You cannot park here; assume they don't have parking! The little bit of parking they do have is essentially nonfunctional. God help you if you try to park anything bigger than a smart car. Everything else was just fine nothing stood out as good or bad, location is probably the highpoint.

Visiting from Cali, and I would not stay here again, look at the surrounding resorts instead I wish I did. Parking was terrible, we had a BMW and they gave us a compact spot next to construction. Complained multiple times about it and finally on the third night got a new spot. Kids were running throught the halls at all hours of the night our whole stay, the room bathroom had no fan or warm water (barely warm), and getting towels felt like a chore. Plus the room we had for ocean view was a joke. The ONLY two nice things was the CVS market right across the street and the beach was right behind the hotel. But still would not recommend.

While our room was spacious, AC super cold, our balcony absolutely was atrocious ..with no view though some rooms had better views.
Restaurant and bar only open for part of the hours advertised. A 24/7 CVS next door which was nice, several interesting individuals outside.
Security roamed inside which was nice. Definitely wasn’t worth the cost, and my biggest complaint is..the rock hard beds we had in our room. Unfortunately though we may of just came during World Cup pricing , which I didn’t intend to do.
Pool area was decent, clean and kids enjoyed it.
Bar staff was nice, and check in was easy.

Algo que sí me gustó fue que limpiaron la habitación todos los días y mantuvieron el cuarto ordenado durante toda nuestra estancia.Sin embargo, considero que la calidad del hotel es regular para el precio que se paga. Lo peor de nuestra experiencia fueron las alarmas de incendio: sonaron durante dos días diferentes y el segundo día se activaron varias veces, especialmente durante la noche, lo que nos dificultó descansar y dormir bien.En general, fue una estancia aceptable, pero creo que el hotel necesita mejorar algunos aspectos para que la experiencia esté más acorde con el precio.

The pool is vary small , smelt like weed, people ran threw the halls all night , unattractive stuff, you have to pay for parking that is not attached to the building, we did not get a ocean view even tho we pad extra, there were roaches around the building. Would not stat her again dont waste the money.

Old property. Water was shut off during our stay (6 day family stay) for part of the day and ongoing work in lobby restroom related to plumbing (water leaking out on floor in front of restroom).
Housekeeping left vacuum cleaner in the hallway overnight which just seemed odd. When I asked a basic question of front desk staff, they either were not fluent in English or had to find other staff to get an answer (seemed new or inexperienced).
Hotel was ~ $200 per night plus $45 for onsite parking (parking space was not available on our 1st night's stay).
The positives: on the beach, included beach loungers with umbrella, included morning coffee in lobby.
Great customer service in South Florida seems lacking and this hotel seems pretty much in line with that.
Stayed here a few times in the past but think I'm moving on next time I'm in Miami Beach.

Rooms were cleaned daily. I booked and paid for 2 beach view rooms a month prior to our arrival: we did not get beach view rooms. Our room keys continously stop working. Janet @ the front desk was very nice and so was the tour concierge.
The location is great and we felt safe.

The staff was rude, during check in she was talking on the phone with her air pods in and giving minimal information.
Towels were NEVER available, they had us come back 3 separate times to ask for towels and kept telling us to come back in 30 min, we eventually just bought towels across the street. The hotel smells like MOLD… the ac blows cold STINKY air… it was just not a good experience for us.

I like it because it was with beach view, room was great and very clean, andstaff very attentive. I have ammeneties that were really cool like have beach chairs and umbrella. I really like it and recommend it. Last thing but not least important, the resort charges 45 dollars per day for parking. Something that the resort should provide.

Once they found me in the system check in was smooth. I had an amazing view oceanfront with balcony. I would have liked a microwave in the room for my hot tea, especially after traveling so long, getting in late. The restaurant only serves breakfast. I would have liked to of ordered room service. I was upset that my beach chair and umbrella was taken away at 5:30 the next day. I had a six hour tour and wanted to then relax on the beach. The attendant pack up very loudly too. My stay was good for the short time there.

This was undoubtedly the worst. Best Western I've ever stayed in. The view was horrible. We looked out a rooftop. Couldn't Harley even see the ocean unless we hung out over the balcony. A serious tripping hazard going out into the balcony. Can't even believe that it would have passed code. Mold and mildew all over the bathrooms. They wouldn't trade us rooms after we checked in saying that they couldn't guarantee a suite which we had. See photos.

They ran out of bath towels and the front desk people barely spoke English. They had a group of 150 girls show up for check in at the same time and obviously couldn’t handle the volume because it inconvenienced all their other guest. Staff were rude. Pool area was not maintained well. Beach towels looked like they were from Walmart. The walls are also paper thin.

The hotel overall was really nice and clean. The staff were very helpful as well. The breakfast was hot and delicious…. Serving sizes exceeded what I was expecting. The restaurant and bar food were good as well. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The only thing I would say that was a concern was the hallways and elevators. They should be deep cleaned because they were a bit smelly like it needed to be replaced. Parking was iffy but parking garage not far from building, $25 a day I think. Perfect area for kids and family… not too busy on this end of the street.

