Pros: Hotel room is clean, great location, beach is just behind the hotel.

Cons: I had high expectation from this resort as it is a “Hilton” hotel. Customer service was mid. I asked for extra duvet/comforter since the blanket we had was really thin. It wasn’t given to us until the next day after we asked the third time.

Horrible experience. Room had no water pressure and was only fixated to hot. Room service did not come and clean the room at all. We also informed the hotel that we had to check out one night early due to a blizzard and was told that it had been approved by the hotel to later be told that they declined our refund.

The hotel was extremely loud at all times. Between construction and the rooftop party next door from sun up to sun down it was a lot! The reservation was for 3 yet there was only sets of 2 for everything. The sofa bed had no linens on it or in the cabinet. And I never received a final receipt.

The toilet didn’t work properly, took awhile for the water to get hot, the shower head was pulled away from the wall and the sink didn’t drain properly.

Also don’t appreciate having to pay for parking when residing at the hotel.

The view was not obstructed, the windows were dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful with the exception of the Night Manager. The restaurant and bar were nice the staff was engaging. Esthetics could be improved upon (i.e. powerwashing exterior, better landscaping)

I did not feel that the overall experience justified the price. The valet service appeared to be understaffed, and retrieving our vehicle often took 30 minutes or more. Housekeeping consistently failed to provide an adequate number of towels, requiring daily requests for additional ones. Additionally, housekeeping service was typically performed late in the afternoon or early evening, which was inconvenient as we were preparing for dinner; morning service would have been more appropriate and in line with standard hotel practices.

We also experienced shortages of basic amenities, including toilet paper and conditioner, which were not replenished as expected. At the restaurant, breakfast was advertised with a menu, but upon arrival we were informed that only a buffet was available and that ordering from the menu was not permitted.

While the upper deck pool itself was enjoyable, ongoing construction noise from a neighboring property detracted from the experience. The lower deck pool had a pleasant temperature; however, there were insufficient chairs available, and the whirlpool was not heated.

Although the hotel’s proximity to the beach was excellent and the primary reason for our selection, the hotel overall did not meet expectations.

They didn’t clean the room. They wouldn’t give us an extra pillow for the pullout coach. Regular double beds only had 3 pillows instead of 4 as they usually do. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great. The elevator was very slow. The location is good and the pool and beach are nice. Other than that, don’t expect much more.

The beachview was super,my room bathroom door was pilling water to the ground floor forcing me to use sandles while visiting the bathroom,2 days my bedroom bed sheets and towels were not changed even after reporting in the reception my bulcony was not clean too.
Some staff at the reception are not welcoming,some how like ignorant ,moreso not explaining the procedures,ie checking in time, i was kept in reception from 9am to 4,30pm to check in my room.staff at the restaurant are discrimitive too,how do you tell a customer to go warm his/her tea in the reception area because they dont have microwave in the kitchen ,while another picks the same tea and warms the tea in the same kitchen in minutes,that was the worst experience.i hope and trust my views will be considered as a customer,thanks

The room was a little worn. Beds was OK. The restaurant staff seemed to not be too happy about their jobs and there was hard to find some happy smiles. Same in reception. Tipping did not make smiles too.The valet outside did also not really bother to push the door button even we had two kids and 4 suitcases + handluggage. This is not a 4 star hotel but more like a 3 star hotel.

The restaurant area was alright. The balcony was a balcony with a couple chairs. Nothing else. Was very sterile and \"factory-like\". The breakfast menu was ok and the food was very good. We were happy with the food quality.

Buyer Beware. While the hotel was lovely, we were unable to use the premium balcony we paid for due to long-term construction on the neighboring building facade. We had to keep our balcony door closed and the fan on to drown out the non-stop jackhammering. The hotel offered a refund on our resort fee as compensation, though it wasn't enough. The hotel is beautiful, though, and there are two pools and direct beach access. The staff was great, especially our housekeeper. The valet was quick (There is no nearby public lot). We recommend Sazon Cuban for great food in an incredible atmosphere and George's Italian for lobster ravioli, both less than a five minute drive. There's also a nearby Publix grocery store with plenty of parking. When the construction is over, we will likely try again.

