Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in time. They had to move our room because they didn't know when our room would be ready. A/C wouldn't go below 72*. Room smelled musty. The checking took 30 min. I did their full online checking and paid in full online so all I needed were keys. The woman said the system was not working and she could not get it to summit my keys. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, boutiques and a supermarket in a nice area. The price for an apartment style room with a kitchen is good. It's quite dated and in dire need of renovation. The carpets are old and smells a bit musty. The shower needs a complete rehaul. We had our child with us and made use of the pull out couch which are normally uncomfortable, but was so old, it was extra uncomfortable. They said that there was housekeeping, but we checked in on a Sunday and left Saturday and did not see them once. Would stay there again only if we had to stay nearby family and/or friends.

We are here while a family member is treated at CC, 2 miles away. The apartment is very spacious, with a full kitchen, lots of light, comfortable bed and furniture, plenty of storage. Ours looks onto a very pretty splashing fountain surrounded by palms. Maid service is weekly. You can get extra towels, etc when needed.

I love this area of Weston. Lovely town and very peaceful neighborhood. The property is nice. Close to nice shops and a Publix grocery store.
I would have given the property a 5 star but there were a few items of concern. They really need to upgrade the living room furniture, the internet was very spotted and the TV would go in and out.
Because of the issue with the TV we had to change rooms during our stay. That was very inconvenient. I would however stay here again over all.

The property was located in a great location within a town center. It was more tailored to people who bought rooms for vacations rather than overnight stays as in a hotel. I'm not sure why it was advertised as a hotel. We had asked for a handicapped room, but upon arrival it was not ready. My fault, as check-in wasn't until 4 PM, but after a three hour ride we weren't going to wait another two hours so took another room. This is not a hotel, but it is a very nice vacation destination.
