This place was wonderful! It was a beautiful oasis in the heart of the downtown. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a unique place to stay. The \"Boutique\" name is appropriate. Our unit was small for the 2 of us, but generally comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and the decor was contemporary. They included a lot of thoughful extras like snacks and beverages. There is no concierge but I've never stayed anywhere with so many choices of restaurants and different cuisines within walking distance.

10/10. The place was clean and we were provided with everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Plates, pots, pans, silveware, coffee machine and a bunch of complimentary snacks, sodas and coffee. Also included everything you need in the bathroom. The outside area and the pool were also amazing. Within walking distance from downtown and a bunch of restaurants, bars and all different kinda of stores. Would recommend and We're definetly going back!!!

Lovely clean condo within walking distance of downtown Hollywood. The proprietor, Eddie, was very attentive, but not intrusive with great attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom is comfy, and the unit was immaculate.

This Property only has four rooms and a kick ass swimming pool. It is heated, very relaxing and secluded. A little oasis in the middle of downtown Hollywood Florida. That’s Laura and Farrar around the property is gorgeous. Eddie, the host and owner, was very sweet to show us around the grounds and tells all about the different kinds of plants. He was very attentive and an excellent host. This little boutique hotel nestled in the middle of downtown beats any high-end, high rise hotel I’ve ever been to.

From the outside you couldn’t tell so don’t judge a book by the cover. Because once you come in the gate you come in to one of the most serene areas I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. It’s like a tropical oasis. Full of beautiful flowers and ceramic figurines. Also has a heated pool with jets like a Jacuzzi and all kind of lounging spots around so peaceful and so serene. And the rooms are also outstandingly Beautiful and they provide everything you need. Including complementary basket of snacks every day fridge full of waters and sodas and teas coffees and hot cocoa‘s always available. These rooms literally provide all you will need to have a great vacation a Longwood beach chairs Umbrellas and games to play on the beach like football and beach balls they really provide everything even a shower outside for when you get out of the pool. I truly had an amazing time but what really topped it all off the host Eddie is a truly funny and amazing guy.

The owners are amazing and have taken such care in every detail to make sure your stay is amazing. One of the owners', Eddie, had a million and one funny stories to tell us and cracked us up! The pool/garden area is incredible! There are lush tropical plants, colored lights and ambiance and new things to look at with ever returning glance. Located in walking distance of the hot spots in downtown Hollywood! Eddie & Vee take great care of this one of a kind property and their guests. There are only 4 units here, each with it's own unique design theme. There were more complimentary items than any hotel I've ever stayed at...coffee, bottled water, soda, juice, an abundance of snacks, toiletries, etc. Our Villa came with two huge TV's, each with over 10,000 channels from all around the world. The villa was immaculate and featured a full kitchen. The pool is heated to 90 degrees, and includes a built in hot tub. The court yard surrounding the pool features a beautiful jungle of various trees, plants and flowers from around the world. This is a perfect little gem for a weekend away, but is also comfortable and accommodating enough for an extended stay. Can't say enough good things about this property and it's owners. I'm very glad to have chosen to stay here and plan to return again!

This property is excellent and one of the best kept secrets in S. Florida. It is a nice, large room with EVERYTHING someone needs for a great visitor experience. The owner communicated well and provided excellent assistance with my late arrival. The major problem I had was it was TERRIBLY disappointing to see the room listed on Expedia for $100 per night only to be billed $213.00 with the extra $113.00 being \"taxes and fees\"

Eddie, our host, loves technology and explained everything from the television with all its channels/subscriptions to international fare to the special lighting and music systems in the bathroom. Eddie was very helpful and suggested many restaurants and things to do. When I asked about noodles, he even texted me with additional restaurant info about places he couldn't think of while we were talking. Beautiful garden and small pool. Not big enough for real swimming, but good for relaxing. It has water jets like a spa. Sasa Cafe Italiano down the street and Bistro 1902 a few blocks away on Hollywood Blvd are nearby options for excellent food. Nakorn Thai & Sushi on Harrison St. is also good.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during a recent weekend trip to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area. Before staying here, I was curious why all the reviews were 5-star. The hotel looked nice in the photos, but my expectations were just for a normal quaint beachy boutique property in South Florida.
Having returned home today, I now fully understand why the hotel has such rave reviews. The secret ingredient here is Eddie, the owner. He is truly outstanding and went above and beyond for us in everything he did. I can't say enough good things about it. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight. It was 1am by the time we arrived, and Eddie stayed to greet us. The suite was spotless and all the amazing amenities provided were very welcome after a long day of travel. We had a complimentary welcome basket full of tasty snacks, a fridge full of cold beverages, and a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cups.

The apartment has everything you need and even things that you didn't realise that you needed.The garden is also beautiful and the heated pool is fantastic. The manager welcomed us with joy and great information about our city (Hollywood) and about the great technology and great things about our hotel room. The jacuzzi pool right outside the door was awesome. The property was very pretty at night, lit up with colorful lights. The room was awesome and had plenty of space for 2 people. We loved the size of the walk-in closet! There were a ton of complimentary towels, beverages and snacks, a Keurig, coffeemaker, and the temperature was comfortable! We could not have asked for a better place to honeymoon and we had a central, quietly-tucked-away location to see the cities of Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami! Lovely clean hotel with all the facilities you could ask for. Great welcome pack on arrival and fridge filled with drinks. We were late arriving due to hold ups at the airport but Eddie took time to show us everything in the room. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Stayed in the Villa, it was amazing! Had everything that you could possibly need, the hotel was spotless, the pool was awesome, close to everything; restaurants, bars, beach. The owners are beautiful people, friendly, helpful, if you need anything they are there. My only regret is that I wish we would have stayed here for our entire vacation. We will definitely be back! You can’t beat the location being a block or 2 from downtown Hollywood with all the restaurants & shops you need. We live in Ohio, and needed a place to stay to be near our son's hospital while he was in critical condition after a terrible accident. This was not a pleasure trip. But staying in this place at the end of each difficult day helped to keep us going. Everything was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, private, and soooo comfortable! The owners are gracious and thoughtful of every detail. Besides all the complementary snacks, coffee, etc., the necessities were also provided, right down to the laundry soap! Awesome TV's! The pool and garden area is beautifully done as well. Besides being friendly and caring people, they truly go the extra mile to provide the best stay possible. We definitely will be going back!!
