Check in was at 3:00 room was ready at 2:15 but we were not allowed to check in until 3:00 unless we paid a 25 dollar early check in fee.

Air conditioner did not work in our room so they moved us to a 2nd room where the toilet would not flush. Went to use washroom in the lobby only to find out to late thst it was out of toilet paper. Went to wash my hands and all soap dispensers were empty. I would not reccomend this hotel.

The room, you can tell the floor wasn’t cleaned well. There was left over conditioner on the shower wall. I mean it wasn’t gross/gross, but it could have been better.
The night check in clerk was over her job, but the day was pleasant.
I mean it wasn’t bad, the tv kept cutting out because it’s satellite and it was stormy so that was disappointing.
The pool is nice. Overall 4/5 stars.

David the airport van driver was horrid.
Music blasting could not talk to anyone. Did not stop at stop signs, rolled thru them. Extreme speed , especially on side streets and was very ruff on the brakes, you had to hold on extremely tight. We asked him to slow down and he laughed, then middle age couple next to us said she was not joking, your driving unsafe.

I stayed here with a small family- 2 years ago, I also stayed here … the way this hotel has deteriorated since that first stay was upsetting.
Our room was filthy, toilet only flushed after 6 times holding the handle down after each use, there was a man getting arrested out front, extremely loud guests pounding on doors at 2am, 10pm our entire room smelled like weed - looked out to find people smoking in the stairwell and all drafting to our room. Not ideal for 2 guys kids, one with asthma.

The pool area was nice enough. Staff was kind at check in.

Unfortunately didn’t feel the price matched the quality this round, upgraded need to be made.

Was charged twice for the hotel room. Manager, Sabrina advised it was an error and would immediately be refunded upon check out however, I wasn’t. I called back to receive a call from another manager, Tyrone and haven’t heard back. My account has overdraft and I was charged a fee because of this double charge. I also ordered a steak from the restaurant that was burnt on the inside and completely uncooked red on the outside. Not the best customer service. The bartenders were amazing despite everything.

We've stayed at this property numerous times but I have to say that we were very disappointed this trip for several reasons.First we were very surprised that they offered family day passes now. We had just come off of a cruise full of kids and were looking forward to some peace and quiet and found the pool full of families on a day pass. We hung out by the pool until about noon and were about to go to lunch (since we couldn't check in yet) I double checked with front desk about our room before we headed to lunch and were happy to find out that our room was ready and we could check in before lunch. We threw our bags in the room and then went out for lunch. We liked the room very much. It was large, clean, had a comfy chair to relax so although the pool wasn't somewhere we could hang out with all of the children we at least appreciated a comfortable room. What wasn't comfortable as we found out later was the bed. That mattress needs changing ASAP.
Upon check out I then found out that we were charged an extra $25 for an early check in which was not mentioned at all when we checked in. If there was a fee this should have been made clear to us. The airport shuttle was also overbooked and we were had to sit on each others laps although we all had reservations at the front desk. This caused a delay with all of the confusion as well as an uncomfortable right. It's too bad because I normally give this hotel a 5 star review but not this time.

Arriving on Easter, never stayed on a holiday, so dinner and bar were not opened. That was a bit of a surprise. We were able to order delivery service. It was an option but would have preferred to go to the bar/restaurant onsite.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The property is clearly in need of significant renovation. From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor—like a mix of mold and heavy air freshener attempting to mask it. the room felt damp!

One of the biggest issues was the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to properly rinse off. On top of that, the water never got hot—only lukewarm at best!

The pool and hot tub was really good. The hotel itself probably needs a facelift. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel in walking distance, shopping, restaurants etc. If you have a car it’s ok if you have to use ride share be prepared to pay lots

WiFi dreadful, used data mostly. Housekeeping extremely poor. 4 days in between servicing, no hoovering. Long wait for evening meals. Breakfast lacking in anything healthy. Pool area superb. Old tv without SMART facilities.
All in all this hotel is looking shabby and needs an upgrade which I’m told is in the planning stage.

Staff informed me that our booking was cancelled on arrival but Hotels.com confirmed that it was not cancelled. I had to book at a higher nightly rate for the same room type with the hotel staff but Hotels.com assisted in providing the difference in a refund.

I called ahead of my stay to book a shuttle from the airport, which I was told was not possible; that I had to call once I arrived. I explained that I didn't have an American phone plan and wasn't able to, and would be happy to give flight details and wait at the required waiting place, but the woman on the phone simply interrupted over and over with 'You have to call.'
Upon arriving, I was able to find a helpful airport staff member who called for me, and while we were kept waiting on hold, eventually he got through and gave me the location to wait for the shuttle. We waited amidst the throngs of spring break travellers for an hour, which after a 12 hour travel day was nothing short of brutal; but, no shuttle. We tried to call back - we couldn't get through. My mother is 70 years old and exhausted, so we finally had to take an expensive cab ride, which after the already high cost of this hotel was extremely frustrating. I explained what happened when checking in, and the front desk staff absolutely did not care. They said it's busy and the shuttle is busy, move along. An hour seems wildly unreasonable to me, but they did not care, not even an ear let alone an apology was offered. This one night in this hotel cost me $500 for a 12 hour stay; I've never been so disregarded, and disappointed.

