Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we will definitely be back!

Check-in was seamless, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The boutique property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had such a relaxing atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and honestly didn’t even miss that one of the pools was closed for renovations. The beach experience was wonderful, with assigned seating for guests and beach towels conveniently provided in our condo.

The views from our condo were breathtaking and quickly became our favorite part of the trip. We found ourselves spending most of our time simply relaxing and taking in the scenery.

The host was excellent with communication, responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with throughout our stay. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we even extended our trip!

This was a much-needed rest and relaxation getaway, and the ambiance was exactly what the doctor ordered. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—we look forward to returning very soon!

The staff was friendly especially the front desk staff member Jose. He knew and shared the good food and drink spots within walking distance. The unit was clean well stocked with everything you need appliance, utensils ect. The view was everything and perfect for watching the Sun rise.The king bed was so comfortable ! The easy access to the beach was perfect for beach lovers with the guarantee of two chairs with umbrella. The roof top pool was pretty cool, again awesome view. I will definitely return for a trip for me and the hubby.

I booked a corner ocean view room - stunning views! Great amenities with gym, two pools, hot tub and right on the boardwalk. Safe and secured with several gates only allowing key access. The room looked like in the photos (albeit a little smaller in person) overall clean but there were some small signs of wear and tear in the unit. Some small bugs in the wall in closet - not great but it’s also Miami so it’s not uncommon. Lots of dining options nearby as well. I got a good rate on it but wouldn’t pay much more to stay again.

This room and hotel were absolutely beautiful. The deck was beyond compare with a full view of the ocean. The pools were great and the ocean was steps away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very quiet, private and lovely.

We recently stayed at Dharma Home Suites for a week, and everything about our experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we really appreciated that they were able to accommodate our request for early check-in.
Communication with the property was impeccable—especially through Expedia chat and their convenient WhatsApp number, which made it easy to request anything we needed during our stay.
The location was very convenient: there was a Domino’s and Subway right across the street, a Walgreens one block away, and a Publix just two blocks down. A few nice restaurants were also within walking distance.
The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. There were two pools—one at beach level and another on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the ocean. The gym and lounge room were also in great condition. Beach access was direct, and the property provided lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, we were very impressed and would absolutely recommend Dharma Home Suites to others. And we will be back soon !

I booked this trip for a chill getaway, and it was exactly what I needed! The best part was that the hotel had a ton of room to hangout by the pool and very easy access to the beach. The beach is gorgeous!!

The room was not as clean as I would've expected. I also wasn't expecting that no one would come in to the room every day to tidy up... That was a little odd to me. There are very few dining/coffee shop options nearby - But if you are up for some exercise, there's a bike share not too far. The city is very easy to get around on a bike!

I overall recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, beach stay!

The apartment was very clean and had phenomenal views of the bay and the ocean. Everything was provided for a guest, including dishwasher pods and laundry pods, which made things very convenient. Shampoo, body wash and make up remover towels were also provided. My suggestion would be just stopping at Publix up the street for your groceries Because there’s not a restaurant at the hotel.

I wish this property did some renovations for the amount of money we pay. 1.The holiday where we come in from the pool smells like garbage 2. We had a stained sheet in our room which I think it’s ridiculous. The side bed was full of hair. it’s sad because the location is perfect, and it wasn’t like this 7 years ago when I first stayed here.

Dharma is an absolute pain to deal with as far as customer service. We’ve stayed at this property other times through other apartment providers without incident. I was hounded with emails to extend my stay which we finially decided to extend check out. Then they decided maintenance needed to be preformed so we checked out early and left the keys in the room as instructed on their paperwork. After this I received 4 calls within 90 minutes telling me I needed to checkout telling them all we already had and the keys were on the table as instructed to do. I was told I did not even through we clearly did.

My stay for my 28year wedding anniversary was awesome.. clean room ocean view 2 pools right in the beach..full kitchen washer dryer I was truly amazed.. and since I’m a silver hotels.com member valet parking and WiFi was free.. I come to Miami every year and this was the best so far.. I would love to stay here again

Excellent! Would definitely recommend BUT a few things to point out:

1) valet - parking was included which is great! But why the valet? Why cant I park my own car? A bit of a hassle with valet and we felt bad running them around if we needed car multiple times a day.

