We rented for 6 people and there were only 4 towels; it took 3 days for them to bring more.

It was advertised as an apartment. It was a small hotel room poorly taken care of. Water damage painted over. Counters perling up. Shower door broke. Toilet extremely stained looked disgusting. This was very far from what was advertised. We checked out immediately and would never recommend this place.

The room was horrible and 0 staff support no one came to the room at all and the receptionist were not able to assist with basic needs. There was only 1 trash bin and that was in the bathroom. The unit was not clean and there was a moldy moldewy smell. This unit looked Nothing like the pictures online I feel as though we were cheated.

Sorry, I can only give one star due to the very poor experience during my stay. There was no support, no response, and several facilities did not work, stove, kettle, and shower, etc.—yet the property was advertised as “luxury.” I’m extremely disappointed, and this completely ruined my vacation.

Hotels.com should also be responsible for the fake advertising! I am very disappointed!

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.

Checking in was a hassle to go over an hour, bathroom was a bit disgusting you could tell they spray painted whether grout is to probably cover the mold or mildew, first night I came home. I saw a cockroach on the bed. I complained immediately they did nothing and asked me for proof instead of trying to put me in another room or send somebody to clean the place. It took them two days to get back to me that they’ll try to do something and when they did, they offered me an other room where I had to pay double so it’s worth it for me just to rent and other hotel room miserable stay do not recommend anybody staying there

The hotel was very nice. It was great location for beach access and bike trail. You can rent bikes in a lower level for $20 for 24 hours . We had a clean, modern, spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen. They even give you plenty of beach towels, beach, chairs, and ambition umbrella in your room. It was very comfortable and a great value.
The only drawbacks were the long lines for the valet and it was hard to get a hold of our concierge since we booked the reservation online through Expedia. We arrived and our microwave was in operable and we had to wait until the next day to get a replacement because the hotel would not accommodate. They insisted that we contact the company that did the booking.

Of all my travel experiences, this has been the most disappointing. I want to clarify that the issue was not with the room itself, but with the service provided by Boutique Apartments, the company managing the property. After completing my reservation and payment, I was asked to provide a security deposit, which I agreed to. However, the platform they use, called Charge Automation, experienced a technical issue that prevented the deposit from being processed. When I contacted Boutique Apartments to resolve the problem, their response was unhelpful. They insisted that the matter was not their responsibility and refused to offer any alternative or assistance, even after I provided proof and attempted to use several payment methods. Their staff showed little empathy, and I was left without access to the room despite having completed all identity verifications through the hotel. I ultimately had to contact Charge Automation directly to explain the situation, and only then was the issue resolved after many hours of delay. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I’m sharing this review so that other travelers are aware and can avoid similar situations due to system or communication failures.

The worst place to stay at in Miami. My family and I have been in vacationing in Florida for over 11 years and this has been the worst. I have reached out to the management team daily about how hot our unit was. A maintenance personnel dropped off a fan. They respond once every 24 hours with only one response. This is the least expensive place to stay at in Miami that is on the beach. That does come with a price though. The staff and valet are rude and slow. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our car. When calling from my cell phone, the number that I was given of the management team, they never answered and I could not leave them a message. I tried to call from the front desk line and then they answered. That seemed really fishy to me. The management team screened, monitored and were selective of who they answered phone calls from. The place also doesn’t feel safe. The door had screws that were missing and the door frame was bent. My family and I barricaded our door to feel safe at night. Do NOT stay here !!!

The beach is steps away the place was clean and had a kitchen filled with everything you need to cook drink eat etc. I loved my stay I WILL be back thank you till next time…

Estadía 9 días. Es importante saber que habitación rentas porque algunas páginas no lo especifican y escuchamos que te asignan un departamento que no coincide con las fotos.Nosotros estuvimos en la 1430. Tiene hermoso balcón con vista al mar. Bien equipada, buenos muebles y colchones, TV grande y muy buen Wi-Fi. Muy buena piscina, Ascensores funcionan bien. Valet parking gratis Excelente!, a veces había que esperar un rato. Edificio viejo bien remodelado, a veces problemas de electricidad o A/C qué arreglaban rápido

This was thee WORST hotel experience that I have EVER had. The room is was terrible condition. The sheets were dated. Chipped and broken floors, outdated dining set, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The mirror had burned marks on it. People were doing construction on the unit above the room which interrupted sleep. Rancid smell coming from the refrigerator. Deplorable! Everything looked like it was stuck in the 80’s. Very disgusting. I stayed for 10 days and I detested each day. I stayed 10 DAYS and had to basically BEG for the cleaning service to come and clean (which was nothing good AT ALL). I want to escalate this because what is shown in the website is NOT, and I repeat, NOT what Is shown on the website. The upside is that there is free parking…but that alone is unorganized. And to top it off, the owner wanted to “stop by to retrieve one item”. Very creepy. I hated this hotel, the experience…If I could give it a 0, I would.

Overall my stay was great! I’m going to give a four star rating. My apartment was nice and clean however, it was dated and did not look like the online pictures at all, instead of a full stove/oven it had a hot plate. Also, the shower water was cold, luke warm at best even after letting it run for 10+ minutes. The staff were extremely nice and responsive. The property has wonderful amenities. Restaurant, bars, convenience stores. Swim shops, massage, spa etc. I only took off points for the water.

It was a great experience; the staff was helpful and friendly. The only inconvenience we experienced was that there were only 2 free outlets to connect anything. We found ourselves unplugging lamps and the microwave to be able to charge our phones. So, I recommend taking a charging block, but other than that, it was amazing, especially the view.

