The property was clean the only issue was the pool you couldn’t get a chair because they were all saved . So if you wanted to use pool you had to stand or wait to go to pool in late afternoon!

The rooms are large, clean, good value for the price paid for a weekend, pool was heated & nice, there are multiple pools on property but very far apart. My only problem was the elevator in my building went out causing me to carry luggage & down 7 flights of stairs & according to another guest that had been there for couple weeks elevator problems are common at this property. The place looks great from the outside. Until you get in the room and it’s 85 degrees. Tried calling the front desk four times, never being able to get through. Mind you, the room is a mile and a half from the front desk. On the fifth try, I waited about 20 minutes until they finally picked up. The maintenance guy came out quickly. Not sure what he did exactly, but he didn’t fix the temperature problem. Next day, I asked the front desk for more coffee. They said I needed to call from the phone. Really? Again? So, I did, and I waited…again. We were just about to leave for dinner when they answered. I asked if they could bring some coffee. They said they would, but I had to stay in the room and wait for it. Knowing we were about to leave, I asked if they could hang it on the doorknob. They said no. I bought some coffee at the store on the way home from dinner. All in all, I can deal with the place being older, and not as updated as what I am used to, but the sheer lack of willingness from the staff to actually help a customer, that I can’t overlook. I definitely will not be staying there again.

My family and I booked a night to stay here for New Year’s Eve. The kitchen was well equipped, I was able to whip up a few snacks for us to eat. We rented the three bedroom unit, which was absolutely huge. We were not expecting 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a huge balcony. We all agreed we wanted to stay there again. It was very clean and quiet. The fold out couch in the living room was wonderful. The 10 AM checkout was kind of difficult, but I understand.

Room phone was not working and we had to either go to front desk about 1/2 mile away or call their main telephone number for towels, soap, coffee etc. Oven was now working as well. Tennis court that they advertised is not part of the facility and part of city. You have to pay and use and have your own tennis racquet during a vacation! TV is also not a Smart TV and you have to watch the ancient cable channels only and the guide is a scrolling Guide if one remembers 90s.

The check in staff was great, the room has older appliances & didn’t have grab bars, stepping out of the tub he slipped & fell, which wouldn’t have happened if he had a grab bar. The toilet had very short kid size toilets, which was awkward.

Others that traveled for the same event who booked with the same place stayed all over Weston in different complexes that were all similarly set up as 1 bedroom apartments.
The room I was in was dated. The bedroom carpet seemed to be from the 60s and needed to be replaced. The rest of the unit had a hard floor, like laminate flooring so I don't know why the bedroom had old carpet. The furnishings other than the TVs were old.
This didn't bother me but for the price you pay per night, they could afford to put newer furniture in it.

1. The bed was hard & uncomfortable.
2. Each unit has an A & B apartment with a shared entrance behind a metal door. If you don't know the person sharing the unit with you, you could be trapped in a small foyer where it would be easy to be assaulted or robbed. I've never seen a setup like this.

I booked for 4 nights the first morning woke to lots and lots of ants all over the kitchen counter, once I killed all I could I washed it completely. That night I got up to see ants again then a roach in the bathroom. I wasn’t able to sleep they moved me, no insects or pests, luckily I speak limited Español practically workers only speak Spanish. I like the place just needs updating, beautiful area, grocery store near by totally Spanish and Latin foods. If I am in the area I would think of staying. I put some garbage in trash shoot and saw a large roach, they really should take the time to spray for all insects/pests, clean windows, the first room tub had water filling up during my shower and lots of hairs the maids failed to clean properly. I don’t think they have anyone checking up behind to see if everything is working properly and cleaned perfectly. I am a very neat and clean and something I look at and I would want to make sure it was done to perfection as people spend their money to stay as guest in a hotel/motel. I stayed in much worse not by choice but if I were to visit the area it would be a place to choose, I am sure there’s many others but I happen to pick this place at the moment.

We have stayed here before and as always love the properties. The area shuttle and front desk reception for package collection is always a plus. They are vary accommodating and respond quickly to any complaints.

The check-in was very easy, frontdesk personal friendly and very helpful. I have disability so needed room close to elevators. After short check got room closest as possible. Thank you. Room was very clean. Also enjoyed the pool at Flamingo. Over all from the moment i rented the room, had to change date - very easy, hotel was very helpful with it, the check-in, the stay and the check-out very easy. Also want to call out the 2 servicemen who helped me to find the way to Flamingo when my GPS send me in circle at the wrong spot, they drove with their golfcart in front of me to show me the way. Thank you very much. All in all i can only recommend this hotel and plan to come back.

The size of the room is great but these units are in much need of a modern upgrade. I have been coming here for at least 20 years and nothing has ever changed in the rooms. I stay here because it one of the few places that can accommodate my family of 7.
