The entire experience! The staff to me personally was very professional, friendly, and helpful with any all questions I asked. I loved my kitchenette experience. It felt like home away from home. Everything was clean, but the refrigerator had a bad smell, and they should provide body lotion and a toiletries kit including a shower cap, cotton swabs, etc. It's a reputable hotel, and for the price per night, I think they should pay more attention to those details. The room was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone.

unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to a plumbing issue. Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. When I contacted the front desk to report the issue, I was surprised to be handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. While I appreciate the staff's willingness to provide a solution, I expected better service, especially considering the price of the room.
It's disappointing to be in a situation where basic amenities like a functioning toilet aren’t maintained to a higher standard, and it's even more frustrating to have to deal with the issue personally. I understand that issues can arise, but offering a plunger instead of sending someone to address the problem professionally felt like a poor response to the situation.
While the rest of the stay was fine, this plumbing issue and the lack of proper assistance definitely left a bad impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to ensure such situations are handled more appropriately in the future.

I reported that my shower was draining slowly, and was assured that someone was coming to address the issue. When we got back later in the evening, the problem was indeed fixed. I was immensely pleased. Housekeeping also promptly responded to our requests. The grounds are clean with ample parking. My room was clean, no complaints. (Thank you, Peni, awesome job!)

Not a bad place to stay at all
The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular. We checked in which was quick and the clerk was friendly. Parking lot is convenient and close and the room was clean and big. I did think the whole hotel had a smell to it like people used to smoke in it. A fire alarm was pulled at exactly 4am which woke us all up and the guests all went to the parking lot for about 10 minutes. That was a little unnerving but Im sure it wasn’t the hotel staff’s fault. I did notice about five police cars there the next morning so hopefully they caught whomever did it.

I was not pleased with my stay at this location. Overall the property was decent. However, our unit lacked hot water and toilet paper and the staff did not seem to interested in resolving these issues efficiently.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast that is provided was very disappointing. Hot breakfast was always cold, not much variety each day always the same, and not tasty at all. It’s a pity bc the hotel is very comfortable and the staff great.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Miramar, FL was…adequate. The hotel is slightly dated, but clean and mostly functional. The breakfast, however, was atrocious. Watery eggs, dry-tasteless sausage, and stale bread. The power went out and got stuck in the elevator. I got out quickly, but still, no back-up generator? The water pressure was terrible, meaning there was no water pressure when taking a shower. The location is commercial with no walkable restaurants.
