Stay some place else or book through the hotel itself. Booking through BL Rentals is NOT the hotel. You get nothing that the a hotel would do for you. There were no face towels in the room. We had to buy our own & buy our own towels. The towels in the room were stained & stiff. The hotel staff will NOT give you anything for the room. The room hadn’t been cleaned & we had dirty sheets that WE had to wash. So we had to buy laundry soap too. I messaged BL rentals about our room being disgusting & still haven’t received a response. I wasn’t even in the system to get a room by the time I arrived. The front desk had to call her to get me in. The room also had roaches!!! The beds are the cheapest things ever made & make noise with every movement. We got no sleep while staying here. We had a better room & bed at Days Inn. I have pictures of this bs too. Do not book through BL Rentals. Spend your money elsewhere!

Perfect example of A booking to run from!

It's a shame that I booked this for my daughters senior break trip.
- Disrespectfulresident and staff.
- No on site parking unless you valet park $35 per day.
- Filthy room! See photo of dirt upon arrival - Contacts stuck on mirror.
- 8 day stay only received 2 $$ store rolls of toilet paper. 2 towels for showers, 4 dirty beach towels.
- Halls smell of dirty feet and sweat.
- A/C stopped working 2 days in
- Agent has horrible communication skills!
- Bedding is horrible, better to sleep outside in sand.
- No safety deposit boxes in rooms. (Broken)
- Hot water constantly running out.
- No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using.
- mold/mildew on walls and ceiling.

I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude staff and resident. If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheaper place to stay this place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness then don’t stay here. The property isn’t secured like they claim, anyone is able to enter from beach and use pool. We were in room 640 and will never stay again, unless some drastic changes are made.

We were given a different room the room we got assigned had roaches. They were crawling all over the room and kitchen.

The blankets they provided had human fluids (Disgusting).

The iron board provided was nasty dirty. And stinky.

I texted the manager and got completely ignored I never receiced a response back. But she was very attentive and responsive to collect the payment.

I tried to file a complaint to the front desk. They do not allow you to file a complaint through the front desk. They say you have to contact directly with the owner as these are privately owned condos. The owner completely ignored our complaints and concerns.

I will never in my life stay there again. Do yourself a favor and do not book here.

There was not one thing i liked about this hotel!!! The rooms are falling apart , no amenities , everything looks used that was provided (towels) pillows were so old and used no pillow was better.. got the room on expedia for $83 , false advertising as when you get to the hotel you are then overcharged with nonsense fees : registration fee, parking , and more ended up costing around $500

There was construction going on , on site so the noise was obsence and the plumbing issues in the bathroom were another nightmare
The type of guest this hotel serves is let me just say different .
I would not say this is a family friendly hotel . So do not bring your kids here

1st room no hot water owner moved me to 2nd & nicer room but i couldn't cook during my entire stay because my stove wasnt working so that put more expenses on my pocket for eating out! Toilet was leaking. Total loss for the groceries i had bought! property needs lots of repairs and one of valet drivers RUDE!! riding as passenger in cars, eating while parking my car just unprofessional!!

The apt was in awful. The kitchen stove was not working, the apt was NOT clean (I found clipped nails on the floor), the cabinets of the bathroom are falling apart, they have almost not silverware, the towels have holes and are stained, the beds are very noisy, the pillows are smelly and old, the AC stopped working for a few hours, the WiFi speed IS SO SLOW that is useless, the tv cable doesn’t work propperly, the lobby is under renovation. They had to moved us to another apt and still have multiple issues. Expedia didn’t help us and the manager of the apt refused to give us our money back so we had to stay. STAY AWAY.

I loved the oceanfront view from my room and the size of the window and sliding glass door. Everything in my room functioned as it should execpt there was a very strong mold smell and obvious mold growth on the walls and around the air conditioning vent. I was also misled about the hotel having a functioning restaurant, bar and front desk as well. This hotel has individually owned rooms and there is no hotel management or staff.

The room was not what I expected. The bathroom smelled of pee and hair was over the sink. The bed sheets were stained looked as if they didn't change them just made the bed. There is no one to clean or replace tissue when you run out you have to buy your own. The resturant was closed and you have to pay a $45 registration fee plus valet parking $40 a night. There was public parking but you have to pay for that as well.