2) no key cards - only 2 sets of keys and you need those RF tags every door! To get into hotel, understandable, but why then for elevator and both garage doors?

3) This is an apartment hotel so no service and you have to wash beach towels. We were OK with that, no complaint just letting people know.

Apartment like feeling, not hotel feeling. Room very clean and they provide a vacuum, mop and broom for your convenience. Appreciated the convenience of doing laundry esp after a beach day. Love that the balcony sits over the pool, if you are on the lower floors the trees block your view from the beach. Conveniently located steps away from the beach and it's not very crowded (great for social distancing). Wasn't informed about the nightly parking fee but rate was better a lot of other hotels I've seen.

The manager was extremely abusive when we complained about cockroaches as well as the severely dirty balcony in the apartment. Instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, he started threatening with the lawsuit if I will post an honest review!! He became aggressive, trying to frighten us that he will charge us for the damages that never happened!!

We were very disappointed about the extreme rudeness of the manager for Dharma suites. When e expressed our dissatisfaction with the dirtiness of the balcony as well as complained about the cockroach, he became extremely abusive, trying to wrongly charge as the additional fees, refusing to reimburse the security deposit while we left the apartment cleaner than we found it. Our balcony has not been cleaned most likely for about 2 months when we checked in. Monte Carlo has other owners that have much better customer service so we are now staying at this same hotel apartments just manages be different management. Dharma lost our business due to the extremely poor customer service. Can you imagine manager threatening us with lawsuits if we post hour honest review? It was such a bad experience. We had to resolve with Expedia to get back our security deposit. The manager tuned our whole day trying to present that there was damage even though we had proof that we left the apartment in perfect condition. Luckily the front desk staff confirmed to Expedia that there was absolutely no damage so we finally received our accidental damage deposit reimbursed. Which manager believe that cockroaches or dirty balcony at check in is acceptable in 4 stars hotel?? Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he became severely abusive. Please safe yourself headache by booking Monte Carlo with a different management.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The staff was extremely professional and even went out of their way to make sure we could have a late checkout while waiting for our new room. The hotel is clean. Beds are comfortable! The beach is nice. They have free beach chairs, towels, and washer and dryers in the units. Restaurants are walking distance. We will be back soon! This was a beautiful property. The room was clean and perfect for my husband and I and our son. The pools were great. My son used them both. The view from the partial view balcony was very nice. The Unit was nice, however; there were no pool towels and we had to wait a while to get them. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice, but didn't seem to know all of the policies with the rental. Unit was not in the location that we thought and was very expensive. We arrived early and had to wait to check in which was fine, but they charged us to watch our bags which I thought was odd.

The Dharma Suites is the perfect location for any occasion. They provide FREE parking which is a PLUS on Collins. They have the option of 2 pools and direct access to the Miami Beach. Its my second time staying with them and will be back for a 3rd.

Okay Stay in Miami Beach

Our stay started off with a check in that was less than stellar as they attempted to give us a room that was a category lower than we had paid for. It was very frustrating because the front desk told us our room was 805, but it \"had something wrong with it that they needed to fix\" before we could get in. For an immediate room, they were going to give us 801, it was smaller and the view was not what I had paid for. The Dharma manager came and said he was going to \"do us a favor\" and give us a \"better room\" than we booked. After waiting 1.5 hrs, he gave us 805 - the original room with \"something wrong\" with it.
-NEEDS IMPROVEMENT-
-No housekeeping all week and no cleaning products besides sponge, dishwasher pods and a dirty broom
-1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, need more? buy your own
-1 towel set/person for the week, must wash on your own
-Couch is uncomfortable
-Not a luxury condo - everything is from IKEA
-No hooks to dry towels or swimsuits
-Bathroom \"amenities\" include one body wash and one shampoo
-Impossible to bathe children, had to shower both kids (2.5 and 6 mo) due to dirty non-slip mat in tub and affixed glass barrier.
-Tile floors are extremely slippery when wet and the bathmat slips right out from under you.

