We will never stay here again! Unfortunately. The hotel was fine, comfortable bed and clean, shower food and. there is a shuttle to the Hard Rock across the road - although it’s a short walk too. But, the disgusting and terrible treatment at the hands of the rooftop bar and restaurant is not something I will ever accept when paying for any service. A quick look online will tell you all you need to know about the bar and restaurant and I wish we had looked beforehand. After arriving and being ignored by the at the desk as the receptionist chewed gum and pretended to work, they spoke to us like we were interrupting their night. We were told there was no space in the bar to have a drink, and were denied entry (despite knowing there was in fact space) meanwhile other people were just walking in. The staff on the reception were rude and only wanted to let people they knew into the bar , when we challenged them we were told the bar was full but were not offered a wait time, options etc. we guess we did not meet the demographic they were appealing to. I’ve never felt so demeaned and spoken down to in such a way before. It was truly an awful experience.

Hotel is clean, it’s not kid friendly. The restaurant doesn’t allow children, which is unfair if you are going to have it apart of the hotel all guest should be welcomed. I would suggest putting a time on it.

Amazingly close to Seminole hard rock and Hollywood directly across the street staff was incredible. Only thing was not a lot of snacks to buy late at night other than overpriced snacks they give in the room. Overall state was excellent.

Check in is at 3pm. When we got there at 4pm our room wasn’t ready. They said about 15 minutes…an hour and half later 5:30 it still wasn’t ready. We lost our dinner reservation twice because we couldn’t get ready. Finally got a different room. Unfortunately it was a big inconvenience. Holly offered us a discount which was nice but because we booked through Expedia they said they couldn’t apply the discount so they removed the fees that they could. The shower was a fiasco as it flooded the bathroom floor even with the doors closed. Overall an “okay” stay. The best part was Carlos the shuttle driver, real good guy. Would we stay again….not sure.

Unfortunately our stay at Dolce by Wyndham was disappointing. Several basic hospitality issues really took away from the experience.

First, I never received a final bill for my stay, which is frustrating and makes it difficult to verify charges.

The bathroom floor in our room was visibly dirty upon arrival, which immediately made us question the overall cleanliness of the room.

We also had issues with the TV not working. I tried calling the front desk multiple times for assistance but no one ever answered. I eventually went down in person, where the staff member had a noticeable attitude and told me she would send someone but was “making no promises.”

Later we asked for additional towels at the front desk and they were never delivered. I ultimately had to track down a housekeeping staff member in the hallway just to get towels.

The one bright spot during our stay was the shuttle driver, who was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to talk to. He was easily the best part of the experience.

Unfortunately the rest of the service did not reflect the level of hospitality you would expect from a Wyndham property.

The place was clean, shuttle to Hard Rock was convenient, & amenities were nice. However, we were on the 6th floor right under the kitchen/bar/nightclub. Music was supposed to be done by midnight but it went until 1 AM. When I called the front desk she told me that the music was coming from outside, not upstairs, dismissing my concern (she was wrong). Besides that, it was a nice stay.

Hotel itself was lovely. A little hard to find. Good proximity to the airport. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming. Pool was closed for a private party. The music from the rooftop party was so loud that we had to use the earplugs they provided. Could not get any sleep since the music continued until 3am and we had an early flight the next morning.
The complimentary breakfast was ok but all the food was cold.
I would not stay there again.

Very updated hotel with spacious room.Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was first class with made to order omelets, variety of fresh fruit and other options. Shuttle to and from Hardrick excellent and very convenient even though walk is also very easy.A little difficult to find entrance going thru parking lot of McDonalds. Only has valet parking to our knowledge.

The room was nice, but there is a bar/club at the top floor. They supply ear plugs in the room because it is very loud. The music didn't stop until 1AM on Sunday morning. Our room was on the sixth floor. It may be a little better on the low floors. Overall the property was new and well maintained.

The hotel is very nice, and check-in was quick and easy. The valet service was also fast and convenient. However, when my room was cleaned, only two large towels were replaced, and the smaller towels were not changed. The shower cap was also left unchanged. I don’t mind the music noise from upstairs, but I do expect the proper amenities to be restocked and the towels to be fully replaced.

