Miami International Airport is 20 minutes away. Each apartment is fully furnished with all the comforts of home, including linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

My stay at Monte Carlo was extremely disappointing. The rooms were very small, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything felt old and neglected, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start.

The reception staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, offering no real assistance when issues came up. To make matters worse, the dryer machine was broken, adding even more frustration to an already unpleasant stay.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet even basic expectations.

Staff (Hispanic) were unfriendly, dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service was poor. For every query or support they keep connecting to billing department who could not help and didnot respond in timely fashion unless repeated reminder. Utilities provided were not good quality, example cutlery was cheap, toiletries were poor quality, comforter was clumpy. Cabinets were stained. View was nice but over all Not worth the money.

Beautiful spacious Clean very nice rooms however there are no amenities in the suite..the only thing nice are the rooms but there’s no game room fitness center eating area or anything else besides a beach and a pool..there are a lot of restaurants to visit as you walk down Collins ave there’s a great shakes and burger spot down Collins ave.great burgers and shakes..this isn’t south beach this is Miami Beach south beach is a 15-20 min drive and the parking there’s runs around $25-30

Valet parking was convenient but cost to park was very high, in addition to paying for our room plus added resort fee costs. Miami Beach is a huge tourist trap and it’s starting to become too expensive to do anything there. Watch out for service charges added to your restaurant bill.

Even bed sheets were not clean

The place was not clean, although it had an amazing view. The receptionist told me they just allowed to go in for cleaning after we leave and as long as we are there they won't come in. He told me the property has laundry and we can wash towels and sheets. I washed the sheets, but the washer was too small for blanket. I just folded it and didn't use it. The bath tub may have black mold by the fastener ( I did not tested it ). There was a towel from previous wash in the washer.>>> We got sick. and two days after our return we couldn't go to work.I won't book another trip there.

Stayed here for a last minute babymoon with my husband. Very nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little out dated but still very nice. We had a beautiful ocean view over the pool. Really liked the fact that valet was included in our stay because parking anywhere is Miami can be pricey. Family friendly hotel. Only wish they had some vending machines on site or a restaurant to conveniently eat.

I read so many bad reviews of this hotel. Our room was on the 16th floor. It has great view of the sea. It was easily accessible to the beach that was excellent. But I was misled because it was advertised as hotel but not actually hotel. It was apartment lease place. No dining at all. So we have to go out and eat something. That was the difficult part of the trip otherwise pool was excellent and beach was excellent. Room view and space is awesome.

El hotel muy bueno excelente el personal completo de los trabajadores.
Ojo: pierden en la limpieza de los alrededores… piscinas ambas muy pero muy sucias y pasillos y patios de la misma tambien. Si mantienen mejor limpieza en las piscinas todo es un 10 👌

I was in this facility for 1 week, after the 2nd day I want bedbugs and dirty in the bedroom, the hotel staff sent a housekeeper to change the sheets, and roaches in the bathroom.I never get a email from the administrator staff to change me to another room or any monetary compensation. I have been textung, email, ans calling them with negative results.
They charged me for the parking.
Definitely I will no recomended.

Loved that the unit had laundry and fridge for left overs. Loved that we had two pools to choose from. Everyone in the building was nice and quiet. I would have liked to have had a table a lot the balcony. We only had chairs. We would have loved to have had more shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We didn’t bring any thinking they had plenty and we only had 3 little bottles for a family of 5. Overall it was very good stay. Definitely coming back!

Could do much better sharing important info

Valet parking was not free and had time stipulations. Balcony door would not open and staff never came to fix. Had to pay extra costs to hold our luggage while waiting to check-in. Unable to use umbrella/cabanas the first day because service ended at 5pm. Although we arrived to property early, our room was not ready until 4pm and then we had to wait in line again behind numerous check-in customers and it was nearly 5pm by that time. Complete information was not shared in advance. You'll be charged for lost room key and the wristbands to use the pool/be a guest - and they don't adjust once you put them on they're stuck on you and you'll be charged to have them removed and request another. Woman at check-in was very friendly to those speaking Spanish, but was very short/rude to myself and my guest. We did not speak Spanish. Most staff had difficulty understanding English or answering questions so it was a challenge to find the basic information we were inquiring about.

