The check in was very quick. However, no information was offered to direct me to my room or parking. The room was definitely no frills, which I expected based on the price. The linens and towels were clean, but there were blue drip streaks in the tub that washed away as soon as the water came on. The toilet bowl had no water in it, which was strange and later caused plumbing issues. Maintenance never responded to our plumbing problem, even after 2 hours. Our door didn't close properly. It didn't catch unless given considerable force. We came back from being gone all day, and because of that issue, the maid service did not shut it correctly. I was able to just push the door open without a key. The bath fan did not work, so the bathroom stayed \"drippy\" after a shower for several hours, even with propping the doors open. Upon checking out, I got a \"you're good to go\". A little personality and appreciation for my business would have been appreciated, especially since we didn't make a fuss about the door being unlocked, and we just went and took a plunger off a cart and maintained the room ourselves

The was very clean very nice.. The room is basically a one bedroom apartment seriously. I really did like it plus the balcony. Air Conditioner work Heat works. Bathroom was nice clean, only issue i had was the microwave door didn't open up.. that would be my negative other than definitely go there rent a room

1st room that was originally given to us the bathroom smelled of mildew to the point I couldn’t tolerate it. Black mold visible on ceiling. I called and asked to be moved the said only a smoking room was available I asked to be upgraded instead, they did upgrade the room.the second room’s bathroom also had a smell of mildew but at least tolerable. However they don’t mention a truck body shop right next door, which made for a lot of noise. I would say not the worst but not the best for any special occasions.

We were a group of 8 ppl staying 1 night before our cruise. We asked for extra linen for the futon pull out and was told housekeeping was closed and they had none. I told them that their listing said it slept 8 pl so I need bedding for 8 ppl. She finally said she would look in another room. Still no pillows.

Cold coffee in the lobby all day. My parents went down at 7am the next morning for coffee and was told it would only be made at 8:30am. It was literally beside the desk.

The room was ok, but very run down. Tv in the rooms had 1 channel, not enough towels for everyone. No lamps, etc.

It was fine for 1 night but definitely nothing good. The pics look way better than it was.

DON’T STAY HERE! The room was not at all like the pictures and overall cleanliness was absolutely terrible, worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, multiple metal finishes with rust on them. I booked for 2 nights and had to cancel the second night and made sure I would be able to get a refund and they told me it’s no problem, 2 weeks have passed now and I haven’t gotten a refund so I call and they say there’s nothing they can do! Do not stay at this “hotel”!!!

cleaning Staff is very irresponsible, they left the room fully opened the first day, and retaliated leaving the room dirty the next day when we complained, but as per the supervisor they documented as they cleaned. Front desk is usually empty, and the only security in premise had no idea of where to find staff. Equipment in the bathroom is in poor condition. I gave one star, but they deserve cero star.

We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately our experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was not working properly, while the AC in the hall area was fine. Because of this, the bedrooms became quite uncomfortable, especially at night.
Another issue was the mattress in the bedroom. The spring mattress was in very poor condition. Whenever someone moved, the entire bed would move as well, which made it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was also extremely hard and not comfortable at all.
We booked the place for six people, but having only one bathroom made it very difficult for everyone to manage, especially in the morning.

This hotel is not why it looks like online AT ALL! There is 1 elevator, zero breakfast, day old coffee. They will NOT make more until 830 am. The rooms were spacious but VERY VERY dirty. Hand prints everywhere, dirt on the floor, old used travel stuff from other people.
The online reviews are not accurate, the online pictures are very misleading. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. They don't have coffee filters for your coffee pot, they have 1 towel for the kitchen, no paper towels, they put wet dishes away and they smelled like mildew. The whole room smelled like mildew. There was very few dishes to use for heating up food. It was a disaster.. I asked Expedia if I could get my money back so I could switch to a different hotel and the owners said no. The door did not close all the way, and the secondary lock was broken.
The two positives are their body wash. Shampoo smelled really good and the front desk guy at check-in was great. The front desk girl at checkout was not very unfriendly. Did not seem like she wanted to be there..

The room needed a deep cleaning. The sink fosett was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty. They gave me a towel with holes in it..

The lock on the slidding door to the patio was broken and the door wasnt able to locked. That made us feel unsafe. We called the front desk and was told \"ohh they haven't fixed that yet\". Like what!!!!

We had the \"do not disturb\" sign on the door when we left and someone still entered our room but didn't clean the room IF that was house keeping. That was evident because when we returned the sign was caught in the door. It wasn't like that when we left earlier in the day.

The front desk receptionist nice. However, we DEFINITELY won't be back.

We had to request a couple of corrections in our room, but the staff was prompt to accommodate our requests. The only thing I will like to point is that the room we got was set for two people even though the search I made on Expedia was for three people. I assumed there was a sofa bed, but I ended up having to pay for an extra rolling bed. Room description was not clear about this.

The ac unit was also dirty and the light kept flickering until it unfortunately blown resulting in us having no light in the kitchen area which was upsetting because that’s where we eat so we ended up eating in the bed. Lost a few packages that were sent to said hotel & had no wifi. The staff were ok.

Staff was kind, even at our late arrival. Parking was a little weird though. All the available garage spots were for staff when we arrived, we ended up in a gravel outer lot. Not enough towels/coffee mugs for the three guests, only enough for two, but we made due as this was just an overnight stop. Bed was comfortable, but creaked LOUDLY.

Everything was really good, best part was the kitchen along with all utensils, balcony and housekeeping staffs. Their dedication, politeness and efficiency was amazing.
Great place to stay and I highly recommend it if you are ok to drive 30 mins from and to Miami to stay within low budget hotel. Parking is within the hotel lower ground and first floor, sufficient enough. Police officer stay there at all the time, so safety is not the concern as well. View is really nice with river outside the hotel. One thing that there is no restaurants or fast food in walkable distance, so you need to drive about 3 miles.
Still a lot worth of price and experience.

I Told the front desk and it took them over a hour before I went back downstairs to ask to switch rooms because no one was cleaning it and I had to leave. So they switched my room but downgraded me from 6 to 4th floor with a crappier view.

For the price paid, the hotel was totally worth it. A little far from the limelight of the city but it’s quiet a place.
We enjoyed our overall stay, the check in and out was smooth and the staff was courteous enough.
Hotel is having plenty of parking and is located right off the Hwy 27.

We need to improve the hallway doors, either remove them, leave them open, or install a mechanism to close them quietly. Guests often enter the hallways, and the doors slam shut, making a loud noise that can be heard in the rooms and wakes us up. We don't sleep well because of the noise. Soundproofing should be added to the room doors.

This hotel is nowhere near 3 to 3 1/2 stars. It is more likely to be one star. Not sure if this hotel has different rooms but the room we were allocated was a nightmare. It had a broken chair. The stove was dirty. The microwave was all rusty and dirty cracked tiles on the floor. It just did not feel clean. The doer did not have a cover.
The boy at Reception was unhelpful, the smoke alarm kept going off. We spoke to the boy in the reception. He said he couldn’t do anything about it. That’s not good enough, this place is atrocious.
The door to the room did not have secondary locks, we felt unsafe.

We tried to check in around 3:30 pm, but the front desk said the room isn’t ready. We had to wait until 4:30 to get the room keys. The room kitchen area is greasy and not clean. The bed is soft, saggy and squeaky when you lay down on it. No nearby restaurant within walking distance. It might take more than one hour to go to the airport in rush hours.
