It did have a view but the room was dirty the air conditioning was making a loud banging.Noise so we had to turn it off while we were sleeping, which was hot.The toilet seat was loose and fell off of the toilet.There were sand all over the floor and hair in the bathroom sink

It was clean. Very outdated, no microwave in the room only in the basement which was a bit creepy, the laundry room is also there. We spent close to $200 on the breakfast buffet and it’s literally like the free breakfasts they give at other hotels. Pool was small and outdated. I love the chill area behind the pool with games.

2nd bathroom sink was leaking very badly. Took 3 visits over 2 days to fix. The pullout couch was broken and my disabled veteran husband pulled his back out more trying to pull out the sofa. We tried calling front desk and no one picks up or is visible downstairs like after 10pm. We slept on the sofa broken and then 3rd night after trying to fix it for over an hr, called customer service and they couldn’t reach front desk either. After 1am my husband went literally searching for a staff and found someone sleeping in the back room with no shoes on. Their resort fee covers beach towels and chairs but of the 3 days we were only able to use them once because either not available or no one there to give them. Very limited parking and no one really speaks much English. Not a place I’d come back too because their hotel is very run down and not taken care of. Homeless woman sitting outside hotel on the bench asking for money, fridge in room leaking and not closing. Lots of traffic at intersection and people driving rudely and honking horns all the time even into the night. Lots of police and sirens all the time.

This hotel was basic and average. The rooms need updating. My air conditioning unit had a terrible mildew odor that I could not get rid of, even after purchasing air fresheners for the room. The carpet in the hallway outside my room was a tripping hazard as it was loose and made it tough to even roll my suitcase down the hall.
The staff didn’t really seem to care when guests had questions or needed assistance- when I asked about the operating hours of the bar and restaurant, for example, the desk clerk had no idea when they were open and told me I could “go out to the pool area and check” if I really wanted to know.
I paid for a room upgrade to the ocean front view, but was instead given a room looking at the hotel next door and the rooftop of the lobby. I had to keep my balcony door close so that the crows, pigeons and seagulls didn’t get into my room.
Parking was ridiculously expensive and off property. Glad I didn’t have a disability as it was a couple of blocks away and the close spots were taken with the Sixt car rentals.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. There are too many other, better options in Miami Beach.

The most unwelcoming front desk staff I have ever experienced. No smile, no eye contact, rude behavior. Zero hospitality. Location is fantastic. Executive suite was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Both showers were broken and spewing water everywhere causing bathroom floors to be covered in water. Toilets were broken. Very clear that the owner of this hotel has no pride in quality and only cares about volume of customers.

No ocean room , room was very clean and also the hotel. Staff wasn’t very helpful and some rude. The workers in the restaurant were extremely nice. Asked about the free breakfast and front desk just said no with no explaining. Also would not add our points for the 50.00 gift card, other then the staff at front desk the hotel was in a perfect location and very clean. Tried to ask two people a question and neither spoke any English.

The beach access was very nice and the pool area was ok. However, the staff came across very unfriendly. When we walked up to check in, the lady was more annoyed we interrupted her from her phone and anytime we asked a question, they all came acrossed annoyed. We are pretty easy going and dont expect a lot, but a smile or friendly hello would have gone a long way.

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food and service were excellent.
The concierge was very helpful in helping us book a bus trip to key west, how to use the trolly and also get a cab to the airport.
Our room was perfect, the view was incredible and we loved everything about it.

One of the worst property to stay. Only good thing was the oceanfront view from our rooms.
The staff was unfriendly. the check-in process took like 'forever', they were highly understaffed. We waited for almost 1.5-2 hrs to get to our rooms.
The entrance to the property is one of the tacky and easily missable one. There is no valet on property and the limited parking 'hidden' feature had us spend extra 150$ just on parking.
The pool was unclean as well. Overall I would not suggest this property to anyone and I will myself never go here

Initial room was wrong (2 double beds) and at first they were not going to change it to correct room (king) - had to insist. Couldn’t tell on beach what chairs and umbrellas were for best western. Toilet seat was broken. Parking was an issue - your garage was supposedly full but we can’t reserve parking when room is booked Had to park down street two blocs which was more expensive and couldn’t take car in and out freely.

Room was on a balcony over the main lobby. This made it very noisy.
Rooms were tiny. I literally couldn’t sit on the toilet and I’m not a fatty. Just a tall guy.
Breakfast buffet was very expensive for what it was.
This is a two star hotel in a four star location on the beach.

