I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience quite disappointing, especially considering the price point of nearly $300 per night. For that rate, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly maintained. The bathtub had visible stains and the shower curtain was also marked and looked unclean, which immediately made the space feel unhygienic. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, particularly at this price level.
Another issue was the lack of housekeeping. There was no room cleaning service provided for the first three days of my stay. Even when the room was eventually serviced, basic amenities such as bottled water were not replenished.
Overall, the stay felt very basic and did not match the premium price being charged. With better attention to cleanliness and consistent housekeeping, the experience could be significantly improved.

But to have no enthusiasm, to not offer us the free 2 bottles of water (only when we tried to buy two bottles did she mention we get the bottles), to not know when the breakfast closes…the professionalism is just not there.

Quick stay as we were leaving for a cruise in the morning. Hotel is convenient to port. The car garage is $35 and the spots are small and tight and there’s a column when you enter so it’s really challenging with a minivan or anything bigger. Breakfast was plenty of food. Bedding needs to be better. Thin sheet and no blanket. Felt like no cover at all. Request blankets if you get cold. Mattress was comfy and room clean. Good for an overnight stay.

Rooms had significant wear and tear, particularly the remote control curtains were very beat up, and one of them didn't even work properly. The bathroom shower curtain was also not the cleanest and the shower floor also looked dirty. The showerhead hose was functional but broken, the bathroom door didnt close all the way and the lock didn't work as well. Also, the door looked pretty scratched and beat up. Our room was large and comfortable for 5 people, I'll give them that but for almost $300 for 1 night, I'd expect the rooms to be as close to pristine as possible. The worst part, my 2-year-old went under the bed and found one of those plastic pop-top balls used to stash drugs like marihuana and a used can of N2O, making me think someone was also doing whippets in the room. Cleanliness is DEFINITELY not a strong-willed of this place. Would not recommend ever.

Room 1808 felt neglected , a/c wouldn’t stay on , elevators card keys would stop functioning properly . Just an inconvenience !! Never again !

While the pool was nice, the rooms were fairly dirty and were not cleaned properly when they were supposed to be cleaned every other day. I found the wrapper of a syringe underneath the pullout bed, and the soap was not refilled. We were given the wrong types of towels, and when asked for more had to go down to get them ourselves. Breakfast was overcrowded at all times and food kept running out often times without any refills occurring.Lines for the elevators were long.

This is a family place. Lots of kids. Decor is of the utilitarian ikea style... cabinets with no doors, cupboards with curtains. Bed was comfy enough. Bathroom Amenities are good, but their containers resemble a science lab and are not easy for those who have problems with grip.
The location is great if you are taking the Brightline which is so close you can hear the trains rumble in and out all night. Rest of the neighborhood isn't much to speak of. One cute cafe (the Laudy) but not much else.
The breakfast is a sort of styrofoam cafeteria... gizmos and machines making pancakes and waffles. Buffet was generally cold and They ran out of eggs completely by 830. One girl took the last four. Theres A plethora of Packets and flimsy plastic cutlery that can barely butter the cold stale biscuits. While up in your room you have REAL silverware and dishes. There were no pastries or donuts on offer.
The beautiful pool seems to be perpetually in the shade. There's an adjacent brick area where a hot tub or kiddie pool might be - but isn't. A couple was using the patio to sort and dry their laundry.
Hotel Staff is generally very helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Porsha - she's excellent at front desk where a smile counts. She's a keeper. Overall however if you aren't traveling with kids or value quiet this is not the place for you.

The staff were great, shantel earned the nick name wonder woman. She was very helpful as well the other staff. Rooms were clean, decent pricing & good size. Would definitely stay again. They also offer free breakfast which had a large selection. Nice outdoor pool to top it all off with a pool table and host of games in the lobby. Area was very quite at night. Just dont leave your room without your keycard because you need it to access your floor via the elevator.

The staff was friendly, which we appreciated, though they were unfortunately a bit slow during check-in.

Breakfast: The breakfast area had very limited seating, and we had to wait in long lines.
Neighborhood Safety: The surrounding area had several homeless individuals sleeping on the sidewalks, which made it feel unsafe, especially when we arrived late at night (around 11 pm). This was particularly concerning for our family.

I especially appreciate getting refund for 2 nights, as we had to leave early, and, having booked through 3rd party, they actually could have charged us for those days. Beautiful place,it smelled amazing and was exceptionally clean. The pool on the 5th floor was stunning, with a perfect view and sparkling water. The rooms were spotless.Customer service was excellent, and MJ, the manager, had such a wonderful attitude.He answered all of my questions and most importantly he did it with a beautiful smile on his face.
The hotel has outstanding security, and everything is conveniently located nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and had a great time.

The pool is amazing! Great temperature of water! Shower had good pressure in room. Secure parking for a fee. Asked for two extra pillows and they provided them quickly. Excellent attitude of check-in workers. They gave us 2 free waters at check-in also. A 10 minute walk to the wharf shopping and restaurants.
