It was at a perfect location and you can’t beat the price for the area . That being said sometimes you get what you pay for. I requested a airport pick up. When I contacted the property because they ignored my messages from weeks ago . When I spoke to someone . I was told they did not do airport pickups .

The apartment was clean and located in a nice area, which we appreciated. However, we had a few issues during our stay. The patio/balcony door would not lock properly unless it was completely forced shut, and I wasn’t able to lock it myself once it was opened. The toilet also wasn’t flushing when we arrived. I contacted customer service, and maintenance responded quickly and fixed the toilet, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue with the patio/balcony door remained unresolved for me. On our way out, we also encountered a large rat in the hallway, which was very unsettling and scared both me and my daughter. Overall, the stay had some positives, but these issues affected our experience.

The apartment needs some attention to things that are loose around, and it felt expensive for the true quality of room. The fold out bed in the couch is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs on your back as you lay down. Main bed is fine. That being said, the apartment was clean and organized when we arrived.

The walls are very thin. We had some very noisy neighbors right behind the bedroom side waking us up at night, as well as a loud garbage truck in the morning. It is alongside a fairly busy road, so just know that you will be hearing outside noise as well as neighbors. One of our neighbors sneezed and it literally sounded like it came from inside our apartment. Because the bedroom backs up to the neighbors kitchen, you could also hear the beeps of the keypad as the neighbor keyed in to their apartment, and of course as they chat loudly in their kitchen until 1-2am.
Laundry:
The laundry room is $4 to wash, $4 to dry.
Bathroom:
Small shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap is provided.
Kitchen:
No in-house staples like salt or pepper so you will need to buy everything. There are two small burners and a microwave, and there is no real oven - just a small toaster oven. They only included two small trash bags so if you are here for an extended stay you may need to ask for more.

This was the most amazing stay in Miami FL, (sunny isles beach) I couldn’t ask for a better location, with more better parking and close to the beach and the bay. I loved it so much it’s going on my favorites list for when I come back. Might even check out the other MIA Rentals available in Miami. Awesome service and my cleanest stay in Miami via non hotel. Love love love! Comfortable, clean, and safe.

We arrived at night…do not recommend. This is an older property which we usually like but we weren’t clear if it was a condo property or a hotel. There seemed to be a mixture of both. The pool was the highlight of the property. Overall, the inside of our room was clean and obviously updated in the kitchen and bath. The walk to the beach was short and in between the property and the beach there were many restaurants and shops to walk to. Milman’s grocery was our favorite but Publix was close, too. The beach was nice. Turquoise water, white sand. We learned we are more of a Deerfield Beach vacationer than a Miami vacationer. It is obvious the property managers are making improvements and if you’re looking for a budget vacay, this could be for you.

During our stay at this property, there were many bugs and flies in the kitchen area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we received a different room than the one we booked. We were short a bed and were not able to get in touch with staff to resolve the issue. The pool was super clean and there is a heater on for cooler days. We asked if they could keep it open for an extra hour as we were arriving late, and the manager made it happen! The apartment was super clean. Loved that they sent us the door code, which was perfect because we arrived at 2am. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The place is really quiet, and you can walk to the beach, about a 5-8 minute walk.
The only area that needs some improvement is the WiFi. It went on and off at night.
Overall, great place, nice area with all kinds of stores and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return again!

The bed is hard as a rock. The couch is no better or the cot. No paper towels were provided and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. I paid $50 extra to stay until 1 thinking that I would be able to sleep in but my husband and 2 kids were also extremely uncomfortable

The parking gates were not working, and the complex itself didn't feel safe. The patio doors were unlocked and wouldn't close properly. There were two windows that weren't closed or locked when we arrived that were on the side of the hallway, so anyone walking by could get in if they wanted to. We were able to get them closed and locked but it didn't feel safe upon arrival. The wifi was not good. The location in general was nice though and the interior was clean.

It's cozy, has good lighting and a full kitchen at a fantastic price. There was a missing fixture right at the entrance, but there's so much natural light coming in from the windows and balcony that we never missed it. Wifi was also good with ~50mbps which is on par with most hotel's \"premium\" speed, for anyone who needs to do work while staying here.

This location is close to the beach, shopping, and several great restaurants. The location felt safe. The unit was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to update the mattress- or maybe add a topper and to add oven mitts to the kitchen.

Loved, loved, loved! Walking distance to whatever you need- food, stores, gas station, and best of, all the beach! The property itself was impeccable. Amenities were great. Everything inside was clean and ready for us and smelled very fresh. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was clear and quick. We booked the 2 bedroom unit. I would choose to stay here again when visiting Sunny Isles Beach with a bigger group. Highly recommend!

The property is a bit older but it is clean and it had everything we needed . It is close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping centers. We never felt unsafe walking around. Two bedroom apartment that beats renting two hotel rooms for five people. I would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location! Grat location, convient to beach. Check in was confusing, property was listed as \" Sunny Isles Apartment \", rental agency listed it as Miarentals. We drove passed the property a couple times looking for somethiing with that name. But the actual sign in front of the property is Salem House Condominium confusing!
No one at the property for check in, virtual check in via email, not an issue. Upon entering the apartment, the place smelled clean and looks clean. The apartment is old, adequately equipted for a one night stay. Apartment furnished with low end dorm type furnishing. For a one night stay, that wasn't an issue for us. But the issue with this place is, none of the windows or the sliding glass door have working locks - UNSAFE!
Property manager should address these isssues before renting out this property. I have photos, but will not post them. Will give host the oportunity to make the necessary repair.

I've stayed at this property many, many times over the last few years. Unfortunately it seems to not be the same. There were roaches in the apartment, the AC system was leaking water. We wanted to use the laundry machines of which there's 6 different laundry rooms but none had both machines functional, we had to wash in one floor & go to another floor to dry.
Unlike the past the parking is no longer free. Only after confirming & payment did we get an email about there being an additional daily charge for parking.

Horrible bedding, the worse cheap pillows I even slept on, polyester bedding that you don’t even sleep on. All apartment looks very bad especially for the price. Location is amazing. Communication was good. I couldn’t sleep till 12 am I heard neighbors talking and people knocking the door.
