Yes, it’s affordable, but I was not comfortable. They were cracks in the wall. I didn’t dare walk barefoot on the carpet. I felt itchy when I laid on the bed even my eight year-old was uncomfortable.

Poop and blood stains in bath tub. One single, dirty towel provided. No fridge or microwave or even coffee provided unless you pay $25 a night on top of the rate per night. ATM didnt work. Elevator never worked. Elevator door has no light inside so you never know what floor you made it to. Window is completely cracked on level 4 floor. Elevator all scratched up with knives to create graffiti. Pool has never been cleaned despite it being Spring Break. No breakfast provided. Wifi randomly crashes. Dark yellow and dark brown stains on the entire carpet of the room. A/C machine in room is very on/off in terms of working. More than 90% of the TV channels dont work. People smoking in their rooms and the fire alarm didnt go off and it says no smoking on signs but rules arent enforced here. I aay this because the entire 4th floor was filled with smoke.

I wish i had nice things to say but i truly can't. Avoid this place at all costs. This is the absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

Expedia needs to take this off their listings. Crumbs on bed sheets, hair on bed sheets, stained bed sheets. Bathroom out of a horror movie. Friendly staff, they tried their best but whoever is in charge of this place needs to reconsider their business career. Flickering lights, loud elevator, no smoking policy but the whole building smells like smoke.

Horrible place to stay! Our flight got cancelled and all the decent priced hotels near airport were full. I found this hotel and judging from the pictures I booked it in a panic cause everything was filling up. Only a sheet for a blanket, one towel no face cloth, no glasses for water. Everything in need of repair. Not clean! Disgusting actually! The worst hotel to stay at in some 65 years of travelling. We got out early morning and went to a Denny’s by the airport till we can go to airport! Very noisy as well! So upset!!! First time I haven’t looked at reviews as I was in a panic!

The staff is great, and they really try their best. However, the hotel is a mess. The bathroom water was running all night. The lobby and the room were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. That place shouldn’t be operating.

The room very disgusting no toilet paper I requested some in the lobby they will bring it and never did I ahd to go to Walgreens to buy toilet paper, checked out the day before and booked another hotel I couldn’t take it it was not safe a lot of weird people around the halls and lobby, the elevator broken the pool was close and the walls in the room broken the door from the bathroom damage Mold everywhere the bathroom was filthy the ace broken and the door lock didn’t work I had to look on top to feel safe. The fridge was horrible with damage and old fade with mold

I was not happy are all with the extra charge
To me is like robbery to the guest because if is any other charges they should tell as before we make the reservation

This hotel has deceptive photos used for advertising. I found the hotel run down, needing lots of work. The room smelled like burning electric, I didn’t want to sit in the upholstered chair, toilet didn’t really flush and the tv was not linked to cable or anything. The pool was dirty and not sure it was open. I have travelled all over the world staying in all sorts of accommodations, but this really was the pits. I left shortly after checking in and securing a room elsewhere. I could not believe they wanted something like over $200/night. I didn’t feel as though it was particularly safe; the bullet proof glass at check in should have been a yellow flag. I do NOT recommend this hotel for any reason. It had 3 stars at time of booking, but there is now way it should have that many.

Before i even checked in someone had stolen a ladies bag from the lobby. Check in was very rude. My daughter was sitting in our assigned room and some random guy came in because his card still worked for MY assigned room. Never seen security at all the 2 nights I stayed. The first room we entered the AC/Heating unit was too loud to have a conversation in the same room.

The carpet had not been cleaned in years. Walking across it from the shower turned your feet black and felt \"greasy\".

Property was in disrepair outside as well. Exposed wiring and broken lights in the parking lot.

No hand or face towels. Windows AC units \"taped\" into the room/outside opening.

Several tears in the curtains.

Small ants found nearly everywhere but the bed.

No comforter, only a white sheet.

We felt like we needed fresh showers somewhere else after staying there. Will not return.

Pictures look nothing like the hotel, hotel room in disrepair, one towel only for two people, no blankets, comforter, or adequate pillows on bed, had to request, sheets had holes in them, and feet turned black walking from bed to bathroom and back. Made the desk aware of dirty floors when check out. Hooks and racks in bathroom missing, no switch plate on light switch leaving wires exposed (hazard). Will not return and do not recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property. The room was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. There was a strong unpleasant odor, the bathroom was unclean, no comforter was provided, and there were used undergarments left on the floor. After an already long and exhausting travel day, walking into a room in that state was very distressing.

We immediately requested a room change, but no alternative accommodation was provided. As a result, we were forced to leave the property around 3:00 AM and book another hotel at additional expense, including transportation costs.

We did not stay in the room at all because it was not sanitary or suitable for occupancy. Despite this, we were charged and later informed that a refund would not be issued. I also reached out directly regarding the resort fee, but the owner never followed up.

I have booked multiple stays through Expedia and have never experienced anything like this. I strongly encourage future guests to carefully consider this property.

I stayed at this hotel from February 27th–28th in Room 709. I want to start by saying the front desk staff were friendly and check-in was smooth and efficient.
However, the actual condition of the room was extremely disappointing. At first glance, the room looked decent. But when we woke up the next morning, I discovered small bugs in the bed — bedbugs. This explained why I had been itching and feeling like something was crawling on me throughout the night.
I immediately went downstairs and showed the front desk attendant both pictures and video. Her first response was, “Did you get bit?” I told her yes, and she simply replied, “Oh!!” Later, she handed me a card and told me to contact management. There was no immediate resolution offered.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even take a shower because of the condition of the shower in the room. Due to these issues, I had to find another place to stay immediately, even though my original plan was to extend my visit.
This experience was unacceptable and very unsettling. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority. I would strongly encourage management to thoroughly inspect and address these issues.

