Everything was wonderful except for the window treatments. The sun came blasting in at 6:30a. Please, put a better blind or even some form of curtain. I get it, you're trying to maintain that \"minimalist\" style, but don't forego the main reason your guests are staying there, i.e., a comfortable nights rest!

Pros:
Near shopping and restaurants which is a 15-18 mins walk.
Our room was available earlier than 3pm as we arrived at 1:20pm, room was ready in 20 mins.

Cons:
Bathroom does not reflect as the picture, needs upgrade and cleaning, faucet and shower are rusty.
Bed makes a lot of sound as you need to change sleeping position.
Bedrooms are not sound proof so it's hard to sleep as guests just bang on the rooms even after 10pm. You could hear next room guests talking, it was really terrible.
No single chair in the room to use for sitting..

The room was clean and large, the shower was clean and large (favorite part of the room). The front desk staff was courteous and I appreciated morning coffee and hot water for tea. However, my room was on the ground floor, a few feet away from the lobby and the noise from guests moving in and out of the lobby was loud enough to make it difficult to sleep. I could also hear sounds from the room beside and the one above. The bed was uncomfortable and there was no armchair to use as an alternative ( not that I should need to do that). Ok for the price and because I only stayed 2 nights, otherwise would have become exceedingly uncomfortable.

Just need a convenient place to sleep during Art week. Two shout blocks fro convention center exhibitions and nice Wal. To beach art agents and Miami Beach galleries and restaurants. Beach access like all other hotels in area, but didn’t use. Small office space in lobby convenient if you are traveling with work. Limited contact with staff (since everything was satisfactory) but always warm greeting on return to hotel. In room kitchenette if you like to have snacks in room, but too many good dining options for this to be a favor for me. Have stayed in several Miami and Miami Beach properties as various price points in a half dozen recent trips, and this is a good value.

Room was decent, but the beds were awful. They are very stiff and they sound like an air mattress every time you move. There was also a lot of light coming in from the street, it would have been great to have blackout curtains on the window.
The front desk staff was very nice, they stored our luggage while we walked to the beach, and were very courteous. The murals in the stairwells were beautiful and a fun touch.

We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was fine, but very basic. There weren’t enough seats for all 6 of us to sit and have drinks or eat together. The walls are paper thin. There are no lights in some of the bedrooms (very odd!). Towels were clean, but very old. The room seemed hollow and even our own voices were loud. It was a strange set up, but I guess we got what we paid for.

No parking at property; and pick up and drop off very limited a 3 spots. Hotel has one ice machine on first floor, but no ice buckets and only one very slow elevator. No pool or spa. Low flow toilets take a couple flushes. This is an older building that was renovated, nice rain drop showers. Priced accordingly and very conveniently located adjacent to Miami Convention Center for easy access especially on the humid Florida days.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and very informative of the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely be back the next time we cruise out of Miami.

Great for a group of friends!

Went with a group of friends for a small bachelorette party. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great (walking distance to the beach!). It was so fun to have a little apartment so we didn't have to have separate rooms and could get ready together. We did get one sound warning (whoops!) but they were kind and reasonable.

Great location. We were within walking distance to the Lincoln avenue and Espanola way which were pretty cool places to spend time with family. Travelling to South beach was also easy on the Miami City Trolley. We could park a block away which was good.
The room was pretty spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The beds were not very comfortable though.They were very springy and hard on the back

Whilst the staff at the Belleza are very kind and it's a very affordable hotel, we were surprised on how dirty some areas of the hotel and even rooms were. There was visible dirt on the floors, most fixtures showed signs of heavy wear and the doors were a pain to open and close. We were also surprised by how strange the layout of the room was. We had gotten a room with two private bedrooms. However, right next to where we were sleeping (and where our heads were located) there was a frosted glass door sized pane which was connected to the next room. This meant that when they had their light on next door our room was absolutely bright. There was also a vent that connected our room to theirs which meant that if you spoke at a low tone, you could easily hear each other. They also had no storage in their room and had to come into our room anytime they had to change. I do want to say though that the location is great, and the staff, again, are extremely caring. I also like that there was free towel service and that they offered affordable snacks and beverages at the front desk.

We reached out to the front desk the first day due to not having hot water. We paid over $1200 for three nights and had no hot water. Our room had an almost unbearable mold smell. Even our clothes smelled of the mold once we got home. The room had a bed that sounded like it was going to collapse upon the slightest movement. On a positive note it was clean and in a convenient location. After departing I got a message from Orbitz asking if we needed late checkout. We checked out at 4:20 am that day so I don’t know what that is all about other than I sent a message to the hotel about my experience and hours later it appears they reported we hadn’t checked out. I don’t recommend staying here!

Hotel Belleza was in a great location for us.
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and efficient.
We rented a 2 bedroom suite, which had amazingly comfortable beds but the wall between the two rooms was frosted glass and an open vent meaning I could still hear my friend snoring and whenever she turned her bedside lamp on it lit up my room like daylight.
A minor thing but worth noting. Brilliant in every other way.

The room was not at all what we saw in the pictures. This property and our room was extremely run down, knobs falling off the doors, very old and rusty furnishings.