DO NOT be SCAMMED by this place. After booking a non-refundable stay, days later, we received multiple phone calls and emails regarding a NON DISCLOSED resort fee of $45.00 which is not listed on this site. Each room is individually owned and they are pushy, rude, and opportunistic. The unit we stayed in had a broken headboard that had been glued back together, a broken light fixture, dirty walls, and the beds were so short, my feet hung off the end. They have no beach chairs available and the pool chairs are bolted to the ground so you cannot even relocate to a shady area. the outdoor bar was never open so we had no choice but to walk across the street to the gas station for drinks and snacks. Outrageously disaapointed and angry.

Hotel needs a lot of TLC

Hotel in general looks like it needs a lot of TLC. Sheets were dirty and smelled like the last person that slept there. There is no restaurant as it says. Fire alarms went on and nobody cares about evacuate the hotel or informed guests.
Valet parking staff were super friendly as well as the front desk girls.

The location is good, easy access to the beach. This is not a hotel, it’s condominium that some people owes and rent out a room. There is no service or cleaning. You get few towels and that’s it, if they get dirty you have to wash them yourself. Overall this place is very outdated and needs renovations. The bathroom was not good.

On the 9th of December 2022 we booked via your site our accommodation for our trip in Miami, to the Ocean Front Casablanca Studios with FULL KITCHENS & Beach access By BL Rentals, Miami Beach

The description, the pictures and the total hotel overview provided by you were very attractive. However we have to say that we are very disappointed with all the discomforts that have been provided. (room 417)

First of all we faced serious problems with wi-fi. From the front desk we have been informed that each owner has to provide a private wi-fi. The owner informed us that there isn’t any private wi-fi. The central connection from Casablanca was too slow and was not possible to work on it. That was a reason we had to go to cafés or restaurants in order to work aboard, with consequences to our business.

The personal in the front desk was seen to be bothered doing their job. No willingness to be happy and polite.

There were no umbrellas neither in the pool place, nor in the beach. The sunbeds in the pool were nailed to the floor, so that we haven’t any possibility to stay in shadow.

The tap we used to wash our feet from the sand going from the beach to the pool are was very old and had a hole, so that not only our feet could be washed but our sunglasses as well.

The bottom of the pool a long time without maintenance, so that parts without insulation color.

The roof of the lobby, that means our view from the room, was too dirty, every time

Absolutely horrible the faucet for the shower was broken. It would only give you hot water and it was obvious that this was going on for a while because the screw is stripped out on it. They didn’t do anything for us to make it better took us three of our four days. I to get us in another room so that we could take a shower and they wouldn’t let us just keep that room because they had other people going into it later that day.

The pictures look nice, buts it’s not the reality. The building, the pool, access to the beach are great. However, the rooms are not well maintained at all! We had NO HEAT during the cold wave, the towels were dirty, the air vents were covered in dust, the dining table was basically floating (the glass wasn’t attached to the legs). The door lock was basically broken, I preferred to carry my personal items just in case (passport and valuables). The staff said I needed to pay extra that Expedia didn’t cover… please explain!

Firstly about the ladies at the reception they are very nice and helpful. The security guards are good as well.

* So,the restaurant doesn't work at all.
* Sunbeds and tables are nailed down and cannot be moved.
* There were a lot of dogs in the hotel, it smelled of dogs and cigarettes in the corridors, there were signs saying no smoking, but still it smelled of cigarettes.
* We had a digital safe but there were no instructions on how to use it, I tried all possible options but we never managed to use it.

The bad thing it was the room.
You have a kitchen,but the windows are closed and you are not able to opened. Can you imagine if we cooking what will happen in the property with no ventilation (windows are screwed).
We feels like in a prison.

Also there is nothing where to put your towels and swimwear, after bath where to dry it.

When we asked the owners to help us, they said: \"The windows do not open unfortunately, because the AC is on all year round, due to the weather. \"We do not offer hanging devices for wet garments, it is not advertised\".

The furniture in the room was very old and worn. The beds were uncomfortable,the pillows were very small squashed and awful !
Also it looks like the covers were not washed, there were hairs in the duvets and also in the bath towels.
We tried to be out all day and come back to the room late just to sleep and eat.