Worst experience this hotel staff of day shift is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to treat guests at all. Check in at 4PM which is again delayed check in time more over the hotel rooms are so bad and dirty that this hotel looks more of older than 1800s the carpets are so dirty and have so many stains as if they all are rotten and infested. No microwave in the room but advertisement says it all. No coffee kettle etc. service is pathetic broken shower. No iron boards. Such hotels should be close instead of operating like this. If it allowed me to give negative star rating I would have given them -5 for the hotels condition and rude staff of day shift.

The entire property felt extremely unsafe and poorly maintained. I was genuinely concerned for my children during our stay.

The floors in the room were so dirty that we did not feel comfortable taking our shoes off. There was also a very strong unpleasant odor in the room, which made it difficult to sleep.

The elevator felt unstable and unsafe, which added to our discomfort.

In addition, the noise level around the property was overwhelming. Cars and motorcycles were doing burnouts late into the night, making it nearly impossible to rest.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

This by far was the worse hotel known to man. Its disgusting, nasty, molded and smells aweful. I refused to stay there and they wouldn't give a refund for the property.The pictures are fraud and the hotl doesn't look like whats advertised. There were bombs hanging out, stray dogs, and abandoned cars. The bed was on the floor and they tried to charge me extra for a fridge and microwave that was also adertised for the room. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This property was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, there were multiple damaged areas in both the room and the bathroom, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained. The bathroom in particular had visible issues that clearly hadn’t been addressed before my stay.

The elevator felt unsafe and sketchy, and the outside areas were just as concerning. Parking was uncomfortable and did not feel secure for leaving a vehicle overnight.

To make matters worse, I am now having to dispute the security deposit with my bank due to unfair charges, which has added unnecessary stress after an already bad experience.

Overall, this property did not meet basic standards for safety, cleanliness, or honesty. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

this hotel isnt the same as advertised,its a Homeless Shelter with a price. The room smelled like mold,cigarettes and alcohol. Its a slum, i wont stay there even it was free or the last place. Not even the vending machine works,there is no water fountains so you have to use the machine and it tskes your money,mi d you there is no out or order sign. Graffiti on the doors ,one towel per room,no bathroom mat, the bed is hard,the night staff was rude..That place needs to be demolished

I wouldn’t give this one star if I could. The hotel compared to the photos was ridiculously misrepresented. The only thing good about the hotel was the help trying to get a cab the next morning from the front staff.
The hotel and room was filthy, run down, and the only bedding available was a very thin sheet. The pillows were like wadded up tissues. Walls were thin and you could hear everything next door. Orbitz should check the hotel and make them update their photos.

This was the worst room in a hotel I have ever stayed at and I have traveled internationally for decades. After several flights being canceled this was the only hotel we could find and now we know why. Took an hour to check in and there were not that many people in front of us. The rooms were dirty, hairdryer hanging off of the wall not working, no towel racks as they were partially hanging off the wall and only one towel and washcloth for two adults. The carpet was dirty and stained and holes were on the headboard. Don't recommend even if you're in a bind like we were.

Our experience at this hotel was very bad from the moment we arrived. The hotel overall was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor.

The room was not the one I reserved. I booked a room with two beds, but instead I was given one bed and a sofa bed, which was not what I paid for.

In addition, I had to go to the front desk three times because the key did not work and I could not access the room. This all happened late at night, which made the situation even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, it is 10:00 p.m. and we still do not have sheets or blankets to sleep, which is completely unacceptable after a long day of travel.

Overall, it was a horrible experience due to poor cleanliness, lack of organization, and bad service. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was my first and last time staying at this hotel. The room felt unclean, the bathroom was a complete disaster, and the TV was not working or connected to any service. Customer service was very poor and unhelpful. My wife and I had a terrible experience, and choosing this hotel was a big mistake. We stayed here yesterday and will never return. This is literally the hotel from beetlejuice. The day we checked in the elevator safety inspection expired and the doors were very scary. You were stuck in there until you pressed the open button a few times. The carpet in the room is disgustingly dirty, walked a few steps from shower to bed and my feet were black. The fake balcony window was broken and cracked open (used to slide open i guess) so it was hot in the room the whole time. The bed left us with a itchy spotted rash. No room service, no breakfast, flickering hallway lights and the smell of mold and mildew was everywhere you went. Parking lot had crackheads sitting outside. Pool is very small and dirty. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE

The staff was great and friendly drug addicts in hotel ambulances called numerous times for ods door locks and doors had been kicked in. Tried to charge extra fees the police were there to stop them from charging extra fees at checkout no breakfest no water preasure toilets barely flush. I will never stay there again. The door lock was broken and didn’t allow the door to remain closed as if someone had kicked the door in (dark marks that could have been shoe marks were also present). After notifying the desk staff about the situation, they then advised that the entire property didn’t have hot water.

The front desk staff also was very unconcerned and very unprofessional and wouldn’t tell Expedia that they couldn’t accommodate me, which would have allowed me to get a refund…in my book that constitutes THEFT. Also, this property shouldn’t be allowed to be an option for travelers because it’s a SLUM property and they need to stop using old pictures to bate people in to booking with them.

Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

Absolutely nothing like the pictures! Went and there was too much activity outside the hotel. I waited to see a room before I checked in but decided against it! I ultimately cancelled my reservation and am fighting to have my monies returned. I asked for a letter to confirm that I cancelled my reservation and was denied. People look as though they live there. Around 8PM the doors were locked, and the patrons had to be buzzed in... and if \"bed bugs\" and \"trafficking\" had a look, it's definitely this place! As it gave the feel of Hotel Rwanda! I kid you NOT!!!!
