The rooms were absolutely awful, rusty bath tub, showers were discusting., needed flip flops in the shower and tub.The picture are not represenative of the rooms at all, the carpets were stained and nasty we.were afraid tto walk on them
. Bed were super uncomfortable and the furniture looked like it came from.a flea market or Surplus store . The staff knocked on the door at 5 minutes til 10 and was beyond rude stating we had 5 minute to get out of the room or be charged another day! Front desk people.were also rude. I woul.advise people to run and never go to this property! The website is false advertising!

The room and hallways were very dirty. The staff on site were unwilling to address issues and said we had to wait until housekeeping came the following day. There were no other rooms avaliable in the area and it was late, so we had to stay in a dirty room. As a mother, I felt terrible. When we needed clean linens, because the duvets in the closet were all dirty, and we needed new towels, the front desk sent us through a dirty run down service hall to talk to house keeping where we had to beg for enough towels for our family bc they have a towel shortage. The view was literally the only nice thing about this stay. The balcony was even filthy. The laundry room jad a door frame with a rusty door frame with metal sticking way out. The furniture was all falling apart. I have never left a negative review, and hate that this was our kids 1st experience in Miami. If we could have found another room, we would never have stayed.

The rooms were dirty and moldy, and the staff was extremely rude. They lied about checking out and tried to charge us extra. They don’t even put a blanket or a comforter on the bed they give you just a flat sheet. The pots and pans in the kitchen are dirty so you can’t use them without cleaning them.
I wouldn’t recommend this to a homeless person.

I spent a lot of money to stay in 7m Dec 23-25. The room was disgusting. We arrive very late and didn’t see the concerns. The next day we saw the pic below. The walls were spackled unpainted walls, mounts of dust, towels with stains, cracked tiles, unfriendly sliding glass doo, stained dirty walls. There was no dish soap, no shelves for soap or shampoo for shower. There was no coffee filter no frying pan a kitchen with minimal utensils. My husband sliced his foot on an exposed nails in the torn carpet. He is now on antibiotics due to an immediate infection. We brought this attention to the front desk and he gave us this ticket with the email to contact you. We were offered to switch a room but we were leaving the next morning. I am expecting

Rented a two bedroom. Not enough towels & washcloths for 5 people. Had to go and pick up our own items from laundry room staff!! The main bedroom does not have a TV!! The balcony door in 10N is extremely hard to open and close. The pool was not very clean and it has a lot of rust stains in the pool. The access door to the boardwalk / beach area did not lock and was open the entire stay. Not safe for guest

The suite was kind of gross - dirty carpeting and bathrooms. Elevators were very slow. I was charged $40 per day for parking. Beach towels were worn and cheap. Service on the beach and pool completely shuts down at 5pm (really early). Deposit won't be returned until 3-7 days (yet was oddly able to take the money immediately). Overall, the location was wonderful but I wouldn't recommend as a place to stay.

We had an amazing view! The room was huge and gorgeous! The one thing I couldn’t deal with was the roaches! They were everywhere in the apartment. The ice machine was not working and the shop didn’t sell ice. Also, the pool should be open a little later. The staff was amazing!

The property was super out dated and old. There was rust on the majority of the light fixtures on the property. The carpet areas was very dirty and old. The service was 0/10. There was no proper customer service you had to return and pick up your own sheets and towels. Had to walk them over to their laundry area. And area where a guest shouldn’t be allowed in normal settings. Had a lot of restrictions that did not make sense and were very inconvenient. Would NEVER go back to this hotel.

Very bad experience. Rooms were dirty with dust. No one cleaned even after request. They told us to pay for cleaning separately and told us to change washroom garbage by ourselves. If we need towel then we need to take dirty onces to downstairs and get new onces. Very bad experience. Stay at this hotel 2 years ago and we enjoyed it, despite recent reviews we decided to stay here again. During check in they told me resort fees were 45.60 per night, I was aware of that and I was happy to pay in Cash. Everyone has to pay that during check in or you cant stay. Hotel is overpriced and fpr what they charge parking should be free, rooms are good size but outdated, nearly all furniture needs fixing or replacing,we took videos and pictures to have proof of everything, we had a kitchen but no kitchen accessories are supplied anymore. Pool towels have to be handed over at 5 pm and pool is open until sunset. Some staff are nice and friendly Stay with family of 5 for 5 nights,during checkout the only oustanding balance was for parking, and receptionist told me it was going to be deducted from the deposit, nothing else was oustanding. 2 days later the charge me $428.00 for parking and resort fees AGAIN, they didnt give me a receipt when I checked in so is my word against them. If you decided to stay with them make sure you ask for receipt. Plenty of hotels nearby with better services.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room size. There were 6 of us in a 2 bed room suite. Beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever been in. The floors in our room were so nasty our socks were black on the bottom. Customer service was awful. The people over the pool/beach towel were the worst. Towels had to be turned in by 5pm but the pool was open till dark. They would not give my 16 year old one even tho he had his little card to get one. There were only a few dozen chairs available by the pool. the others were for a cost starting at $350.00.

