From day 1 my toilet did not flush so I had to find bathroom elsewhere. Saturday morning had to go to bathroom out of room to take morning constitutional as front desk had maintenance work on it. Saturday night water constantly ran in toilet bowl…. Tried flushing but nothing. Couldn’t sleep with water constantly running. Sunday morning as had get up early to do my bathroom business elsewhere I informed the front desk yet again. The toilet flushed Sunday night but water ran continuously. Kept me up… I left Monday morning dead tired. Room 625

Everything was great. On site restaurant was great, bar was amazing, staff were absolutely amazing and price was great. The airport, Everglades and cruise terminals are nice and close (about 20 minutes away) and the shuttle to the cruise port was a very good added bonus. Lots of shopping, food and great choices within a 15-20 minute walk. We will 100% stay here again when we go to Fort Lauderdale.

Window in the room didn't seal properly and the noise from outside was very loud. The faucet in the bathroom dripped all night. And there was a flashing green light coming from the smoke detector the entire time

It’s noisy to get the most expensive room with city view. Lots of ambulances go by and Santos happening across. Also could feel the metro shake the bed (4th floor).
It’s in a good location. They clean the room well and big towels. I had a little trouble with my early check-in paid process but it got resolved (paying extra). The black out curtains and ac need upgrading. Also one day the elevator didn’t work and I saw older people with luggage struggling.

I have stayed here a few times now. The hotel is nice, clean, a good breakfast included & well maintained. My only issue is that they NO LONGER HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE after 4:00 p.m. All the websites said they ran until 11:00 p.m. We took an Uber, so it was not that big of deal. But don’t advertise it if you don’t have it. The night lead person said they have asked the third party sites & Marriott to change it but they have not. It is a great place to stay just expect no shuttle after 4

I like everything about the property. It's located near the airport and shopping area. Clean room, loved the breakfast area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Any time I come to South Florida this is where I stay. It's convenient. I recommend this hotel. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Everything was okay until I paid for an upgraded room and extended and the room that I paid was available because I came back in late to check in. This is the second time I have booked this room with a kitchen on Expedia and it was held and manager clearly stated that I booked on Expedia or 3rd party app so it’s not guaranteed. Super disappointing and I needed a fridge to store frozen meat to carry home only reason I paid for the upgrade.

Was not impressed by my first stay here. We were \"assigned\" a room appropriate for someone with disabilities, which we did not request nor met the criteria for someone who needed handle rails in the bathroom. When we inquired about a room change on the night we checked in, we were told that they did not have another king room, but the request would be sent to the day staff. That apparently did not happen, and on day 2, the a/c went out. We requested new accommodations again, and at 12:45 a.m., a couple of hours after speaking with a front desk representative, we were offered a new room. Needless to say we declined and checked out early that morning. Would not stay here again.

Room on the 5th floor wasn’t great (smell+). Dinner in the bar wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine. Arranged shuttle transportation to the airport. Pickup was 45 mins. Late. Wasn’t advised that there would be a $10 charge for each person +tip. Made other arrangements the following week.

This was my second stay at the Four Points Hotel, and unfortunately the experience started off poorly. Upon arriving, I noticed that the bed in my assigned room had a strong urine odor. I contacted the front desk, and while I appreciated being moved to another room promptly, the overall experience continued to decline.
After returning from work late at night, I specifically informed the front desk that I would need a late checkout and asked that housekeeping be notified in advance so I would not be disturbed. I made this request especially because I had experienced an issue during a previous stay with housekeeping repeatedly knocking on my door.
Despite my request and the assurance that it would be communicated, housekeeping knocked on my door the following afternoon and even attempted to open it. Thankfully, I had the safety latch engaged. This situation was extremely concerning and could have easily been avoided with proper communication among staff.
When I contacted the front desk to express my concerns, I was simply told that they would “have a talk” with housekeeping. In my opinion, this should have already been addressed, especially after prior complaints regarding the same issue.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of accommodation and repeated disturbances, I do not believe I will be returning to this hotel in the future.

The bartenders were arguing and 1 walked off. The rooms are dark and very noisy aling the Highway. Hard to sleep there to catch a flight. Lightning is poor and walls in the room is dark so getting ready in very early morning when its still dark was difficult