Again there were unpleasant odors, which you could not get rid of because of the lack of ventilation.

We stayed here 4 years ago, and now its very different. No front desk to help. Bebida is a liason, and shes very nice, but your on your own here. No restaurants, no pool side bar, no room service, no maid service. NO towel exchanges (you have to pay $15 to change them out!) Hardly anyone speaks English and we dont speak Spanish. For what we needed, an efficiency, it worked. But The room has seen better days, the mattress was dirty, there was no blinds at all on one half of the windows, the rest were broken. Mystery stains on ceiling. Just worn out. We made do, but, I wont be coming back again. The location is best part. Beach is beautiful , pool area nice but never enough lounge chairs, and nothing on the beach to use, like an umbrella or chairs. It is what it is. I left feeling disappointed.

The property was advertised although it is more of a condo property versus a hotel. There is only valet parking for $40 a day and can be slow depending on new arrivals and departures. Daily housekeeping is not provided and washcloths were not provided. The property has a nice pool and has direct beach access. The restaurant on site was closed during our stay.

The place is ok , the room is outdated , needs to be fixed the doors on the kitchen cabinets were falling off .. the beds were horrible ( 1 flat pillow ) we were using our clothes to make a pillow , I need a roller bed for 2 nights and they charged me $50 , I thought when I arrived the roller bed would be there but it wasn’t , it didn’t arrive till 8ish - 9 at night and then the sheets were dirty and the roller bed was broken .. my family wasn’t to happy with the rooom

The apartament is old, almost everything is broken, poor lights, poor communications with the people who manage it. I could have stayed at a nice hotel for that money.
When I complained to Expedia, I spent hours on the phone for nothing. No solution at all eventhoug I told them we had 2 children with us.
Expedia promised a coupon as a reward for staying at such place and never contactaed me again.
Contacting Expedia is almost impossible and getting answers even worse. Case Nr.93650405
I hope someday I can get someone to respond to my claims,,,

The only good thing about the property was its access to the beach. The building its self is very run down. There was some exterior damage that was visible and a lot of patches as well. The condo we stayed in was outdated and the cabinets by the fridge where broken. The restroom was very small and the walk in closet smelled like mildew.

The location was great, but the room was in terrible living conditions. My bed smelled of fresh urine. I called the property to request new sheets and they never arrived! I had to waste 3 hours of my vacation time tracking down cash, then quarters and laundry detergent to wash the sheets. I literally called daily for three days to request fresh linens and never received them. The property said they would give me 15 % off my first nights stay to compensate me, but I never received the refund till date. I also had to flip the mattress over to alleviate the urine smell and upon doing so discoverer a heap of dirt and debris underneath the mattress. Our water was also turned off for half a day due to building maintenance. This was not the relaxing beach vacation I had hoped for.

The room was terrible when we got there it wasn’t even cleaned or bedding nothing it was dirty !! It was horrible to try to contact the room owner or whatever they are !! We waited 2 hrs for our room to even get in our room the front desk doesn’t have a clue about anything they offered a 10% discount for our first night since we had to wait (pathetic) our refrigerator didn’t work only the freezer .. if you want extra towels you have to pay ( thank god I bring my own )I wouldn’t recommend staying here ever !! I like that it wasnt too far from anything we needed or wanted to go.... I like the beach was right out the back door and they also have a nice pool...... I dislike the service i recieve, first day we got there things where missing out the room i reported them like the iron didnt work one of the bed was missing the sheets and there were no towels we went to walmart and got these things because we needed them...but they didnt knw we went the buy them and still didnt bring us anything our whole stay even tho i was reminding them each day

I wanted the room with a balcony and full view of beach, instead no balcony with minor view. The valet on Tuesday stole phone. We just came from the store grabbed the bags, but forgot my phone, they parked the car and when I came back to get it it was gone. Very disappointed in the response from the Valets working on Tuesday 20th of April between 2-3 pm. I know they took it because it was in the middle by the shifter and when I returned...it was gone. I paid $85 for parking and I now have to pay for a new phone.
THEY ALL LIED.

Also I had to pay $35 to get code to room...I thought that was in the cost of renting.