This was a fantastic room and view! Situated in a great location on North Beach in Miami, close to stores, restaurants, and Publix. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, which was nice. The pool and amenities were fantastic and front desk was more than helpful when we arrived early for checkin. We were provided a key to use the amenities while we waited for our check in time. The beach was very nice, not overcrowded, and there were plenty of complimentary chairs with umbrellas set up for use. The property is well maintained, the hallways and rooms smell fantastic like a spa retreat. Overall, this was a nice, tranquil stay, thar completely met our family's needs! My only complaint is that the jacuzzi did not get very hot, just warm. But, this was jot a dealbreaker for me. We will definitely consider this property to stay in the future again.

While the property was great, my BED was super hard and my sleep was rough. Also my rental car was heavily damaged from the valet and I wasn’t even told about it. On top of terrible customer service by “Sean Xavier”, where I’m being charged before I even check in. I hadn’t seen the property or landed safely. I was being threatened with my reservation being cancelled. The property, the views, the hospitality is amazing, but the people, the HARD BED I slept in and the communication is terrible.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The valet parking was so nice and we loved being able to come and go and know our vehicle was safe and sound. The service was fabulous all around and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
The room was nice a spacious with an amazing view of the pool and ocean, such pretty sunrises and sunsets every day! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy our meals and chill time throughout the day and have easy access to the pool and beach.
The pools were all very clean and in good condition, the water was warm and perfect even on windy days.
The beach area was the best on that whole stretch we felt like, very minimal wakes and such clean soft sand made for easy swimming and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus.
There were quite a few really great dining options within walking distance along with shops, groceries and a Walgreens for whatever you might need.
Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Home

The view was amazing. We were right on the beach with a beautiful large balcony. Unfortunately, the weather played a cruel trick and I was only able to sit on the balcony the first day and the morning I left. The apartment was spacious and clean, the complex had great amenities including two pool. The complex was in easy walking distance to eateries and a couple of stores. I was in for a conference in south beach which was an easy inexpensive uber ride away. I definitely was to return when it's warmer!!

Emails prior to visit went unanswered, phone calls not returned, had to call emergency number to add parking which was included my last 4 stays but had to pay separately with this vendor, unit repairs required: kitchen cabinet doors, bathroom faucet, toaster and the sofa bed was awful. Had to reach out to Hotels.com to replace shabby pillows and sheets with decent ones...overall a poorly managed property from someone in the business

Safe did not work, balcony sliding doors did not lock, we had to carry all valuables with us all the time, communication was hard, no one answers phones, we had to send emails and wait for them to respond. In the building there was no cell reception, plus wifi password that was provided did not work. Beach was nice. There were restaurants and stores near by which was convenient.

So this was our first time to Miami and the Churchill Suites Monte Carlo did not disappoint. The apartment was homey and clean and provided us with all the needed ammenities while we were visiting. The view was spectacular-for early mornings, watching the sunrise and the evening time with the sunset. We will gladly book here again when we return. Love it! Breathtaking views!

I would rate this place 5 stars if I was traveling only us a couple, but we are family of for, so we needed the sofa bed and I am telling you, it’s horrible!
Other than that I really enjoyed this place so much! Checking-in was easy lobby always smelling good and have fresh water for the guests, and coffee every morning , valet parking was a plus (price included in the resort fee) we had everything that we needed! This place got my attention because is Beach Front, gorgeous pools (5th floor pool have breathtaking view!) beach chairs and umbrellas all inclusive! Most hotels in Miami even paying resort fees you still have to pay for parking and beach umbrellas! Our “partial ocean view was gorgeous! Our unit was clean (but the sheets was a little old but clean.) If you have kids they are going to love the playground very close to this hotel!
This place got my heart! Just please change the sofa bed! I am not alone complaining about that!

Great place to stay as a family or group of friends. Staff was very kind and attentive and good personality. It was my first time at monte carlo, i loved that the beach was right there the pool's where never over crowded. we had local restaurants, grocery stores n walgreens around the corner. Besides there gym needing some new machine's like the treadmills to be updated. We loved everything else About our stay we will definitely be back.
