Loved the backyard area staff. The front desk staff was very helpful too. Right on the beach, very clean, loved the food/drinks service on the beach. All my friends loved it! The guy and the girl working at the bar in the backyard were amazing!

The location of the hotel on Collins was perfect, near restaurants and shopping. There was a pool and a hot tub and beach access. the resort provided chaise lounges and umbrellas at the beach. Loved the free cocktails during happy hour!

I think this is a bit too high ranking, but it is because of the staff!
The rooms are outdated, small, and a bit smelly.
The aircondition works when it want to work.
The beds are small and not very comfortable.
Same with the sunbeds at the pool.
The elevator work when it want to work, and halfway through our stay the poolheater gave up!
But the staff did their best to make us feel good and that is the reason for the score

Wasn't the best hotel that I stayed there on South Beach but it's in a good location. The prices were good for the time that I went. I think the rooms weren't bad. I just didn't care too much for the pool setting and the actual hotel. It's by no means bad but it's not the better ones that I've stayed for a similar price, but I definitely consider it if it's a good price in a budget stay compared to the neighboring ones.

Room was clean, everyone was very nice. Hotel Bar was pricey. We had three cocktails before the party and it was $88.00. (One each - Rum/coke, mojito, Patron shot). (Maybe this is normal for Miami Bch- this was my first time here so not sure if normal/average) Water pressure very poor, I could not wash my hair. Glad we only stayed one night.

The air conditioning was central and very loud, so we didn’t have the option to turn it off in the room. Also the hot water at the bar was 1 dollar. Again, not the tea, just hot water. I never experienced that in other hotels. It was a baby in the room next to mine and for 2 nights in the row I woke up at 4 am because of the baby crying.

When got to the room , I reserved a king size bed (I even paid to have my room up graded) just ended up having to double beds . Crumbs in the bed , big cockroaches in the bathroom, The hot wasn’t hot , told the daytime supervisor, and he told my husband that wasn’t true , and didn’t believe us , had my husband go back to the room to prove the hot water works . Phone didn’t work to call front desk , about issues that was occurring, my husband had to go downstairs to the front desk . Hotel is 0/10

The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very small and the sheets and pillows are equivalent to a motel 6. I know it’s south beach and you can expect a 20% gratuity on everything but what I didn’t appreciate was the asking for an additional time which “only went to them”. The 20% was split between the other staff…I wasn’t born yesterday.

First day, breakfast was slow on taking the order and delivering it.

Next day, room service order of breakfast was zero. Tried to cancel it after an **hour** by email but it bounced back. Unable to reach service they use by phone and the restaurant button on phone didn't work. Had to go downstairs, and was promised that I'd get the refund within 7 days. Should have been instant.

Other than that, nice place, but not being able to get room service within a reasonable time is not acceptable.

Staff was great, hotel was great! People just slamming doors.. uhh wish people knew how to close a door. We wanted to sleep in the days we were there but couldn't due to guests just letting their doors close on their own.
It would be nice if they prioritize guests on the same floor based on their checkout day.

Friendly staff, good location, direct waterfront acces was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee.
But, the main thing that is affecting my rating is that the room is not sound proof, I barely slept. I could hear everything going on outside (hallway + outside). Also, the bathroom was very small, uncomfortable, and tight. I dropped my deodorant in the toilet and had no space for my toiletries in the bathroom. The bed only had one nightstand with acess to a plug. It is a small hotel overall.

This hotel was recommended by a companion of mine.

It's a beautiful hotel! The second you step into the lobby entrance, there is a nice floral fragrance that greets you.

My only take back, is that there is no laundry facility anywhere to wash your clothes.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear people walking just outside your suite as well as someone using the bathroom next door.

I was in a King Suite Ocean View bedroom. And I was able to hear talking, footsteps, and other noises outside in the hallway, and across the other suite.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but there need to be some adjustments with the building.

The king size room/suite was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was both nice and large. The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and very service minded. We had zero poor service experiences in our five day stay. We ate and drank at all the restaurants on site, and enjoyed them. They have a cool spot to hang out outside, with some games, and really great beach access also. The hotel is on the smaller side, smaller footprint, less crowds, was perfect for us. The pool was large, 6’9” at deepest. We visited in September, off season.

The air in our room was not working. Two maintenance men tried to fix it and couldn’t their fix was a rotating fan. It was hot and difficult to sleep. They said keep your shades drawn. We paid for an ocean view. It was our anniversary trip. So, this wasn’t great.
The location is amazing. And the front desk staff were very kind.

Parking was full by the time we checked in and had to park in parking garage, was not happy about this at first but it really worked out fine, took an uber back and the cost was less than the parking would of been at hotel even with short uber ride to parking garage. We are already planning a return.

The hot tub was out of service for our entire stay. Rooms were dated and had signs of use even the suite we had. Pictures deceiving on the ocean front balcony it was a 3x3 concrete slab hanging out the side of the 7th floor felt uneasy it was so small. The staff was excellent they brought us a bottle of bubbly for our honeymoon and the backyard area staff was awesome as well as the pool staff. Pool closed at 8 most of the week and 10 on weekends with the hotel not really having much to do it would of been nice to have a pool open later. The food during happy hour is amazing even tho not many choices very good. Overall nice stay but would of paid more for more at another hotel. Clean property nice staff.

I love that there is beach access with free use of beach chairs and umbrellas. Free drinks from 5-6 pm and happy hour from 6-8 pm. The pool was great and there's another side where you can take fabulous photos in the water. The staff was friendly and responded quickly when a request was made. There are tons of restaurants, pharmacies and bars within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night after our cruise and everything was perfect. Not too far from Port and an easy drive to the airport in the morning. The beach is a right there and they have chairs and umbrellas. The pool area was clean and well maintained. We had lunch by the pool and enjoyed everything! The pool attendant was very nice and helpful. We loved our stay here and we will be back next time we are in Miami.