Last minute stay due to flight cancelation. Everything was wonderful from Airport shuttle, friendly and helpful desk and restaurant staff, immaculate room with comfy bed. Return shuttle to airport was not yet operating during our very early flight but front desk secured a private shuttle which was excellent. The pool was awesome. Even though a very short stay it was wonderful! This place has it all!

The room was very dated and the carpet and bed clothes felt very damp. The toilet tissue holder in the washroom was rusted and the lamps in the hotel room were showing signs of rusting. Light over the kitchenette was burnt out. Shuttle to airport only runs once an hour so we had to wait an hour upon arriving at the airport for hotel shuttle and then had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready

The check in and room were adequate, only one complaint, the shower pressure was next to nil and the actual shower head was coming out of the wall. The tile around it broken and the sheetrock barely holding the shower head. Actually kind of gave me the creeps, first thing I thought was is there a camera in there?? I was going to tell front desk at check out (I only stayed one night) but the line was incredibly long and I didn't wish to wait.

Hotel was ok for one night only. Our luggage was placed in an unlocked conference room instead of the luggage hold when we arrived early. The shuttle driver had us (and another couple) change terminals at the airport when getting picked up after waiting for over 45 minutes. Directions were not clear and we ended up running around asking airport personnel for assistance. I was hung up on twice by the front desk when inquiring where the shuttle was and how to find it, then finally had a different representative answer and tell us to change terminals. Couple we were with mentioned some of the same with reps not answering the phone when calling for assistance.
Pool area was ok. Restaurant was only open for breakfast. We did not see it open for lunch, dinner or bar service and we were there at 5pm. We did witness a waitress act extremely rude to a gentlemen who tried to get her attention during breakfast. We did not witness him do anything that warranted that reaction.
Room was nice, although dated. Our toilet paper dispenser was not screwed into the wall securely so every time we used it, it would tip and the whole roll would fall off the holder.
We had no issue with shuttle back to the airport.
We would not stay here again.

Hotel was booked well in advance of what turned out to be the Snowpocalypse of February 2026. There was a regional and statewide (MA) state of emergency, full transportation & government shutdown, national guard deployed, travel ban (not that travel was possible), power failure for days, no internet, phone, tv. I was unable to even start the trip let alone complete it. The hotel AND Expedia gave me the run around & refused a refund. This is after Expedia posted on the website that change/cancel fees would be waived Feb 22-24. This is an exceptional circumstance for the refund policy, but they refused. To add insult to injury the hotel and expedia ask me \"How was my check-in?\" & \"How was my stay?\" Do better Expedia, IHG, & Holiday Inn. I'm definitely not planning on using Expedia and/or IHG in the future.

I booked this property for the pool and hot tub area which was beautiful. The hot tub is a lot smaller than pictured.
Unfortunately, there were only a handful of chairs for the size of the patio and the people, they do day passes for the pool area which makes it hard to get a chair. The towels provided are more like hand towel size and the smoking area is right next to the nonsmoking area so it could have all been smoking and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
The restaurant and bar open at 5 and seemed overwhelmed by a small amount of people. We ordered drinks and they were terrible. What bartender can’t even make an old fashioned, a mule and a margarita??
The front desk staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall a good experience and I would stay again but with managed expectations.
The room was nice, spacious and clean but the carpet was damp. They seemed to be making some improvements in the lobby but the building did seem a little tired. The area seems a little rough as well but Dania area is close and nice.

In the listing for this property it states airport shuttle available between 7 am - 10 pm (I believe) and upon request. When I inquired about a shuttle for 5 am I was told I would have to find my own transportation as their shuttle didn’t run at 5. I told them the listing had stated it did and they were not going to accommodate my request. The other thing that was an issue was paying an extra $25 to check in 1 hour early into our room. We had been at the hotel since 8am and patiently waited until 2:30 to inquire about room. Was told our room was ready but a $25 early check in fee would apply. Never have I had to pay that fee…so was kinda disappointed with that. The property is nice and pool area is great!

There was no shuttle from the airport as included in the price. We were not allowed to pay for a cot for my son even though we paid in advance for 2 rooms with two double beds intended for 9 guests. We paid over $1100 for one night's stay before a cruise and it was SO overpriced- no airport shuttle, no restaurant/food at night, kids had to sleep on the floor (no cot allowed) and the rooms are run down and dingy for a very expensive nightly rate.