Rooms are outdated, no beach towels were provided, was told they ran out of clean towels. Beach chairs were old dirty and many of them broken. amenities such as the pool area were not exactly they same as photos shown online.

Hotel was short staff and it had an awful smell with over scented cleaning products that had a strong chemical smell. Would not recommend or ever stay here.

They constantly ran out of beach towels and simply redirected you to the pool or beach. Additionally, when they collected the dirty towels from the bathroom, they didn't replace them with clean ones. Often, we had to wait over 30 minutes for fresh towels. The entrance doors were always open, and swiping our card wasn't necessary, which I believe is a safety issue. I won't be going back.

The corner room had spectacular views in front of the ocean with a huge balcony. The bed was hard and you can feel the edge around the mattress. The parking is $48 per day but you can park a couple of blocks at a public parking for $12 per day. The bathroom by the pool is not very clean and the toilet paper ran out in the afternoon. I brought a roll from my room when I went later on and left it so other people could use it.
Unfortunately, We booked and paid for an executive suite but I ended up in an ocean view room with no microwave no living room. When we tried to check in we were asked how many and we said 2 but apparently the executive suite is for 6 people and they assumed I wouldn’t find out that they reassign us but did not get any credit or anything in exchange. I called after we got to the room and the explanation was that they were booked. It was my birthday and that’s Why I made the reservation in advance.

Tried to check in for a business trip at 11 am, but they couldn't have a room ready until 4 pm. No problem. The whole greeting felt very transactional, not warm or welcoming. It felt a bit like going to the DMV instead.

Handed the young lady my credit card, but she had trouble swiping my credit card and told me to give her another card. I said no that this expense had to go on my company card. She rolled her eyes at me and stared. I asked her to get a manager. She did and they keyed everything in without issue. Again - very transactional - bnot nice or apologetic. I chalked this up to a bd or hectic day on their part and let it go. It was a bit of a pain point, but not a big deal.

Finally got my room at 4 pm. Bottom floor, #104. This room was literally about 6 feet away from tables and the front lobby area where at night people laughed and talked very loudly. The room was nice enough, but... it felt like I was sleeping in a train station. Thankfully there is a CVS across the street so I went over there to buy some ear plugs.

For nearly $500 a night, I expected amazing service and and a great room. This room was ok, the view was of another building. IT was loud in the room, hard to here the TV over the lobby noice on one night, almost impossible to sleep until the lobby quieted down. Sadly, I paid more for the beach behind the hotel and didn't receive the \"Beach Resort, Nice Hotel\" expereince I thought I would. Live and learn...

The room was mouldy, the balcony was peeling off the paint, the flush didn’t work well! The shower didn’t have any water pressure. The staff were rude and didn’t offer any assistance!

The 2 things were great about this hotel were the location and the view from the ocean facing balcony!

The day we checked on January 28,2026, I reported to the front desk/guest services our room had a foul odor and my husband killed a cockroach in the bathroom and the bedding didn’t appear to be clean in addition to the Bathroom had rust and corrosion. The bedding was changed and bathroom was cleaned the following day. Also, on January 30 through February 3, 2026, our room had no heat and was told by maintenance staff when they checked our room thermostat on January 31st, the hotel rooms only had Air conditioning. In addition, the sliding glass door and windows to the balcony were wet with condensation in the inside due to cold weather. No heaters were available. Warmer bedding was not offered. When calling the front desk, guest services or housekeeping in the afternoon, evening, or night no one answers the phone. The room has dingy carpets and furniture, poor lighting.

I was really excited to stay here for a birthday getaway based on the positive reviews on Expedia, but unfortunately we had a terrible experience both nights of our stay.

When we arrived, there was someone outside our door screaming profanities. We tried multiple times to contact the front desk by phone and in person, but no one was available to help. This went on for about 30 minutes before the person eventually left.

We were also placed in an ADA-accessible room that we did not book. Because of the layout, we couldn’t use the shower without flooding the bathroom floor. On top of that, our room was located right next to the lobby, and we were kept awake throughout the night by people coming in and out and making noise.

When we asked to move to a different room, we were denied any assistance or offer to help make our stay more comfortable.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for a birthday trip. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The staff here is not helpful at all. There was no hot water on our room and their response was “we don’t have other rooms.” I called hotels.com to see if they could help and the front desk woman watched the phone ring instead of picking it up! The oceanfront rooms don’t mean that- they are ocean view only and might be blocked by a building (like ours was). The restaurant hours don’t matter either because they close when they want to. They closed more than a hour early every night we were there. The rooms are very rundown with damp carpet so just be prepared that you are paying for an awful experience by choosing this hotel.

