All I want is a clean, comfortable bed (both great) and a shower with good water pressure(awful). The hot/cold control was broken so the water was scalding hot. It took 1 hour for someone to come look at it. Then another 30 minutes passed before I finally got them to give me a pair of pliers so I could adjust the temperature, shower and get to the port in time for my cruise. When my wife complained to the front desk, his answer was, \"You know I don't own the place, right?\" It's in a great location and I was hoping to make it our go-to hotel when in the area. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen.

This was a great hotel and surprisingly better than I expected for a La Quinta. It was actually better than recent stays at Holiday Inn Express! The staff was very friendly and made check-in/check-out easy. The room was very comfortable and provided exactly what I needed. The breakfast was the only thing were I would place my typical complaints. It offered fewer options that HHIE but it did only say \"continental breakfast\". The coffee was decent and the staff member kept the area surprisingly clean for the number of guests. Great seating area though, very comfortable and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel as opposed to any of the others near the airport. It was easy to get to and worth the Uber ride.
Lastly, it offered a nice walking paths and was not in the midst of highways. One could easily walk to Publix, other restaurants, Whole Foods, and other shops, parlors.
Kudos to La Quinta for this hotel - a surprisingly good experience!

IF we could get past the disgusting windows; IF we could get past the hallway that smelled like a dirty locker room; IF we could past the fact we were charged $40 for early check in and paying for WiFi; IF we could get past the disrepair of the room with respect to the headboard and drapes; IF we could get past the fact the breakfast food was almost non existent (2 yougurt cups, white bread only, no fruit…) and IF we could get past the pool that had more leaves in it than the surrounding trees…. We could NOT get past the rude, disrespectful and “take it or leave it” attitude of DC, the front desk person. We knew we were early and her attitude was nothing less than dismissive and down right off putting! IF we could have gotten another hotel room someplace else, we would have!!! So all this to say… DO NOT stay here!!

The room appeared clean exact for the bed frames that appears to not have dusted for a long time . Entrance to the hotel very very dirty with all the contrast birth poop , feathers … totally unacceptable.

Breakfast should not be included , it’s like I was charged but there was no way I could eat that breakfast .

The staff was great and helpful. The hotel was clean. Maintenance responded quickly when we called about a leaky bathtub faucet. It is about 10 miles from the Port and the airport with much, much better prices that places a few minutes closer. It is a good location for food but not walkable. The landscaping is beautiful. Parking could not be better. I shall return!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The water pressure was very low, and the water never got warmer than barely tolerable. There was mold on the curtains, and the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. The TV remote’s power button didn’t work and looked like it had been chewed on by a dog.
Breakfast had some positives — the food was hot and tasted good — but the paper plates provided were extremely thin and flimsy, requiring us to use multiple plates just to hold our food. The shower was also missing conditioner, which was inconvenient.
Overall, while the staff was kind, the hotel itself could use significant maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

The hotel was perfect close from the airport. I got stuck in Fort Lauderdale due to snow canceling my flight back to New England. They also offer a free Uber like service to all the restaurants and malls in the area which was clutch. It was very convenient to get free rides all around the area while I was stuck at the hotel for a few days. I would totally book this hotel again if I was trying to stay close to the airport and not be so close the to the beach (the beach was I think at least a 30 or seven minute ride from this hotel, but it didn’t matter for this stay) also great restaurants and bars in the area. Friendly staff as well.
