We booked a king room, only to be told we’d have to stay in a double because they overbooked the kings. Disappointing to say the least.

Staff was apologetic, but that didn’t change the fact that I had to sleep separate from my wife.

The bartenders were arguing and 1 walked off. The rooms are dark and very noisy aling the Highway. Hard to sleep there to catch a flight. Lightning is poor and walls in the room is dark so getting ready in very early morning when its still dark was difficult

We liked that there was a Restsurant on premises. Food was good.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice feature as we were not expecting it. Food was fresh. Coffee was excellent.

The staff was fabulous. They could not have been more engaging and helpful. My son and I stayed at the Marriott courtyard close by for a few days before we headed to Key Largo, but upon our return I decided to change it up and came here. I'm so glad I did. Will def be coming back. PS..ur pool needs work!!

We stayed here with friends the night before embarking on a cruise, we were picked up at the airport after a short wait and scheduled a paid shuttle to the cruise ship the following day. We weren’t expecting the added cost for the cruise terminal shuttle as this wasn’t stated in the initial information. After registering and paying for the shuttle for the following day, they got us to the Ship and all was well. The location was good and the room was comfortable and clean!

I enjoyed my stay, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They even called up to my room in the evening to check if everything was OK! They have a happy hour with drink and food specials on the main floor of the hotel. They also have an available shuttle to take you to the cruise port for a fee, but very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

The hotel was nice, bartender was funny, and never had to wait for a cocktail, even if it was busy. Did not have breakfast, only coffee. Restaurants were in walking distance also, a lot of stores. The only thing I can complain of, is there were not enough chairs around the pool area. Asked for more chairs, and was told what you see is what you get. We were able to make do with what we had. Will stay there again!

We were there for an overnight stay. They advertised Happy hour cocktails and wings. That was a nice offering in the area. We didn't do that or the breakfast offered. Was so tired when we got there, just wanted to rest. However, they must have deep- cleaned the carpet in the room which was still damp and really needed to have time to dry(We used towels placed on the carpet to get to and from the bathroom. I did let the front desk know the next morning about it. This location is nice, so no need to get upset about and we've stayed here a couple of times. Great location if you're going to Port Everglades.

The bar was very well stocked and the staff quite efficient and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. Menu, while limited, was good. Breakfast was hot and good with varied items to appeal to families and business travelers. Pool area was clean with plenty of towels available. Great location and great value for the money.

Hotel offers/includes airport pick up. When we called for pick up at 3 pm, we were told they were done for the day. Even the transportation rep at the airport was surprised.
We paid for a cab for six of us. The hotel rep said I would be refunded. This never happened, basically, they did not care. Would not recommend for this reason.

There was a wait to get into our room because we arrived early (came from the cruise port at 11 and check-in was at 4). Staff were able to get us in at 12 so we didn’t have to wait and come back. Facility was clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good too. The only thing is that our headboard was sticky. Everything else was perfect! Would highly recommend

We booked a 2 nights stay via Expedia. I cancelled the second night because the room is not cleaned well, with a moldy smell and the hotel needs updating. I tried to get a refund for the second day through Expedia and Sheraton. A lot of back and forth and we didn’t get the refund. I will not book through Expedia nor go to that same hotel anymore.

The staff that we met first on entering was very rude and uninviting with giving out less information. She didn't even give me a AAA discount. And I am still calling that hotel to award me one. The breakfast was good but while booking it said that it will be on purchase $32, so was confused on that. It is very busy hotel though, and lot of them are people who are heading to a cruise or returning from it. I was not sure how would we like this hotel next to busy freeways but noise wise no problem, but we couldn,t take a stroll outside because of its location. It says Dania beach as its address but it's no where close to a beach. You need to take a ride to it. This was confusion too as we just went by the name and haven't checked the location and distance to the beach. Only if I could get my AAA discount of 15-20% as other hotels are awarding nearby.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were told there is a free shuttle from the airport, just call when we land. The front desk gal simply said “there is no shuttle available tonight.” Wouldn’t even give an explanation as to why. I feel she was very unprofessional. So, we paid $25 for a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. They have a service to easily book a for-pay shuttle to the cruise port. Do that when you arrive. The King with a couch bed is extremely spacious. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge for a hotel shower. Very clean room. The on-site restaurant has pretty good, basic food fare. We had cheeseburgers and fries that were very tasty and the service was excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. Continental plus eggs, meats and fruits. A decent value for the area. Only real complaint was the airport shuttle issue.

This hotel was nice and clean. Bar in the lobby, which was also a nice addition. Only stayed to sleep for a flight. The issue arose from after my stay, I got charged for long distance phone calls that were made from my room phone, which I did NOT make as it's now the digital age & I have a cellphone. Upon checkout please ask for an itemized bill. There were $24 in charges that I did not get made aware until after I had checked out and an invoice was sent to my email a few hours after my checkout. To get this situation sorted it took about 4 phone calls to speak with different staff members, which when I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that she was there but was unable to speak with me at that time. It was finally fixed 4 days after checkout. Hotel was fine, after was the issue

Airport shuttle is not used for pickups, which unfortunately was not mentioned when I called both before reservation and before arriva to confirm there was shuttle service. I had to find other travel when I arrived to the airport and called for pickup

Shuttle confusion, ended up having to pay for uber to/from airport. When we checked in and entered our room a man was in there shampooing so we ended up sleeping in a wet room that had strong chemical smell. My daughter has asthma. Breakfast was excellent. Desk staff were polite and accommodating with our luggage.

The airport shuttle was a complete mess, 1 shuttle van was not running and the one that was, the back hatch was broken so all the luggage was stacked on the front seats.We had to call the hotel 4 times and were given conflicting information. We had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle to arrive. Check in was extremely slow and the clerk was not very hospitable, acted like she didn’t even want to be there. I was not offered my greeting bag for being a rewards member! We were only given 1 door card and were not asked if we wanted 2. The room itself was pretty clean and comfortable. For the price we paid and the chain of hotel, this location was sub par.

Room was musty, dreary and bathtub in outside extremely dirty.
Felt very gross sleeping in bed.
Only 1 night stay before cruise so did not complain.
Checked out on March 21 to board ship, that same night had 11 bites on buttocks, feet, & fingers.
Went to ship doctor, bedbug bites which I’m sure was from your hotel.

Our room was just OK - the carpet needed cleaning to freshen it up. I’m not a clean freak - however I felt like I needed to leave my slippers on to walk around the room and got bathroom.
Also when you pay so much for a hotel room I would expect that a buffet breakfast and parking should be included.
I think I will look for a different hotel when in the area again.

It was great to have a free airport shuttle to pick us up, had to pay for port shuttle, but very convenient. Room was nice, breakfast buffet was good, just wish more gluten free options available. Had to stay an extra day due to flight cancellations, staff were friendly eager to help keep our room. We will be back next year
