I book this hotel last minute and I’m so happy my husband found this place. We stayed for a family emergency. The hotel was nice, the room was clean where you felt as if you were home, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding especially with my flights being delayed and canceled prior to our arrival. It’s business friendly. The area is quiet and you feel safe while staying there

. I’m disable told the personal . He gave me a room second floor and far away from the elevator . I had to go to the front desk second time because they were group of people drinking in the parking lot. Which I know they stay at the hotel and maybe had a hard day work or week . The gentleman gave me a room which was ok no noise but here we go again disable and room 350 far away from elevator. It seems that the young generation cannot distinguish and elderly person and disable . Need to be trained.

The property was nice, everything was clean and worked well. Beds were comfortable, advertised as queen but were only doubles. The only thing that really needs to be advertised is that the pool is only open from dawn to dusk. In the summer when it doesn’t get dark until 10pm this is fine but in March it when it gets dark at 6:30 you don’t get a chance to use the pool if you are out exploring for the day.

The hotel was very clean but some staff members were very rude. We arrived earlier than check in and was rold we had to wait til 4pm but then they were checking in others earlier than 4pm that dodnt pay anything extra & when i mentioned it was told i could then check in. As i was leaving we had left something in the room after the door just closed we asked a housekeeper that was cleaning the room right next door and she refused to let us back on to grab our item we left and told us we had to go downstairs and have someone let us back in which was crazy.

Cleaning of the room. Should be 2/3 days not 7 days..... Imagine you on vacation and you staying in a room where u have to take out your own garbage or look for a garbage bin.

Was told right after 4pm that the hotel could no longer accommodate my reservation and I was canceled, last minute had to find a new booking only for this hotel to attempt to charge my card twice plus an additional $200 charge for something. How do you cancel someone’s room same day of their reservation and then attempt to charge them anyway?! I’m glad I stayed in a different hotel, I won’t be recommending this again.

There were ants in the room. Wifi would sometimes not connect, which seemed to be a regular issue. And I believe they had bed bugs as I woke up with some bites. When I asked the receptionist if they ever had bed bug issues he said he wasn't sure, but when writing down my complaint he had abbreviated it as \"bb\" leading me to believe this was a reoccurring issue if they have a shorthand for it.

When checking in there was a cockroach in the lobby (pretty big one)
We still stayed because we were exhausted and didn’t want to pay for another uber/lyft ride.
The room was very clean and nice.

To be perfectly honest, I am giving 3 stars because my stay at this establishment served its purpose, but ultimately, I was very disappointed. It is not like I had unrealistic expectations, it is definitely a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting any luxury. That said, I was greeted by employees who seemed totally uninterested in any semblance of customer service. The disappointment continued once inside my room where the bathroom was not in the cleanest of conditions, and there was very weak water pressure, and I literally could not get the hot water to work properly. When I was checking out, I was greeted with the same lackluster customer service. The front desk clerk didn’t even bother to ask how my stay was. On the other hand, I have to be fair and say that the area was safe and centrally located. I will also say that despite the room not being very impressive, the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. This hotel has no real amenities, but the staff at the café in the lobby was nice and it was convenient although not complementary. Despite the prime location, which was less than 10 minutes from my destination, it is unlikely that I will book a stay at this “hotel” ever again.

They did not have enough staff at the front desk. When getting to our room we only had two towels, no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. Everything in the room was busted or unclean. The balcony had cigarette butts on it. If you’re just looking for a place to stay it’s not awful, but it’s not good either.

Checking process was quick and no problem in doing so. As for the room adequate space and very well taken care mind you some updating can be of great use. Found issue in the shower flow being not adequate. Shower head needs replacement. Otherwise stay was without any problems or issues.

We paid for a balcony room and got a room on the 1st floor with just a sliding glass doo that opened up to a dirt path.
The A/C has a panel missing at bottom so it shows the rust and dirtiness of underneath it.

The room was fine, but the tub and shower were very disappointing. The tub looked like it was 30 years old and they have tried everything to make it look better and they simply can’t. I think there was absolutely no effort at all to improve that.

Arrived at 3 but had to wait till 4:39pm to check-in. When got to my room later that when I was taking a shower I realized the soap that was used from the person from the previous stay was still in the soap dish. Meaning house keeping didn’t clean the room properly. It’s was 2am so I knew there was nothing that could be done about it. The next day I asked housekeeping to clean my room. I returned again late that evening and my room wasn’t cleaned at all. I told the lady at the front desk and she told me we have to request that our rooms are cleaned. I told her I did. All she said was sorry. When I checked out the next day I was asked how was my stay. I advised the lady of all the issues I had and nothing was done. Just (I’m sorry)

No Silent Nights during this stay.

For some strange reason, the Fire Alarms kept going off. It wasn't so bad during daylight hours. It was nice meeting the firefighters who responded.

However, when the alarms continued going off at 1:30 AM each night, that was a bit much.

We are a family of 6 and requested two rooms. Each room had a king and a pull out sofa. When my 15 year old daughter pulled out one of the sofa cushions there was a used prophylactic. Utterly disgusted. We did receive a new room but the damage was done no one slept after a 9 hour car trip. The biggest disappointment was the staff it took two phone calls to get a manager on the phone. The day shift manager completely ignored my messages. I ultimately had to contact corporate to get a call back. The only compensation they could offer was one free night stay at their location. I won’t return nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I called to confirm at 3pm and let them know I be around 7 or 8pm. I asked I please be in the middle of the hotel not at next to the exit. The excuse was “ you have a pet” “you need to be at the exit” this is not true I have stayed here before and each time I requested not to be at the exit with many other exits around me for my comfort and safety it’s been honored. This young man equally denied me on my last visit to check out early telling me I had to wait till 11 am, and another agent said it was VERY POSSIBLE if I had to leave early that morning I didn’t have to return before 11 am. Today aside from giving me the room I specifically asked in advance I please not get, he told on my way here if I could hurry because a group of people were going to arrive from a flight. I traveled 10-12 hours to get here, I called in advance and let them know about my stay and pet. To be told I have no choice than to stay in a room I don’t feel comfortable or safe because of my pet I don’t see how beyond tonight I can continue to