We were asigned the unit #810
The apartment was clean and comfortable but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable we dind’t get a good night sleep in all week.
Also, beside our apartment, it was the office for one company rentals. They parked in the hallway a huge cart for their use and every time we got out or in our apartement, we have to go around it. We believe they used the office for wash and dry their towels and sheets because we could hear the machine working all day long...
We had stay in Monte Carlo Miami Beach before but with a different company and our experience was much better. We like the amenities and the location.

Very easy and close access to the beach. Two pools and beach chair attendants are very helpful and friendly... especially if you are able to speak in Spanish.
This is the second year we've stayed at a Dharma condo at Monte Carlo, and both times the bed and pillows are not comfortable.
We find the Churchill owned condos in this building better equipped regarding furniture and equipment (e.g. Kitchen utensils, TiVo, etc.)

Overall still a great place to stay in North Miami Beach.

Very nice beach property with good amenities. They provided free valet parking! My apartment was one bedroom apartment; The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. Someone from Dharma was there all the time so when we needed something he came up to the room to help us immediately.

Well equipped and spacious apartment with fantastic view onto the ocean front (we booked with ocean view which is well worth the extra cost). Beach service was excellent, two pools, and excellent facilities including a well equipped gym on the 5th floor. Free Car valet was fantastic, and reception staff very helpful and friendly. Mario very friendly and helped with a computer issue.
Sea was beautiful with nice shallow water, great restaurants and breakfast places nearby.

nice area I guess the overprice was because of that but the room are not big deal. The beach was dirty. Some of the staff were nice but others not even a good morning. We try to cancel the reservation because of the weather a storm coming up and they denied the refund.

The view was amazing. I did not see the cleaning ladies come in to clean at all. They could have at least mopped the floors in apartments and washed bedding. There was also no free bottled water in rooms as stated in intenerarie. They did provide us with extra towels upon request the next day but we had to supply our own detergent to wash clothes. Very relaxing and beautful view overall.

We had 5 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Apartment was ok, very basic and dated but clean and tidy. This is predominantly a residential complex so the pools and gym were great. Beach access was really easy. The front desk staff looked as if they would prefer not to talk to us. The location is marginal. Not close to anything and area is delapitated with lots of empty wrecked shops. To far to walk to South or North beach and no decent eating places in walking distance. There is a great supermarket about 200m down road. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room we stayed in had a very large balcony, with plenty of space. The room it self was very nice, with lots of kitchen utensils included, there was also a washer and dryer in the room. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and the pools on the 5th and 1st floor were very nice. The beach also offered special amenities to the guests such as chairs and cabanas. Also a very central location close to lots of food and shops. Overall a very nice place to stay.

We really had no idea what to expect when we arrived at the Dharma Suites Hotel. This \"hotel\" is comprised of rooms/apartments in the Monte Carlo hotel. (Other \"hotels\" are operating in the same building.) Our apartment was fantastic. Gorgeous large room, brand new full size appliances (full kitchen plus washer and dryer) -- plenty of space for me and my two adult children. The balcony overlooking the ocean was large and positioned perfectly. The hotel pools were lovely. The beach are was just steps outside the hotel and the staff person who helped with chairs and umbrellas was great. The only reasons I did not give all 5 stars is because I did miss having a restaurant in the hotel and it was a bit weird to call someone offsite when we had a couple of questions. When we did call the offsite staff (about how to work the TV), they were responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay!

This was our second time going back to this building. We booked with a different company before, but we were extremely satisfied with our stay with Dharma! We had an issue with our Water temperature and they came up first thing the next morning to fix it. The service was amazing, the place was clean and the view was SUPERB!!!! The area around the building is lacking attractions, but that's what we prefer about it. The beaches are quiet and family oriented, the building is nice and quiet at nighttime instead of the \"party,\" scene of SOBE. We would definitely book with Dharma again in the future!!
