The hotel is beautiful. We stayed 4 nights and the walkable stores and restaurants are few.

If i had a car or more to do around the.hotel, i would have given it 5 stars. I heard parking is expensive and they will tow your cars if you havent paid.

Overall a good.hotel for a.night before a cruise and a good meal at the rendezvous restaraunt nearby.

Insanely to expensive for this hotel. The shuttle service never answered their phone so I was never picked up. The room was to far from the elevator, the hamburger I order was rare and I asked for medium, the Tv and air conditioner didn’t work in the room. The air conditioner was stuck on high and would let me lower the temperature, I finally unplugged it. The shower was a rain shower which was great. There were two employees that were the best on the property Jason and Star. I will never stay here again.

Its a very nice hotel. I would have given it a five star except, there isnt much to do right in this area and the air con would not turn off. This was during the cold spell and we froze all night, remote for tv didnt work either.

Nothing was a big deal but the little things can add up. Its a fine choice for one night before a cruise but any more than that i would rent a car

We had a comfortable stay while needing to order a Lyft since their drivers don't start before 5:30am (our flight out was at 6am). Bar snacks and drinks were delicious, and we did go into the rather unique pool for a dip.

It took 10 minutes for the water to get water hot, at 6:30am. It took us a while to figure out bathroom lights, we had to turn on hall light to get bathroom lights to come on. The shades didn’t cover all the windows; the outsides lights kept us up. The air condition unit sounded like a rocket ship taking off every time it came on, kept us up.

The staff did not answer the phone… it was nearly impossible to reach them to arrange for airport pickup! It took 30 minutes to finally get someone to answer the phone …. The room was out of towels and shower gel … in room coffee maker did not work and coffee cost 5.00 for a cup of coffee in the morning… the water from faucet was said to contain harmful chemicals, but they did not provide bottled water..

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. A good place to stay the night before your cruise departs. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice and updated.
A couple caveats to be aware of - I didn’t have the greatest experience with the staff; I was rudely told there was “no chance” I could check in early in a how-dare-you-even-ask kind of tone… right after they handed room keys to the couple in front of me in line. Breakfast is available for a fee, for which service seems to be extremely slow; we were never even acknowledged enough to receive a menu.
Other than those two small things, no issues. Highly recommend walking up the street to Rendezvous for a delicious meal during your stay here!

Attention to detail was missing in room cleanliness. The hallway mirror was covered in smear. The hallway picture had drip lines of soda or coffee. Each day of our 5 day stay was a surprise of what towel selection we would get. The sliding glass wall which is the shower door / toilet door had no handle to pull open the door from the toilet stall. The edge of the glass was unsanitary with stains of what only was guessed to be from hands that were yet to be washed. The sliding glass wall gave no privacy. Not good for two coworkers traveling together. Never did I think I had to look for a hotel room that had a bathroom door. This room had none. One night desk staff was more interested in her laptop and earbuds than service. One morning desk staff could not supply paper coffee cups for the room, which were missing. Offered up only plastic cups. The desk staff should be described as disinterested.
The very best person was the bartender. He was friendly, fast and enjoyable even though you could tell the bar was understaffed and he had to work double speed.
Pretty building but pretty underwhelming.

Paint on the floor. No bathroom door in its entrance. Restaurant was out of its primary featured menu items which were waffles and pancakes. Customer service at check-in was not friendly and didn’t acknlege our group for several minutes upon arrival to the front desk. Had her head down looking at her computer screen. No hello how are you or how can I help you today. The 12-hour travel experience due to weather delays and cancelations was already bad enough, then to get to hotel with below expectation standards was just unacceptable.

Stayed one night before our cruise. Clean, updated room. Had a nice dinner at the close by restaurant Rendezvous. Good breakfast at the hotel. Would recommend to others. Would have preferred a king to the two queen beds but they said they didn't have any left. Also note thermostat on the wall, no adjustment on the window unit. We missed it! ;)

She not only scanned and sent it but she followed up to make sure I received a copy and wanted to find out if there was anything else she could do. Room was clean, more modern, and the lounge area was all new. There is no breakfast included, and we had to pay for coffee downstairs. There is a great outdoor space with a pool and if you wanted to stand outside, your room may have a small balcony. There is also a bar, but there is a restaurant by the marina within walking distance. We really are glad we stayed here.