All and all our stay was good. The room was excellent and the free breakfast was very good. What they don’t tell you when you check in is that if you are on the 6th floor you will not be able to sleep until the club on the 7th floor closes! They even put ear plugs ( only one pair though) in your room so they know this is a problem. The music was so loud that our room was actually vibrating from the noise. It wasn’t until about 2 am that the music stopped. I don’t know if this is a problem on any other floors but definitely is on the 6th floor!
Also, my husband and I actually went up to the rooftop bar to check it out before going to bed but they wouldn’t let us in because it was full and several people were waiting to get in. I don’t know if all those people were staying at the hotel ( pretty doubtful as the hotel is not that big) but it seems that hotel guests paying $500/night would be able to get a drink. I would definitely stay here again but only on one of the lower floors!

I could not sleep an entire night there was blaring music from 8 pm, the front desk said they would send someone up, but to no avail, and we had to leave to airport at 4 am.

In addition we had reservations at the rooftop, they never asked to bring I’d, so we had to eat indoors, while beauty is the rooftop over looking the hard rock hotel.

And on top of this it was first time at the restaurant so asked many question, waitress told us what one of the dishes was said it was fries chicken cutlets for 45 dollars it ended up being grilled white dry meat, and waitress said oh sorry guess I didn’t describe it well

Yo había pagado la reservación y me puso que en el hotel tenía que pagar solo 100 dólares y allí cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que pagar 450 dólares por las tres noches y que ese dinero me lo devolverían a los días de salir y de ese dinero me cobraron 221 que no se por qué por qué no consumí nada de lo que estaba en la habitación por lo tanto ese dinero no tenían que a verlo cobrado

Housekeeping knocked 4 times on our door: 9 am, 9:30, 10:00 and 10:38 asking if they wanted our room done. They scream and talk loud and rest is something we didn’t have. They do provide ear plugs but the bathroom and room doors are so heavy you can hear when someone closes it like it is inside you room.

If you need a room to rest this is not the place. If you’re looking convenience to go to the hard rock then please do. There is a rooftop on the hotel that make it concurred and people talking loud when going down the elevator.

I’m sad to say for now I won’t be coming back.

The AC blows into your head while sleeping, wrong bed position; Loud noises from adjacent room while they use the shower.and at night when the rooftop bar is open till.late at night; Valet parking only which cost too much/day! Good picturesque of the guitar hotel across the street. Desk do not answer late at night.

Clean room. Lousy breakfast. No electrical appliances for toasting, on Saturday, due to Shabbat. Don’t understand how that applies to hotel guests that are not Jewish. Respect their religion…but, has to apply to all guests?
The rooftop was converted to a nightclub, the Saturday night…we did not, nor did MANY other guests, sleep that night. Libby was packed with guests trying to get up to rooftop bar. I won’t stay there again.

The room was nice and great location for concert going at the Hardrock. The hotel was clean. The bar closed at 5pm and watch the bar stools dangerous! However our cocktails were delicious The free shuttle was much appreciated. However our room was not serviced which was not a big deal as we were there only 2 nights however I requested kcups for coffee from 3 housekeepers didn’t receive. When we got back from the concert I asked the front desk manager for some and she refused. Coffee in the am is important.
The free breakfast was ok. And the coffee downstairs was good but for the price coffee in the room should be a given.

Upon arrival we were greeted with much enthusiasm by the valet staff, who eventually let us know that we needed to pay $40 per night for valet parking; no other option. There were scary stories about being towed or wheel-locked if we parked at the Mc Donalds etc…. I mentioned that this was a surprise fee, and they said to take it up with the front desk. The front desk staff were very friendly but informed us that we needed to pay for parking; hotel policy. After some vocal complaining on my part, they eventually mentioned that we could park for free in a city parking garage across the street. We did that. Again, everyone was very friendly, but the situation seemed scammy to us. The staff were just following policy, but the policy seemed like an intentional orchestrated mini-extortion.

Also, a worker barged into our room after we were in the room for about 30 minutes (by mistake). There was also a small pile of old access card holders on our one shelf. These oversights were no big deal to us though.

We booked this hotel, partly for access to the rooftop pool for my daughter. She was not able to access the pool for most of our stay since it was closed for a private event.

Very basic hotel for premium price. Breakfast below average as food selection was plentiful however food that was supposed to hot was luke warm. Hotel is 7 floors, with lobby on first, parking on 2nd, guests rooms on floors 3-6 and Rooftop Bar and G7 restaurant on floor 7. Do not stay in a room on the 6th floor if you want a quiet, peaceful nights sleep.

The room was nice and we enjoyed our view of the Guitar (Hard Rock) and Holiday lights.

The restaurant did not have menu items that appealed to me, and dinners are expensive.

The pool did not have lounge seating to lounge with a good book.

We could hear loud music (bass) both nights while trying to relax in our room. I believe the music was coming from the restaurant.
