of the shuttle was distracted on his phone, and actually left his post and went and sat in a car?? then at 530a we were told they wait til 5 after, now 535am, Seems they could have taken us at 509am and still made it back for the 535am pick up. VERY unhelpful.

It took nearly an hour to be picked up by the free hotel shuttle at the airport. The person handling the shuttles on the phone was rude. Having to take an elevator just to reach reception is inconvenient. This hotel had the worst water pressure in the shower I've ever experienced; its was hardly enough to get wet and get soap and shampoo out of your hair. For $400+ a night, the only redeeming quality about this hotel is how close it is to both the airport and cruise terminal. Would not stay here again.

After we checked in we went to our room on January 3rd to find out there was only one bed. There were 3 adults in our party and I had a receipt from Expedia confirming 2 queen beds. We headed back down to inform the lady who checked us in and she was incredible rude. She was an older lady with shoulder length blond hair. She told us THEY DIDNT SCREW UP EXPEDIA DID AND That’s WHAT WE GET FOR BOOKING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY!! I was dumbfounded. We paid over 400$ for a BUDGET hotel (very overpriced due to close proximity to cruise terminal). I asked her if she could get a room for us that had two beds and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away.
I was in total shock! She returned a couple of minutes later and said “Well I guess you got your way. Had to rob Peter to pay Paul” and gave us the key to another room. It was truly the most bizarre interaction I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Room not well suited to share as there's no privacy in bathrooms with space only separated by a curtain with gaping holes in the wall panels for direct sightlines into shower area.

The hotel is nice and clean and comfortable if you’re only staying for like a night or two. We stayed for a whole week and the room was very good. It was big and I like to shower. The bathroom is separated from the sink so that’s good, but the Cleaning Lady didn’t always clean the room and so I constantly had to be asking for towels and toilet paper. Also something that I didn’t realize is they charge you $35 a day for valet parking there’s no other option you have to valet.
