Room didn't get very cool;; bathroom was difficult to get in (you had to go in, stand next to the toilet and then close the door). Anyone with a mobility issue would have a very difficult time with that. Water pressure in sink was low although shower was okay. Refrigerator cabinet was off kilter so it would scrape the floor wen opening. Refrigerator itself needed to be pushed into place everytime to be able to open the door. Cabinet opened opposite to fride...odd...

The bathroom design is awful. They should fire the architect/contractor. Tough to close the bathroom door. There is wasted space by the sink. The smoke alarm has blinking light which wakes you up and the main door has gaps that has light coming in from hallway.

Weston has weird rules on signage, so when we reached the intersection in front of the hotel, it said you have reached your destination, but we did not know whether to turn right or left. When you turn into the parking lot the hotel is in the back of the plaza.

I am only giving one star because the breakfast was good.

Our first room was not cleaned—there was urine on the back of the toilet and the bed sheets felt damp. After complaining and showing photos, we were moved, but the second room had rock-hard beds. I had to buy an air mattress just to sleep without pain.

There were serious safety and maintenance issues. The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open, and my 5-year-old son got stuck inside. The elevators were barely working, and when we reported it, staff dismissed our concerns. The next day, one elevator was completely out of service, forcing us to take the stairs to our 5th-floor room.

On top of that, the hotel charges a $5 fee per package for deliveries, which was never disclosed at check-in. I had to change my plans to meet an Amazon driver outside to avoid the charge.

Aside from breakfast, this stay was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were nice but not helpful. When I got to my room, the main door would not close properly, and light would come in from the hallway into my room. The AC/Heat was leaking on the floor, and I had to wipe it several times. There were no other rooms available for me to switch. Towards the end of my stay there were two cockroaches in my room. Other than that, it was fine for my two night stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Location was ideal for me to go to the Arena. They say they offer shuttle services but it is limited to 14 people at specific times and if you don't sign up you cannot ride it or get a ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fine, generic American style breakfast, nothing too crazy or amazing. It is close to a Mexican restaurant and a Colombian restaurant that has good food at decent prices.

Loud Wall A/C instead of central air that is common to most buildings in Florida, and it didn't effectively cool the muggy room. Deadbolt didn't work, and a bright light shone through the doorframe from the hallway all night.

Rude, unhelpful staff tried to double bill me for the same room and then refused to provide me with a statement of charges when I checked out.

There are a number of far better hotels in the area.

Not a fun stay.

They gave me a Handicap room, bed was only about 12” off the floor. Had to be careful getting up the night stand was higher than the bed making it possible to hit your head on the corner of the nightstand.Very disappointing the hotel has elected to take away local TV channels and live news. Only one elevator working making for long waits getting to and from your room. Don’t think I’ll returning to this location.