This hotel overcharges for the quality they provide. The entire hotel is humid and muggy upon entry. The staff barely spoke English. My room stayed on 76 despite the air being on 65 and they claim all the rooms felt like that because it’s hot outside. The halls smell of urine and mold. The pool is filthy. The beds are firm. Only plus is some of the views from the oceanfront rooms. Breakfast not worth it either. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There was a leakage in our room and dirty water was all over the walls and carpet. They wanted us to wait 6 hours for a new room and then their AC went out in the whole hotel.
Thankfully we were able to get a refund but it was honestly a pretty bad experience

Great hotel that is cheap and has a perfect location for the few days we stayed there prior to the cruise. I would recommend this place as an inexpensive hotel close to the beach and restaurants, prior to heading to the Port on a cruise. We will be staying there again for our next cruise!

When I arrived on Saturday evening, there was no parking available at the hotel. The staff told me to park in a garage, but since we were new to the area, it was very difficult to find. On top of that, they charged me $75 for parking for only one night.
At check-in, the room I received was not the room I booked. I paid for an ocean view room, but instead I was given a partial parking lot view. When I tried to explain the issue, the staff spoke very harshly and unprofessionally. I asked to speak with a manager, but they only gave me a business card and told me to send an email.
Later that night, the air conditioning stopped working and the room became extremely hot. The next morning, I found out the entire hotel AC system was down. Even the breakfast and restaurant area were very hot. I explained that I am diabetic and was not feeling well because of the heat, but the receptionist simply told me they did not know when the AC would be fixed and suggested I check out.
I stayed only one night. My Expedia booking showed the room was around $215 + resort charge 30$ + resort fee tax 4.20$ but they charged me almost $409.85 and could not properly explain the extra charges. I still have not received my refund because Expedia has been unable to contact the hotel manager. This situation feels very unprofessional and suspicious.
Very rude staff, poor management, and a horrible overall experience.

Through Expedia, it stated that we were going to have a microwave we did not. The air conditioning went off for one night and in Florida weather that was horrific. There were fruit flies all in our room, but we didn’t have any food in our room. The carpet was dirty. The rooms were poorly kept and the walls in the rooms were not painted. They didn’t have any face towels. But the food was good. The Wagyu burger was really great. Overall stay, I give them a fair but I will not be returning to that hotel. Also, there is not parking at least not free. You have to pay $45 a night if you are able to get into the parking which is not guaranteed. We had to park on the street.

First the good. Close to the beach. Chairs and towels included. Room had a good view and a balcony. They upgraded us since we paid for early check in and the room was not ready at the early check in time. The not as good was the water pressure was awful. The hot water was hit and miss. The a/c had some trouble cooling the room. The room itself could use upgrading. Overall not a bad place to stay for a quick weekend getaway.

La descripción decía “Ocean View”, lo cual razonablemente da a entender una vista directa al océano, no a otro hotel. La realidad es que lo que queda frente a la habitación es otro edificio, no el mar, por lo que la publicidad resulta engañosa y no coincide con la expectativa creada al momento de reservar.

Balcony doors need some maintenance... They were hard to open and hurt my foot. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Carpets need upgrade or change materials as it holds a strong smell. Also, AC unit needs maintenance. Lowered the temperature, but it wasn't enough to keep the room cold.

So this was our 2nd time staying here. First, the staff is outstanding. They will do anything to make sure your stay is fantastic :) We love the fact that beach chairs and umbrellas do not cost extra like they do at every other hotel. Also, we love the location. Mid-beach is quieter. There is a CVS right across the street with just about everything you need....and normal CVS pricing. If you are looking for a high-end resort then this is not it. If you are wanting a friendly, clean hotel with everything you need, then this is your place. We stayed in a suite which was nice and ridiculously affordable. I will stay here again......

Great location. We got lucky and got a parking space that was behind the hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful. They also offered a late check out, which we took advantage of because we had a late flight, however, we were disturbed twice with a door knock asking us when we were checking out even though we paid for a late check out. The hotel needs to keep up with who paid for late check out and aviod disturbance.

I would not recommend staying at this place. It's very rundown. The pool is disgusting. There is no security. There is no one there to help. It's speed up and rundown When we got to the front desk, it was supposed to be for three nights at one fixed price and then they charged my card $1000 And said it was for parking to use the pool and everything else you couldn't use the pool it's disgusting The balconies were full of bird poop. No one has cleaned them, and there was broken chairs.

Hotel was clean but outdated, and the room had a musty smell maybe from the AC. We liked the close access to the beach which included two beach chairs & an umbrella at no extra cost. They do offer a breakfast/ lunch buffet but I found it costly. For the price of one night I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels.

Had the double bed room with ocean view. The view was amazing, ocean to the left and city skyline to the right. Property needs some updates but they were actively working on them- as example during our stay new lamppost on the walk down deck to the ocean were installed and the gate door to the ocean was fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