Ive been to motel 6's better than this. It took almost an hr to get my door code, i do not speak Spanish, it was hard to understand. The apartment was pretty rundown/outdated, more than the pictures shown when i booked it. There is hair hanging from the ceiling outside the door. But after beginning to figure things out over a day or two, we made the best of it. Beautiful ocean views. Going home with a sunburn. Thank you

Bathroom door was fixed so poor it locked my wife into the bathroom. Had to fix it with a butter knife to open it, place is in need of some TLC. Do Not eat in the overpriced restaurant downstairs. Bring your own food or eat somewhere else!

All the units are ran by different management companies. Mine was Boutique. There for 4 night's, you csnt get them to bring you more towels or.tp. the hallway carpets are disgusting. You hear dogs barking in some of the units. Its mixed residential with vacationers. Bed was clean, room had outlets that your charger falls out of. Great pool and location right on the beach. Free of harassment, no cleaning during trip or anything to sweep all the sand in the room. Overall trip was a 7. Enjoy your stay!

This property did not match the pictures. It was very run down and outdated. It had a lot of wear and tear that didn’t show in the pictures. The building had decent amenities (the Turkish spa was phenomenal!), but it just had an overall run down feeling. Our apartment was a bit shabby. The location on the beach was great! I highly recommend the spa and renting a bike for the day (only $20!) and riding down to South Beach!

They don’t let you check in early or use the pool if you are.. they only give you 2 shower towels and 2 beach toes for 2 people staying 5 days.. the room was dirty to the point I had to have them come reclean the room since the bedding smelled like someone just slept on it. We had ocean view room, and it was severely outdated. Yes it has been refreshed with IKEA furniture sometime last few years, but all else is extremely old.
Pros:
- by the beach
- by the pool bar food tastes pretty good and cute pineapple drinks
- very well stockedmini convenience store in the basement.
- beach umbrella was available, which is crucial during the hot summer months.

Cons:
- getting car took 1.5 hrs.
- old, kids size towels (2 only) were provided for the room that has two beds. There were only 2 of us luckily but be aware. Asked for towels twice, they never came.
- even though the host company is communicative via email, there is no one to ask for immediate help, front desk will send you to contact the host. One of our beach chairs was unusable, they did send new one the next day, but again regular shower towels never came. What if I had kids that needed new ones urgently. Also things are definitely out of order on the team, got 3 different check in emails from different people few days in a row, and no check out instructions,
- we arrived like 40 mins early , the email says to let them know what time window we arrive so they are ready, I said 2-3, the desk would not check you in until 3pm on the dot, thank you for wasting my time on vacation which is precious.
- old everything in the kitchenette. We thankfully didn’t have to cook, but toaster everything is very worn down, dirty coffee filter, dollar tree cups, cheapest shower curtain you ever saw in existence.

The elevators do take quite a long time because the property is very busy and vallet parking could take a while too if you’re going on a weekend. We left on a weekday so getting our car back was pretty fast. I would rent this place again

The direct beach access was great, and the relatively smooth check-in process was good. But I would not stay at this property again. The tub faucet leaked constantly throughout the trip, and although I informed the property about this after our first night, and they said they would send someone to check on it two days in a row, they never did. When we arrived, the mini-fridge was also leaking because it had defrosted, and there was a puddle on the floor (we resolved this by adjusting the cooling dial). And the ceiling air-conditioner vent starting dripping water constantly our last evening in the unit. (This unit was also right next to the elevators, which were extremely loud all day and night.) The place felt shabby and poorly kept up overall.

I was expecting less since I didn’t like the good the google reviews. And honestly the room was exactly like in the picture or even better because the kitchen had utensils and was bigger than expected. Also the bathroom wasn’t bad and the hot water worked perfectly. I just would say that the mattress were kind of old and the building in general is but for what you pay it is pretty great. No complains, instead was surprisising that you can get groceries, have breakfast, lunch and dinner there so you bassically don’t need to go anywhere else, we just went to a restaurantes nearby because it was honestly better quality and better prices. The Pool was nice, not packed, the hotel has a direct éxit to the beach and in the room they have chairs and an umbrella, that was amazing! Little important details. Also in every floor they have machines for snacks so I recomend to carry some cash with you ( they don’t accept card) overall a very good experience.

Worst Stay Ever – Bugs and Zero Refund

Health hazard!! This rental was bug-infested — I have photographic proof. I was recovering from surgery and needed a clean space. The host suggested fumigating while I was still staying there. After I moved to a hotel, they stopped responding. No refund. No decency. No respect for guests. Do NOT book here under any circumstance.

The property offers valet only for parking. Thankfully I made sure that cost was factored into our package. The property overall appeared in well condition, although our individual room was a mix. Some of the features such as the floor and walls were newly updated the fixtures in the bathtub where corroded, and the bathtub had recently been resurfaced poorly. I don't fully understand who rents out the room as my contact was considered boutique apartments. The only way I could communicate with them was through email, and they did not provide fresh linens nor towels. I had reached out asking for a heavier blanket and that was not an option either. The boutique informed me that they were not a hotel.
The hotel itself had security here and there on the premises often there was a security person out by the pool during busier hours. I appreciated that there was a bar and grill right near the pool for easy access. Other than the grill and the little convenience store on the bottom floor, the closest food was about .7 mi of a walk away. I loved the easy access of The walking path between the hotel and the ocean.

I can understand that a 5 review can go a long way but it's hard to leave that when it's very clear that this place has not been be updated or taken care of. The refrigerator does not hold temperature, the tub is so disgusting you can't even take a shower in it, the curtains have big stains like they haven't been washed in who knows how long. When I got back to my room someones trash was all over the front of my door! I don't even know who I can talk to because the front desk is so unfriendly and rude. The person next for have been screaming and blearing music since we checked in.