I did a week cruise in the Caribbean. We stayed here two time before and after the cruise.

The first stay was near perfect suffice to say it wasn't near a marina as advertised online for this hotel, but the bed and room were good.

The second stay was atrocious, the room given to us was the complete opposite of that of the first, the ac was pointed the floor, there was also a odor emanating from walls and the hall had noise, I got anxiety because i wanted to leave asap.

Staff was excellent. Arrived very late due to flight delays and lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Even out our freeze racks in employee freezer so they were ready for travel the next day.

Only odd thing is the lighting in the room only worked if main light switch was on and then other switches controlled other lights but the main switch had to be on to use other switches, very odd.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation from the top floor downward. When we checked in we asked the front desk clerk if she knew how far away the convention center was. Her response was I don’t have any idea. I would figure they would know some basic information. We stayed in room 404, it looked pretty nice. Found the tv wasn’t even hooked up. Shouldn’t have to figure out what wires go into what plugins to make the tv work. The overall room was nicely set up. Nice views from the windows. Did find it a bit odd that there was a huge floor to ceiling window inside the closet. We asked about where to get ice, the front desk said we had to go to the kitchen and ask for ice. Very strange. Hopefully once the renovations are complete things will be better.

The room is clean, but there are limited outlets. As you approach the building from the highway, you can see into the rooms and you can see mattresses stacked up against walls in some of the rooms. Make sure to get the actual shuttle because the Uber experience was negative and it cost us money on our own instead of the free shuttle as advertised. The staff is very kind. But there were mixed messages from one phone call to another around what services were available.

Unfortunately not a great experience. I came back from work to all my makeup bags ruined because of a roof leak in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and they did give me one. However when I went into the new room, it smelled strongly of chlorine fumes, to the extent that I had to leave the balcony open for a couple hours cause it was making me sick.

Low water pressure and bathroom showerhead appeared to be partly blocked.
No wine bottle opener in room. They made us go to the limited time open bar to pull the cork on a wine bottle.
Black out blinds are in poor shape and need to be replaced.
We ran out of shower gel so had to wash with shampoo.

Weird bathroom. I usually don't complain, but the water pressure was very, very poor. There was 1 door for the shower and toilet. A sliding door to just close 1 area. And the door was hard to pull. Just kinda weird. And the balcony was small enough for 1 chair. One dirty chair. The hotel was ok for what we needed it for, but I wouldn't stay there for an extended period of time.

This hotel is a safe bet for a good stay. I traveled for business and selected as it was close to the FLL airport and hit the right price point.

My room had a balcony and the 8th floor has a terrace that looks out over the airport and skyline.

The biggest negative is that you'll have to pay $3-$4 for a bad cup of coffee down in the lobby as there aren't available carafes for guests OR a worse cup of coffee in the Keurig in your room. That's a let down.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. I had to have my room moved three times due to each room smelling of marijuanna - even though the hotel claimed to be smoke free. The second room I was moved to only had a made bed - other than that, it looked unclean. Appeared to be very run down in comparison to the pictures on website. Staff members were friendly, but it appeared that the one member was high. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and am disappointed that I have not received a refund especially since I had to book another hotel.

Our stay was good. It is advertised as a hotel on a marina but that is very far fetched. We did have a view of the air port and could watch the planes land. The shuttle service was terrible. We waited an hour on a shuttle to show up and the driver was very unfriendly. The hotel itself is nice. Our room was clean and great for couple's. The bathroom setup is very intimate. I believe it is geared more towards couples than a family stay.

The property was dated. The fridge in our room did not work. The shades to cover the windows were simple, roll down shades that were frayed on the edges and cumbersome to open and close. They’re remodeling the restaurant and bar area so it makes shift bar was put up with places for people to sit Not exactly inviting.