Currently, they are doing construction right next to the building. They don’t work on the building all day long, but they do work on the building during the day, which is a little annoying. BUT, the rooms are clean, the staff is super nice, and the food is really good. They are all very attentive to the needs of their guests and I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk wasn’t friendly or helpful, just felt like they had an attitude as if I’m a bother, instead of a valued customer they want to have back.
But the other staff like the coffee service, restaurant server, beach server, and the valet was friendly. Otherwise the property was nice and clean, we loved the beach area the most. The rooms were small but neat.

1.I waited over two hours to receive a room, even though I arrived at the scheduled check-in time.
2.When I finally received a room, the toilet overflowed and flooded the entire bathroom/floor, making the room unusable.
3.I was then placed in a handicapped-accessible room, which I did not book and was not suitable for my needs.
4.I was promised I would be moved into the correct room at 2:30 PM, but this did not happen.
5.I was not moved into the room I originally paid for until late at night, far beyond what was promised.

Food quality at the restaurant was outstanding. It did not taste like a typical hotel restaurant. Wait staff attention was a bit lacking and a number of items as simple as water were not received. It was annoying but the quality of the items we ate somewhat outweighed that.

The hotel ran out of soap for the shower and a couple hours later after a second request, they brought up hand soap bars. Again, annoying and surprising for a Hilton property, but overall it was an enjoyable stay at the property.

The property overall was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The room was in good condition, on arrival however one of the bath towels was dirty and still on the shelves. The 'complimentary' shower gel an body lotion was empty, although we asked the cleaner and front desk for some it never arrived. The same with toilet troll which we ended up getting ourselves.

We stayed in a room that faced the ocean. Having a patio in your hotel room, made the room more spacious and also gave a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the sunset. The only big hiccup that I had at this hotel was the housekeeping did not come regularly like most hotels as well as supplying, clean towels, and toilet tissue. We had to contact the front desk, multiple times to get clean towels and toilet tissue. The water temperature wasn’t that hot at times it was lukewarm. Outside of those factors the hotel was in a good location as well as the amenities that were supplied and how convenient it was to get to everything. Please be aware there will be $100 per night hold on your card for each night that you stay. You have access to a free trolley that’s located right outside of the hotel entrance.

Valet loss keys to our rental. Hilton staff security kicked my son and I out of their gym facility. I will say that with every hiccup the staff tried their hardest to recover. FYI the reason we were kicked out of the gym is because my son could not be in the facility without and adult. Please note I said we were kicked out. I was with my son.

This hotel was just okay ..
The beach was nice & close.
The room was a bit dirty.
The front desk staff didn’t go over any policy’s or charges, had to reach out to get a receipt. Still have not heard back.
Breakfast was trash and overpriced, staff could care less more so attending to other staff than actual customers.

my only complaints are:
35.00 per day resort fee..
beach comes with 2 beach chairs. if you want an umbrella.. its 30 bucks. thing is that the umbrellas are already there and ready to go. essentially its 30 bucks for the staff to open the umbrella for you. seriously
parking at 52 bucks a day plus tax is stupid to. parking in Miami is terrible, seems like they take advantage of that.

as far as expedia is concerned, the resort fees and parking and all of the other stuff can be added to the price ahead of time

I think a lot of things in general in the hotel need to be addressed. Rusty looking things. Exposed wires. Just make it more visually better all around. People pay for the name and it should look the part. Hot water shouldn’t run out as well

Hard to believe this was a Hilton. Staff was neither attentive nor nice. While our room was clean and spacious, the bathroom provided basic amenities. Moreover, we only had hot water on one day (and it was at night time and not in the morning). The pool and beach area was their saving grace.
