This was one of the worst stays that I have ever had! I had to change rooms 3 times due to the fact that the room was dirty, stuff was broken, and because it was some of the staff was down right despicable! If it not been for 2 of the staff members, I would have lost my cool on the first night and demand that they shut down the place. Never again! They put a bad taste in my mouth for Laquinta Inn for me!

I am 4' 9\" tall and the bed is WAY to high with no easy way for me to get in. I asked for a step stool or something that I could step on. They did not have anything that I could use. Instead, I had to use the rolling chair with much difficulty. Getting up in the night was a scary proposition. I carpet was filthy. I took a shower and walked barefooted to the bed and my feet were very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because our flight back home were canceled due to weather. It was the cheapest hotel for a reason. This hotel is dated, the pool was unavailable for the 4 nights that we were there, they advertised a laundry room which we were told by staff they did not have. No one came to clean our room or change our towels the whole 4 nights 3 days that we were there. They advertised business center which is just a computer at a small desk and chair at the check in desk. The WiFi/ broadband was poor , it timed out frequently. The one good thing they have is the breakfast. That was very good and was hot and fresh every morning . It’s definitely a “budget friendly hotel.

I walked around bare foot in the room, when I got in the shower - I could see how much dirt I had collected from the carpet ;-/ Needs a good steam cream or even better a carpet replacement. U have to unplug the dish box then use the actually tv remote to turn the volume up and down the breakfast is good the bathroom clean the beds comfy no phone in the room so can’t call out they have the phone heya but it ain’t hook up the fridge making noise like a knocking sound but other than that it’s alright

The room carpet had stains and wasn’t vacuumed properly. The furniture was old and dated. Staff were okay, there were no stellar performances there. The bathroom toilet tank was not secured to the wall. That property needs an entire overhaul. I will NEVER stay there again!
