The staff was super helpful and friendly. They cleaned our room and restocked towels and dishwasher/laundry soap for us on the third day. The kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be full of families. It really was a perfect little place for our family.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment was equipped with basic essentials. The area was quiet. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen as there was nothing to use to take the pan out of the oven with.

From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is \"ask if you want\", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us. Another thing we loved was the quiet. The views were ok. Go ahead and book, you will not regret.

Will be nice if the hotel can think about what a new hotel guest will be going through. They will usually drive up to the hotel and look for parking. Then they will look into how to check-in and how to get to their room. It will be nice to mention in the welcome text to fill out the registration and the credit card authorization, AND also mention if we have a vehicle, what shall we do. Also will be helpful if the text will let us know the office in the building will be closed on Saturdays (and Sundays?) We were trying to figure all these out while carrying our luggages under strong winds, lucky it didn't rain. Will also be helpful to text us that we need to submit those 2 forms, then we will receive our gate and door codes. Restroom didn't smell fresh. Other than the aforementioned, the stay was good.

Well, if you're looking for a nice place, away from the chaos and noise of South Beach, look no further. It is a little ways from the beach (further than walking distance), but getting to one is really quick by car. There are some really nice restaurants in walking distance, not to mention a very plush mall (very high end stores, bring a lot of money). The rooftop pool is small, but really beautiful and relaxing. Went as a family of five and had a wonderful time. If you're going to Miami to party, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're going to Miami to enjoy a quieter side of South Florida, look no further.

Overall this is a nice property. The air conditioning in our unit kept setting itself to 82 despite us resetting the program. It got really hot in the master bedroom. Some of the outlets did not work. The check in was a little confusing and the parking is really tight. Nice pool area and the location is great.

Our family enjoyed the apartment. Pool was clean and quiet. For the Fourth of July, we could see multiple firework shows from the large terrace. Short walk to Bal Harbour and Harding Ave. Many kosher dining options nearby including a really good paleta shop. Great beaches not to far away.

Our stay was really nice. Property is in a nice area with reserved parking. The only issue we had which was addressed by management is our room wasn't ready at 4:30. We had to come back at 5:45 and the Unit was ready. This was communicated to us on checkin and we felt they handled it fine.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Breeze. The room was bright, clean and well cooled. The two balconies were great. The pool was small and had only a few chairs so did get crowded at times, but wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely return.

The property is nice and clean, however the elevator stopped working 2 days before we were leaving and my spouse had a recent knee replacement, uughghgh!! I wish we would've taken advantage of the pool prior to the elevator going out, because it is located on the rooftop and those steps are brutal. Unfortunately, management never left a note apologizing for that huge inconvenience, yet we rec'd a note under our door because we were talking too loud. Sorry the place is minimally furnished so the echo is loud. My first time staying here, I may need to stick with what I know.

Beautiful property. Apartment was modern and immaculate. The wrap around balcony/patio was incredible. We felt like we were at home. Rooftop pool was awesome! Will stay again!

Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

Upon arrival it was a self-check in , got sent the code to the door went up and did it but we thought it didn’t work since it wasn’t opening, then a lady comes out of the room and asks “ oh you guys are supposed to stay here? Give me 30 minutes “ and closes the door on my face? At this point I am in shock and confused then the lady grabs her bag and leaves the room we try to converse with her but she runs off scared, I enter the room and everything is dirty and used, I tried calling multiple times no response, and Expedia did not return any money. My theory is that these people don’t change the code to the door and anybody can just come in if they know the code and rob you.

The apartment was completely dirty, one of the beds missing the fitting sheet, cigarettes leftovers found on the floors, glasses were dirty, towels smelled dirty and were stained, there were no extra ones, we found the washer completely full with dirty water. Wish we could post pictures on here.
My husband and I tried reaching out to the property several times through calls and text but literally no one answered. It was Saturday afternoon when we arrived and decided to leave Sunday morning after no response at all.
No refund was given. We're filling a claim.

Very unclean… bathroom mold, oven top dirty, oven drawer filthy, master bedroom headboard extremely dusty, stained sheets, absolutely disgusting master bedroom mattress cover, two of the master bedroom dresser drawers did not work air conditioning filter extremely dirty, washer and dryer unit dirty, had to dry wet sheets that were left wet in washer, reached out to property manager via text and phone call and never heard back, the pictures of unit do not reflect actual condition and quality of place. Adjacent unit had children constantly screaming and crying. Alex, the individual checking us in even mentioned the adjacent unit had children who were loud, I reached out to Alex via text about the noise and never heard back. I would never use this property again nor recommend it. I have many pictures to show indicating how filthy the unit was.

We were given a dark apartment . All windows had tall trees. No natural light. Called management many times to change but no response. Apartment itself was clean but had nothing in it. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Not equipped with much. Very disappointed.

- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over.

- SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed.

- LOCATION: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Bal Harbor Shops. You may want to drive for a beach but it wont take very long.

- PARKING: Own parking garage available for $20/night and we could find everyday a spot to park even we arrived some nights too late.

Overall, if their prices are within your travel budget, just don’t look for any other place and book it.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain.
Just few small things: bring your soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffe filters and everything for cooking, if you plan to cook. I read reviews and was very prepared. That is why nothing made me to be upset.

Excellent I can’t complain since the moment I was received, beautiful place , nice view , apartment was bigger than what I expected. Pool is small but it was good , kids had fun . Quiet neighborhood. Beach close by. Balcony spacious.

Clean, quiet and safe area!

Stayed four nights during Formula 1 Race in Miami. Great location near shops and restaurants. Surrounding area was safe to walk at night. Will definitely book again next trip to Miami.

1 Star; Poor Value; Disappointing Quality

This is a 1 star place that is charging 3-4 star prices. Apartment was dirty and worn out; furniture damaged and old; bedding was extremely uncomfortable. There is no security in the building - the gate and entry door to the elevators remain unlocked 24 hrs a day, and the only locked stage is an entry code that you select for your unit, and that you must tell the concierge to enter it. Did not feel safe, and had an odd experience of the concierge requesting entry to our unit (waking up our baby) in the evening to \"get something from our kitchen\". Would never stay here again or recommend it.