When first checking in you get a passcode for your door. The owner made it seem as if I didn’t have a reservation then she found me. Milly was really nice she helped get us checked in. I think the hotel is the perfect location for the beach. The beach was beautiful. You can walk right out and the beach is right there. The pool was awesome as well that was the best part of the hotel. Not a lot of amenities and not a lot of help from staff though. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. They do give you dishes and pots pans to cook but I would sanitize everything and re clean. If you’re not looking to spend much time in room and want to be close to the beach this is a good place. The signal also is horrible the WiFi does not work only in the lobby and by the pool. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. But I did make the best of it when I was there.

It was a 1 star hotel. The paint was peeling off the walls, holes in the closet door, dirty frying pans in the cabinet. The room is very small. The shower took about 15 minutes to bring in the hot water and the dial was opposite, all the way cold was actually hot. The floor is tile so after spending some time in the sand you come into the room and bring all the sand with you and then into the bed. There’s needs to be an area rug where you can brush your feet off. We would not stay here again.

Don’t stay in room 905 or 741

Worst stay ever the property is condos apartment that owns by different owners some apartments are nice some old and outdated, the one we stayed was old not very clean the floor was broken the table was old and shaking the double bad mattress was this like toddler bed and the pillows was small and soft. The worst thing that I tried to contact the manager and he never replied back. They charge me $190 a night for a room that doesn’t worth $50. Obviously the owner doesn’t care for customer service or comfort of the guest. The few apartments he owns in that building needs serious renovation. Oh did I mention that the handle of the shower was wiggling and the toilet was broken 😡 do t go there but if you really want to go make sure you don’t stay in room 905 or 741.
Shame on you owner of the property!!!!

Disliked having our room dripping water from the ceiling, the broken ceramic tiles on the floor, buying our own toilet and lack of customer service from the management company.

There was no TV service, WiFi was spotty at best, very little to no cell phone service, Unit had nothing to cook with. Pans, but no spatulas spoons, etc.
Nowhere to eat or drink.
Private pool was decent except the chairs were all bolted down 6ft apart

We found underwear in our shower, stains and dry crud on comforter. We had to call the owner of room and she replaced comforter the next day. Bobby pins in our sheets. The place smelled like weed. People we’re hanging out there windows smoking. Front desk was no help with problems in the room. I hated going down to lobby because staff would stare at you and not say hi. Extra charge for toilet paper. We ran out and had to use napkins. The lobby was a hangout for people because the WiFi was terrible. No bar or restaurant. I would not recommend.

Very disappointing. Location is convenient however service is awful. If you have an issue you must find your way because the contact person will reply two days later or not answer at all. For same price you can find more convenient options around. The building needs to be renovated and some apartments too. Wifi does not work properly anytime. On top at covid-19a times, there is no respect about mask usage in common areas and limitation at elevators passengers. And last but no least cleaning is not a priority. I do not recommend TSBS at all.

The good: good location, gas station with 7 eleven across the Street and other stores less than 5 min walk, great ocean view, big pool, building is ON the beach (direct access), valet parking.
Could improve: comunication before arrival, since the building staff does not know anything about reservations (residential building), outdated furniture, problems with ac (water leaking) that couldn’t be fixed during stay, small tv.

I love the location and the suite with ocean view. It was a little space with everything you need. The only complaint is it wasn’t enough toilet paper for 9 days but that’s ok we bought some.Everything else was perfect

Towel are very old...could have better ones for what they charged.
They refused to give us towels to go to the beach😒...not happy about that.

Place I originally rented was never given to me, I got a different unit that needs a good cleaning, bathroom shower knob not working properly, tv did not work during my entire stay had to plug and unplug cord to turn on tv clicker is broken and Internet was awful, tv internet only worked last day

Reception and valet employees are very friendly and that’s what made my stay at this hotel more tolerable. The hotel itself however looks pretty run down and the rooms are very filthy. Towels have stains, sheets have stains, walls are stained. Stove and fridge have food reside all over. I would have gladly payed more money for another hotel then through suffer through this next time. Don’t stay here unlesl you don’t mind disgusting rooms.

Mold on ceilings and completely filthy.

We checked out of this hotel within 10 minutes of checking in. This place is beyond disgusting the entire building should be demolished and hotels.com should be ashamed to post this hotel on their website. We left and demanded a refund as there was mold on the ceiling and cabinets and dust all over the place. Do not stay here.
