The breakfast is not breakfast. It’s a granola bar on top of a miniature table in the lobby.

We felt like we were staying in the Bates Motel. All the fixtures in the bath were corroded, the counter top was stained and in some places, burned, the wood and paint around the bath door was cracked.
There wasn't a hand rail in the tub either.
My bed frame needed to be tightened. The bed rocked when I got in it
Additionally, there wasn't an ice maker!
This property definitely needs an upgrade and major cleaning.

The room my husband and I were given was in a corner area and difficult to reach. The room had a strange odor; it was very worn and old looking. The cord for the bedside lamp was worn and twisted in an unsafe manner. The inside door handle came off. In the room next to us was a man who wandered around outside and we could smell the smoke from his cigarette. We heard a child crying about midnight which seemed very odd for that area and made us concerned and wonder what was going on. We would not recommend this hotel.

Room was filthy and outdated, no light bulbs in any of the lamps, phone did not work so I could call the front desk, desk clerk had an attitude because I had asked for a first floor unit in advance, I'm handicapped, she did not accommodate me. No smoking hotel and next door neighbors were burning pot all night long which permeated into my room. This hotel is actually being used for housing the Brevard county homeless according to clerk. A lot of transient people were lurking around the halls and parking lot. I would never go back there!

When we arrived at the front desk, the clerk refused to let us in the lobby stating we would have to sleep in our car until they received from hotels.com our reservation we set the reservation at eight pm.It was midnight now and we arrive by Uber. They left us in the parking lot, unable to go into our reservation until the following day at 11 AM. What can we do about this? Please help

The office in front door were dirty. I was only notified on arrival that there was a one hundred dollar security deposit required which I was not prepared for because I was not notified ahead at time. Upon entering my room, I was hit with the worst smell of cigarette smoke and nastiness. Went to the office to complain was told.There were no more rooms available, and I would get refunded in seven days which was totally unacceptable.But I did cancel the reservation for this nasty smell.In the room. I will not be returning ever to an extended stay america. I travel often and that was the worst travel experience of my life.

The table was marked and the one side of the bathroom was rusting. The room was basic, there were clean towels. NO CUTTLERY WAS AVAILABLE ALTHOUGH.. a sign shared to ask front desk if needed. There is no breakfast area to sit sown and have a coffee.

I liked that there were shops nearby and how walkable ithe location was. Our room was spacious. We had two queen beds and a kitchenette with ample storage, Tv, iron. Very spacious and attractive.I loved the fresh, white towels and bedding. If i were to suggest improvements it would be to remove or change carpeting, countertops and reglaze or change bathtub/ shower. For the exterior, I found the walkways, steps heavily soiled from foot traffic and in need of a good powerwash. It rained frequentlyduring our visit and water would pool on walkways sometimes more than 1-2 feet wide and in front of room doors. Perhaps installing rain gutters to channel runoff safely and out of the way of guests. Lastly, I would add signs ( perhaps in the parking lot) and by the stairs directing guests on where to put their trash as some left their trash under the steps which the place feel unkempt.
Love, love the fresh white towels, bedding!! The staff was helpful too.

Don't stay here. I booked an employee for 2 weeks to stay at this hotel. As the work plan changed, he only stayed 2 nights and checked out. The hotel refused to refund me and wasn't responsive. This place stole $1,231.20 from me for 2 nights and refused to talk to me or Expedia in any way. I'm super disappointed. I don't typically write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience.

I didn’t like the room(209).
Garbage was under the bed,room carpet smells awful,bathtub rotted,also “breakfast included” wasn’t breakfast,was only coffee,hot water to prepare pouched chocolate and minis muffins.The 2 others room 354 and 356 also dusty and air conditioners not running so well.I paid more than enough for 1 night,plus $100.00 deposit,that’s takes around 5 business day to be deflect in my account.

Worst hotel stay of my life.

The room was filthy. I had to clean the whole room because I could barely breathe in there. I walked across the floor barefoot and the soles of my feet looked like I walked on that asphalt outside. I got a mop & bucket and cleaned it myself - I have a picture of the dirty water from only 1/4 of the room. All the little 'ledges' were crusted with dust & dirt. I don't think anyone has ever wiped the outside door handle/plate. The bathroom is disgusting, it may have been wiped down since the last customer, but it's hard to tell because the fixtures are so stained it would be impossible to make them even look clean. The stove was also disgusting, it was rusted and I was afraid to use it. I got a toaster but didn't use it either because it had what looked like grease on the top of it. I have pictures of everything stated here. The door had no sweep on it and dirt kept blowing into the room.The A/C unit was so bad that stuff kept blowing into the room and dropping out of the bottom of it.
I stayed only 2 nights of my purchased 5 night stay and I paid over $700 to sleep in this dirt?

