Shower was very dirty. Light bulb in light wouldn’t stop flashing had to turn it off. Small window wouldn’t fully shut so we heard train and cars racing all night long. Went to bar to get dinner and drinks. Bar tender was very rude. They close at 9 but turned all the lights off at 8:50 and told everyone to hurry up and get out.

Unaware of any airport shuttle so had to take an Uber. Room is basically okay with decent air conditioning, bathroom and TV but the bedding is substandard and the pillows not pleasing and the sheets a bit threadbare.

I had a great stay. However, Spring breakers knocked on my door at 2:30am and then 5:00am. Really loud!! Totally messed my sleep up. Overall I had a good stay !

Area is not good, one street over was full of homeless people .

Stayed one night. Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Computers were down so we were not able to get our rooms upon arrival. Staff held luggage for us in secure area. One restaurant was across the street and down a block. Restaurant was excellent and also had music on Friday night. After walking back from dinner, still was not able to get into room for awhile. Other exhausted travelers were also waiting in the lobby. Restaurant on the 11th floor also was inaccessible due to computer outage.

Unsleepable room with so much street noise (loud sirens, train whistles, gate bells, people) that it sounded like we were outside and not in a room. Inside, the ice machine and elevator noise was excessive. The three people in our room got no sleep all night. This stay was not good.

Outdated hotel, not what you would expect from Hilton brand. Rooms very small equate more to Motel 6. Staff not friendly, as a rewards member didn’t even receive bottles of water. Would never stay there again. And for 300.00 per night!!!

Hilton Tru is definitely not like Hilton. Closer to a Stay bridge. This location is half a Hilton Tru and half a Home2 hotel. They share the building and are very similar.

The staff were awesome. Everyone was kind and professional. After leaving hotel I realized I had left medication in the refrigerator. I called back to hotel and asked about medication which they had found. They were able to hold it for me for several days until I could get back to get it. So thankful for them helping me out!!

we had a nice experience at the hotel . The staff was very nice and helpful , hiving is recommendations yo where to eat before a play we were attending.

The only negative to our stay was joe surprise we were when we got to our room . We had s king size bed in a twin size room . Very small , no closet , no drawers . Only hangers . This was a room for overnighters who are going in cruise , which were many staying there . Expected a bigger room
I would have to make a better room selection next time .

Bare minimum provided. No closet, no hair dryer, no coffee maker in the room. I called for a hair dryer & after 1 hr 10 minutes it arrived.
Location is 1/2 mile to closet restaurant. I would not recommend.

Maybe the water pressure needs to be checked. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low and that was annoying.

The staff was great. Just quality of the room was not worth the money. The A/C unit had a lowest setting of 67 which it was never quite able to get it that low, the room was hot and I had to his sleep with a sheet. The front door was not flush with the floor, it was about 1/2 inch elevated off the floor so a lot of light came in from the hotel hallway. The room was very tiny, I stayed there for a night to prepare for a marathon the next day, the room was so tiny I couldn’t even stretch on the floor. The fire alarm light in that room is also terrible, it flashed like every 3 seconds, a bright green light that flashes all night is very annoying, I had to sleep with a t shirt to cover my eyes. And lastly the walls were pretty thin, easy to hear outside and in the hallways and I was on the 14th floor. This is a hotel room that would seem right at $200/night, but paying $400+ for one night is not worth the money at all.

The room was basically clean, except for the built in cushion that was really dirty/stained. I called the front desk right away to let them know and they said they would tell the housekeeping staff to clean it. It was never cleaned (3 night stay). The shower didn't have good water pressure and would spray and get the whole bathroom wet while showering. Thankfully it dried quickly. The free breakfast didn't have any plant-based milk offered, and not many vegan or gluten free options (there was fresh fruit). The staff were very nice and helpful.

This should not be under the Hilton brand. It is to low end. Room had not closets, no glass, bed was terrible, sheets did not fit, clean every 2nd day. Breakfast was terrible, served on plastic. Waffle and pancake machines not working,
Coffee tasted like crap. I understand this is a lower end, but this is way too low for a Hilton standard. Hilton is a brand I have used and trusted for years. If this is not the Hilton we expected. We will never stay at a Tru again. Staff was very good,

We enjoyed our stay, but the location is to be desired. There were a lot of shady characters hanging around the lobby and the lobby security had to keep kicking them out. We honstly didn't get out much as we were just there for an overnight stay. After a long day of flying, we were really excited to go for a swim, but the pool was freezing cold. Not sure if they just changed the water or what as other reviews online stated that the pool was heated. It was definetly not heated that night!

My wife and I were not able to get rest as there were drunk people next door and below my room pounding on our door and slamming there doors , I called for Security (as per the security guard) He told me he would ask them not to knock on my door and also to stop slamming the doors , he added that he had just encountered the group of people and that they were very drunk.and he had assisted them into there rooms.
This all started at 11:00pm when they pounded on our room door and woke us up then at
-12:30am and 2:20am. It continued until 4:00am
I was offered to change my room the next morning although my wife was not willing to move all of our belongings At 8:00am as this would make us late for the wedding we were attending that morning. The offer to move rooms was good only for that time as I did explain this would make us late. The manager said he could only offer this at that time due to the cleaning of the room.
This created a snowball effect for us that day as we were groggy and tired from lack of sleep.
The second night was okay .
I would truly appreciate a refund for the one night.

Room was small. I get the millennial aesthetic of small hotel rooms, but seriously - for a few extra bucks I could’ve gotten a 50% larger room at a Marriott Courtyard.

Hilton doesn’t do a good job of keeping the hotel stocked though.

My son has cerebral palsy, and is in a wheelchair. We had a handicap room the 1st night . We needed to stay a second night, I had to make a new reservation . I told the front desk, I was extending my stay . They made me move out of our room and move in to the room next door . They said I didn’t check out , and recheck in. I did because they had to fix my keys or I couldn’t have got in my room or in the elevator.

I front desk people were great - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a large variety. However, we were there 3 days and not once did anyone come to clean our room, empty the trash, replenish toilet paper and kleenex or replace the used towels. A little disappointing. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

Room was very small, key fobs didn’t work, had to have our garage fob reset 3 times. Pool top bar was odd hours, pool chairs were so uncomfortable, front desk was out of everything. No beer, no Tylenol. Only good thing was the staff was extremely friendly

I give the location three stars only because of the bus station unfortunately, you can’t walk through there but everything else surrounding the hotel is pretty good!! but again five stars to the staff

There system was down and we couldn’t get a room key made for hours.
I understand there can be tech problems but there should have been more staff on duty to help folks.
There was one employee at the desk and another employee in the office trying to get system back up.
Once we got up to our room it was filthy!
I can’t believe that was a Hilton brand . There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with lots of hairs all over the bathroom dirt and tons of mold all over the shower and the floors were covered in dirt and mold. I have never stayed at a Hilton before with this degree of uncleanliness.
There was no coffee pot not even any paper cups.
We also didn’t get any sleep you could here every car pass by, train etc…

Overall, the place is nice to stay. There was a system problem preventing keys from being made and an employee had to escort us to the rooms to use their key to let us in. We went to the show and had to stop at the front desk to get keys made when we arrived back at the hotel at 1:30 AM. At least the system was back up by then.

Nice staff overall- not extremely friendly, but polite. Bathrooms were cleaned but had a bad smell. Terrible shower pressure while the sink had too much pressure. you would get soaked if you turned the sink on all the way and the water would shoot out towards you instead of down in the sink. Parking is not included- 35$ but it’s enclosed in a garage. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.
