The pool was nit condusive to use. The propertt is undergoing a renovation. I will give then grace for the condition of the property and lack of free information, like there a re two sets of elevators. Please ask your staff to leave their ear pods at home or in their pockets. Tha t is not a professional look.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The place is horrible!! It should be named “Motel” Plaza cause that’s exactly what it’s like. I felt very unsafe there. There was a guy pacing through the halls, then as soon as I come out my room he was there. The door in my room had a gap on top that anyone could try and bust through. The doors can just be kicked down. It was an all around horrible experience and the most GHETTO place I’ve ever been in. The only nice thing was the last at the front desk, I believe her name was Sophia, she was very understanding and said she even feels unsafe there. When I came down to tell her about the door, she was in the phone with someone that was also complaining about something telling them that she will switch their room. Notice in the pics I posted you’ll see how the door is shut close but there is an OPEN gap on top, other doors looked run down. Please don’t stay there!!

40 minute check-in at 4:00 pm . One clerk available. Hotel was undergoing repairs. Room was basically a bed with a TV that was nearly impossible to operate, because the language was set in Spanish. A call for some help did not solve the language problem.

The staff was cooperative and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean comfortable beds. The kitchen was well organized with a refrigerator and microwave etc. All in all, there were many amenities to be appreciated.

Key to my room did not work for the entirety of my stay. The door itself was also damaged. They said it will be fixed or I’ll get another room assigned. Neither happened. I had to ask maintenance every time I needed to get into my room, which essentially confined me to that space. Every time I asked, I was given excuses.

Cleaning Crew never showed up. Never received new towels, body wash, shampoo or lotion. Bed sheets were never changed nor was the bed ever made or trash taken out.

I will never stay there again and would advise anyone to never consider this hotel as an option.

irst Night – Serious Hygiene and Room Issues:
I checked in at 8:00 PM. Shortly after, I went to the front desk to request towels and was instructed to go to an employee room across from room 122. I went there twice, but no one was present. There was also no hairdryer available in the room, including after I showered.

More concerning, I observed roaches in the room—on the coffee maker and several on the floor. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. I dealt with these problems continuously from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which was time meant for rest after check-in.

We left right after we got there! Room had no curtain facing parking lot on 1st floor, no phone, no towels, no remote, no chairs or table just mini fridge unattached and sideways unplugged, the space for hanging clothes and accessories was completely empty, and last BUT NOT LEAST THERE WAS A BIG CRAWLING ON BED. SO NASTY - and they had the nerve to require a $100 additional deposit for a one night stay for incidentals!! Pictures online aren’t current either.

Room had no towels, the room was ok, kind of beat up. Our journey to the room was long with a lot of different unpleasant smells. We woke up with a roach climbing on the bed too. Hotel looks great on pictures but it really wasn’t it. I stayed for one night so overall it was alright.

We could not stay at hotel it’s not safe. Do not stay there and will be contacting legal
To get a refund. The pictures on your website aren’t of this hotel. There was garbage all outside hotel, broken tables, window blinds on hotel rooms most were broken, there were random people all hanging out around the hotel not sure if they were homeless. My husband did not feel safe getting my son out of the car so after taking a pics and a video and drivng around the hotel knew it was not in a safe neighborhood and those photos on Expedia are NOT of the inside of this hotel!

This hotel is DISGUSTING! It is an extended stay for drug addicts and drug dealers. I am writing the corporate office to get a FULL REFUND. I only stayed one night of a 3-day rental. HORRIBLE rooms, holes in the walls, holes in the floors, old and dirty. CLOSE this hotel for guest and just rent to the addicts.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, I was told their system was down and they were unable to check me in. What made it worse was that staff could not provide any estimate for when the system would be back up or when I’d be able to access my room.

After traveling, being left waiting indefinitely with no solution or contingency plan was extremely frustrating.

On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Common areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which did not inspire confidence in the condition of the rooms. Combined with the check-in issues, this made for an uncomfortable and stressful experience.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of organization, communication, and cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT stay here! You will fear for your safety, hotel rooms aren’t fit for animals. Smoke alarms ripped out so people can smoke weed in them, walls stained yellow, carpets and floors filthy as well as bathroom tubs and sinks, people partying in their rooms ALL night long screaming and shouting and loud music booming outside in parking lot of “hotel. Unsure why the health department hasn’t shut this place down there were multiple health and safety concerns at this property. I will be filing multiple complaints.

This place was not clean. TV did not work. Ice machine not working. Hair dryer broke. No food/restaurant as stated. Check in took at least 40 min because only one clerk. No coffee in room and none available. I cannot image the price we had to pay. Our flight was canceled. Some refund should be considered!!!

Its a total dump. I was scared staying here being a solo traveler. I called to confirm address 5 times, sent text and email no response at all. When I came to check in 7 pm ish I mentioned to the staff, he said no shocker. Woke up and saw the live roach and took a video and staff, she said there was no manager on duty. I immediately zipped up my luggage as to not take any unwanted pest along on my cruise.

I wouldn't recommended it at all. All the paint is over sprayed on doors and walls. Bath tubs in bad condition, safe rusty. Only thing nice was the location across Publix, restaurant, gyms.

The elevator closest to lobby was broken, apparently a couple got into a fight, so I had to pull my 2 pieces of luggage across to the other end of the building over carpet which made it very difficult. Its approximately $30 to get to Port Everglades.

The rooms were not as advertised. When i got my room tje toilet was running, the bathroom floor was greasy, and the bed was on a plywood board. On top of that I never heard back about being refunded for my charge.

I was charged for 3 days and was refused a refund. The last time I did stay here the pictures did not match the actual rooms nor the hotel. Sad to say the parking was cleaner than the actual hotel rooms. There’s roaches inside of the rooms to accompany you if you’re lonely. It smells like smoke inside of the hotel. The pool was inaccessible. The staff there never answers the phone so there’s no way for anyone to get through to the front desk.

Dresser drawer was broken , shower temperature was variable from warm to cold, the top sheets were missing. We had to flip the comforter over to use the sheet they had on top of it. Line up was crazy for checking in - only one lady. She was super nice even though it was super stressful for her .

We were not able to check is as the hotel staff informed us there is no more rooms and when we said our room is already paid for she replied that the hotel is overbooked and we had to return back to the airport and spend the night at the airport as it was too late for us to find any where to stay. Additionally we spent about 100 dollar in taxi fare to go back and forth.

Breakfast fast was nit included in the charge & they charged an additional fee outside of the hotel fee of $38 daily service fee. The room i got looked like a scene out of a crack house movie. I had it changed & there was not a big difference but we were so tired, we took it. They should shut this place down until after it's been completely renovated. Would nit recommend. One good thing. They're pillows & beds r usually comfortable.