Room cancelled due to not showing up at 4pm when on preregistration I stated I would be there at 6:30. Made a big deal they gave me a “much more expensive room for the same price” when in reality it only had a balcony that wasn’t used by us. The bathroom had green stuff on wall that looked like toothpaste maybe. Under sink was disgusting and looked to be mold. Staff was rude and talking about us right in front of us. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Elevators had spit in the corners. Hallway had a puddle of pee. Paid way too much for this kind of place.

If you are on a tight budget , this hotel is a good solution. Although be aware of extra hidden fees , such as resort fee that is not disclosed at the time of booking (additional $30 per day). Parking is $50 per night (although paid street parking is available , and it’s cheaper).
Hotel is old and worn out. Rooms were clean.
Property is ok, could be kept cleaner, overwhelming artificial scent of air freshener in the lobby, towels are very old and worn out.
Location is very good, right in the beach.

Overall, good budget option, but if you have a bit more money to spend, I’d upgrade to a more fresh option.

Stayed in a standard king. The sound proofing was not great and doors banged closed. The other con was the bathroom was tiny. But room was big enough. The hotel was clean and run efficiently. All interactions with the front desk were very positive. The best pro was you are right on the ocean walkway and the beach is right there! The resort fee covers 2 chairs, towels and umbrella. It was a good value at the time we stayed.

In the summer it's a very good hotel, but for the winter holidays I don't recommend it; they don't turn on the pool heater. You can't swim in the pool at the end of the year. I don't advise anyone to go at the end of the year. I called beforehand to confirm, but when I got there, they hadn't turned it on. They gave many excuses, saying it was broken, but I didn't see the pool heater, so don't go there at the end of the year.

Very little parking is available - we were lucky to get parking for our small rental. If you have anything larger than a small SUV or car, you will find it challenging to park. A large vehicle will not fit underneath in the parking garage and there are about 4 parking spots outside the parking garage available for vehicles of that size.

Have a hot continental breakfast available that you pay for. It is decent and includes customized omelettes and good variety.

Our room was dirty when we arrived -- literally could see hair in our shower and on the bathroom floor. Along with fuzz, hair and crumbs etc under the end table and around the baseboards. I took this to the front desk who brought this to housekeeping's attention promptly. Housekeeping came to our room very quickly with a dirty swiffer cloth, squirted cleaner on the floors, only pushing the hairs etc around. Alas, it was not any cleaner than when we arrived. We gave up mentioning this to the front desk. Ended up showering in our flip flops and didnt take shoes off while in the room.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely out (the ones attached to the wall) - asked front desk if we could get these refilled -- again, these bottles remained empty for the duration of our stay. Good thing there was shower gel at least.

Good location to the beach but other than that, an incredibly disappointing stay. At least we didnt have bed bugs.

The location was great, they also give you a wristband so you can get a beach chair and umbrella.

Unfortunately we had cockroaches in the toilet for the last 3 days of our stay. We tried to tell the cleaning lady that goes to the room but I guess she didn’t understand and just gave us towels. The kids keeps screaming the whole time they spot em and won’t even go inside the bathroom. Finally we killed it on our checkout day and left it there for them to see.

Besides that… I’m sure it would have been better.

The room was disgusting at best. If you need a handicap accessible room don’t book here. I think they remodeled the regular rooms but left the accessible rooms as is. The room was dirty, toilet seat was broken and the outlets looked like they had a fire or a fire was going to start if anything was plugged in. Room service if you can call them that left the room door wide open and made excuses as to why it was open. Never will stay here again!

The rooms looks clean but i dont think they clean the carpets that well. overall the stay was good , as it was beach front. One suggestion would be to provide hot water and coffee to guests.

Adding a toaster along with microwave will be helpfull these are small amenities can make a big difference when traveling with child.

On multiple days, No towels in bathroom even after room was cleaned. Calls to front desk and housekeeping went unanswered. Had to walk to front desk for towels on one occasion.

Some of the walls were a bit dirty but the room is mostly clean and a bit bigger than expect and we had a great ocean and city view and we were close to the beach.

Parking is very tight. $40 extra per day.
Beach access was nice but they never had towels we always had to walk back to the pool and get them.
Both rooms we had for the 4 nights were not up to par. Slider and room door were both damaged in one room. The other room coffee maker quit working. The housekeeper forgot towels in our rooms multiple times. Front desk lady was very rude to another guest trying to replace his room key. All and all this stay was below 1 star.
