We stayed 3 nights to tour a nearby college. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Hotel was busy but not overwhelming. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but good food. Bar opened at 4 (which made us a little sad when we wanted a poolside afternoon bev) and dinner at 5. I would absolutely stay here again!

Dreadful experience. When I arrived, despite a huge car parking area there was no parking available due to a wedding taking place at the hotel. Myself and numerous other guests were left driving around the car park for an hour before I finally found a space by following a departing guest on foot and asking her to hold her space for me before she left (thankyou guest!). Hotel couldn’t handle it. Upon eventually being checked in I discovered the room wasn’t the one I booked. I was so tired and it was only for one night so got into bed only to be awoken by what sounded like a man with a dreadful chesty cough in my bathroom. It felt so near and so close. Upon inspection, I had been given a room with an adjoining door and there was obviously limited soundproofing. After lying awake for half an hour with this man coughing and coughing (not the hotel’s fault obvs) I returned to reception and asked to be moved, which the staff kindly did. I was annoyed as a woman travelling alone that I had been allocated a room with an adjoining door. I finally got to sleep in this next room allocated, only to be awoken around 2am with the noises of a woman, let’s just say, clearly enjoying herself. By this stage I just had to laugh at the whole thing! I would have laughed from the start if the car parking problem had not got my back up from the start and the hotel’s failure to deal with it. If you offer free parking then reserve sufficient spaces for your hotel guests in advance.

We booked king size bed room through expedia to stay 2 nights as we’re going to a wedding, we were very disappointed once we got to the room to find 2 small beds. We weren’t told at check in that king bed was not available. Tried to get a king bedroom the next night but same issue, no king bedrooms were available.

Front desk lady Tanesha was amazing!! We stayed at two other hotels prior and this one was the best, I wish I would’ve just stayed at this one the entire time. The room was spotless and super comfy. Enjoyed the warm pool and room service.

The staff was great, enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and neat.
The room was in need of a new floor the floor was uneven in the main area. The shower door handles were extremely loose. The valve in the toilet tank would stick closed not filling the tank.
Two to three of the charging ports for phones were broken.

Beautiful hotel nice room great staff , the only complaint I have is that the fridge didn’t work and house keeping didn’t do a great job cleaning the bathroom hair was in the tub a dirty rag was in the shower and piss stain on the toilet, cleaned it myself but other then that I definitely recommend staying there bet is comfortable

Room was clean. Hotel is kind of isolated for going to restaurants for meals especially if you don’t have a car. The breakfast for what it was, was an additional charge of $22.99 where most hotels include breakfast as an amenity.

My stay at this Hotel was Absolutely Everything! The Front Desk Staff was extremely polite, kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The room was very, very clean and fresh. Housekeeping is to be commended on a job well done. Had an issue with connecting to WiFi and a technician was sent to my room immediately and solved the problem with ease, he was very polite. I would stay here a million more times literally. Very, Very Satisfied with my stay. Thank You All!

It was okay. I disliked that there weren’t two sets of towels and the cleaners did not replace towel set after cleaning the room each night (even though they took the dirty ones). I had to call front desk multiple times just for that. Smh

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located off 595 which makes it easy to get to anywhere in South Florida. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, the only disappointment i had was that the bed sheets were hard and not very comfortable and the tv antenna was not working in my room so i had no stations only on demand movies that cost $24.99 each

Kendra at Check In was genuine and kind. After a long day of travel and activities, it was really nice to see a friendly face checking in around 10pm.

My room was cozy and it felt great to settle into crisp clean sheets. I really appreciated the top level of housekeeping.

Lastly, I also really appreciated the super fast elevators. Sounds silly to mention, but I've been in a few hotel elevators that seemed to take a long time to get and it's something so small but significant to deal with after a long day. Thank you to the maintenance crew for being on top of things.

Really great stay due to how smooth things went with the staff and facilities. It was a true shame that I could only stay one night.

The quality of the hotel has declined over the years. It’s very rundown. The shower would only have extremely hot water or cold, no water pressure and there was no body wash. The faucet in the sink was crooked and had a hole next to it. The vents were incredibly dusty.

This was a nice hotel we enjoyed our stay staff was nice the only thing I would say is the rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly there were random hand prints on the door, blood stains, and a dirty towel in the bathroom. The beds were comfy best sleep I had in awhile nice variety of snacks I'd stay here again.

Your staff is friendly and helpful. The room looks like it had been some what remodeled. The tube drain plug came out, the sink fauset was wobbly, the shower wand adjuster was broke off, the toilet paper holder was coming out of wall, the mattress was uncomfortable. One side is slanted i felt like i was going to roll off the bed. The phone in bathroom was coming out of the wall. We were there to visit our children and grandkids we will try another hotel next time. Staff is great property need alot of love and up dated

This hotel is very luxury but for all the inconveniences you can find a better hotel.

This wasn’t my first vacation and it definitely won’t be my last. But what single mother wants to deal with the inconveniences when you just want to unwind and relax(the point of my choice to vacay) so it’s just a warning . Have fun.