I blame myself for not looking more into the property before booking. After receiving keys from the receptionist she was very nice. Get to the room the smoke scent meet you at the door. I didnt bother because it was like for less thN 5hours rest. The icing on the cake was when my daughter when to the fridge to place some fryits we bought earlier in it she was confronted with a ROACH as she opened the fridge. Never will i ever ever stay at an extended stay again.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of communication and misinformation from the start. The room itself was in unacceptable condition. It had visible dirt, unclean bedding, and felt completely uninhabitable. The overall environment was unsafe and poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I brought these concerns to their attention. They showed no urgency or effort to resolve the issues.

Terrible is a word that is not enough to describe my family experience nor mine. It was not humane. I booked 3 bedrooms for 4 nights. No customer service during late night. No one pick up the phone. Employees are well trained with the \"Im sorry culture!\"

Bedrooms are dirty, dusty, non functional appliances, no kitchen utensils in bedroom (You have to ask them and pick them up at lobby when they are available.

Need pillows and clean towels and blankets??? Sorry, no pillows available according to employees.
Sorry, you have to bring dirty towels to the lobbyif you want clean towels.
Sorry, Urgent line for emergencies is not available, they never picked up.

Keys deactivate themselves and I had to go every single day to activate them.

I spent 3 hrs in my car at 2am because my husband was sleeping and i had no key. So I went to the lobby to get another key, but no one solved the issue.

I slept in my car!!!!!

Dont stay here. I'll file a formal complaint with their corporate offices.

It was like a little home, they have all your basic necessities, even kitchen supplies that you’d need for a longer stay. The only thing I’d fuss about is the condition of some of the things inside the room. You can just tell nothing has been updated for a while. Other than that, it was really convenient as far as money and driving.

My stay was absolutely terrible. Roaches everywhere, a nasty musty smell, and filthy conditions. The carpet and bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom sink had hair and dirt in it. It felt unsafe and unsanitary. I strongly advise against staying here. Also, they charge you hidden fees. This hotel needs to be demolished. the air smelled disgusting.

Okay it was spring break. Noice till 3 am.
The room needed a lot of fixing. The cover for the a/c was hanging loose, the toilet was hanging in the air, you sit on it down to the floor, you get up it bounces up behind you, the bath sink was so clogged it took 15 minutes to drain. The fan under the range hood was grouse. Told these problems at check out.

I didn’t realize that homeless folks use extended stay often. My wife and I wouldn’t use the tub/shower. It was cracked and falling in. Rusting shower head and other parts. Red paint (?) splattered all over bathroom vanity. Rusted old microwave. Remote didn’t have a back to hold in batteries. Rusty old lights. One by bed stand didn’t work. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and clean. That’s the only reason we stayed the night. For 30-50 dollars more a nite, we could have had a normal comfortable stay. We’ve started at extended stays before. Very disappointing. At least the Rod Stewart concert was great!

Property in good location, but has not been maintained in years. They are renovating the parking areas, making access difficult. The common areas are filthy. Rooms are very small and VERY basic (one chair, one nightstand and a double size bed with no blanket). Though they tout they have all the necessities for longer-term stays, the kitchen is useless as there are no plates, utensils, pots, pans, soap or even paper towels. There's no ice available, and we had to change rooms because the A/C was inoperative, TV inoperative and a spill of Coke on the nightstand, never cleaned. Some lamps had no bulbs and all lamp shades were bent, broken, dirty or otherwise unattractive. Area felt generally unsafe (fighting \"guests\" on the walkways). All for a \"bargain\" price of almost $160 on a midweek stay. Two stars is generous.

The property is a bit shabby away from the main building. The toilet had a \"sensor\" that allowed the tank to fill but several times, there was no water in the tank. I thought it was broken, but the maintenance man explained that it was a water saving feature. The shower had such low water pressure, that should have been enough in savings! The most popular Cosco in town was just across the street, so traffic was very heavy day and night. I killed two German Roaches in the bathroom, a dog in the next room barked continually when his people where away and there was no loaner hairdryer. The nice front desk ladies were pleasant and one did loan me a coffee maker, but a person would assume there would be one provided in an \"extended stay\" facility. Sorry, for the prices, I certainly couldn't recommend this place, except that there are restaurants and shopping nearby.

The check-in process was quick and easy. However, when we arrived at the room, it was dirty and disgusting, with food and drinks left behind. I traveled from Kissimmee and, despite the previous guests checking out between 10-11 AM, no one had cleaned the room.

After a four-hour car ride with exhausted and hungry children, this was the worst experience ever.

The counters were stained and dirty; they clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a staple sticking out of one of the cabinets. The shower curtain rod fell on my husband when he attempted to shower. Staff were kind and accommodating, and moved us to a new room. The new room was a bit cleaner. The next morning I woke up to water dripping on the floor in the bathroom - there was a giant leak in the ceiling.
This place is fine for a person just needing a place to sleep. However, I was disappointed bringing my two small children here.