Don’t even know where to start about this review. I try to look at the positive all the time but there’s nothing positive I can say about this place, the whole place needs a major renovation, rooms are dirty , carpets in bedrooms are filthy and old, the swimming pool water is dirty and extremely hot at all times, the beach towels look dirty and old . From the moment you enter this place it looks like you went back on time, from the laundry service to the doors, everything was old and dirty. Expedia needs to update pictures on how the rooms and resorts really look. There’s lots of options to stay in Miami . Avoid this place.

Unfortunately, my stay at Saecost Sweet Miami was very disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from check-in. There’s no housekeeping, and even to change towels, you have to go down to the lobby yourself. The apartment had a nice view, but the furniture was old and damaged, the kitchen was empty, and the bathrooms were full of cockroaches. The pool area was dirty, with no nearby services. Definitely not worth the price.

The room was a good size but unfortunately it felt a little run down. Broken kitchen tile which was sharp. Dirty towels, we exchanged them for clean ones and half of them were still dirty. Bathroom shower water pressure was very low. Swimming pool looks very tired.

The check in time was 4pm. Super late if you ask me. That would have been fine except I was asked to place an additional 200 on my card that was placed on hold. I asked for towels and they didn’t have any otherwise I would have been charged an additional 45 for one night. The parking was 40 dollars for the night which is ridiculous. Checking was great !! Easy as I walked into the apartment fantastic then started noticing stuff carpets stained . Tiles stained!! No utinsels. Then no towel exchange

Check in isn’t until 4 and they won’t give you towels prior to you getting a room so you can go to the pool or beach. You only get 2 beach chairs for a family of 6 on the beach which you can only have until 5 so if you only stay 1 night you can forget about going to the pool or beach. We reserved for 1 night before our cruise and 1 night after and it was a mistake. The room was great the first night and so I paid for the same room the second but for a much lesser of a room. There was a tv in the first hotel room in the master bedroom but none in the second room. The remote to the main tv didn’t even work on the second room. Staff was very unfriendly when need g assistance and when asked if we can just have a towel to dry off the answer was no. Check out was st 10 also and pool don’t open until 9 so don’t plan on any water time at this hotel. Do not stay here at this hotel.

The rooms had tons of tiny cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinets. Called the front desk and no-one answers, had to walk to the front desk and when the attendant was told the answer was \"yes we know we are working on that all over the property\". the common areas are also very dirty. I have stayed here in the past and honestly the suites and overall staff have downgraded significantly.

The property is run down. The carpets were stained, beds springy, the couches were filthy and I found a bug in the bathroom. Customer service was poor, for example, to get towels daily, I had to go down to their laundry area, that is bring my dirty towels and swap them for new ones. Unfortunately, our stay was not what I expected. We booked this hotel because they offered breakfast. The restaurant was booked and we couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The only food on premises was triple the cost of a regular meal. When mentioned to the front desk that we chose this hotel because of the breakfast, the staff was extremely rude. No housekeeping at all. There were 5 of us and only 4 towels. No hand towels or wash cloths. Again staff was extremely rude when asked about the towels. I had to bring the towels myseld to the laundry room to get fresh towels. Our first day they had no beach towels till 4:45, despite us walking from the beach back to the hotel to ask for towels, only to be spoken to rudely. The staff was extremely rude. We finally got bracket towels at 4:45 and were barked ordered to return the towels by 5:30. I would not recommend this hotel. The suite was beautiful and comfy, but otherwise was treated very poorly. Staff unapologetically dismissed every question and seemed annoyed at having to answer questions. Do yourself a favor and go else where. We are all very disappointed with this trip.

I like that the property was able to accommodate my party of eight people for sleeping and the space in the apartment. The downside is that they are less willing to provide additional towels for a group of eight. I requested 8 washcloths and from my understanding they were only able to provide 4 due to not being able to access the housekeepping office. The apartment comes with 5 bath towels and I requested an additional 3 bath towels which I did get. There were alarms going off while we were there and I can only assume that was due to the construction on the property and it may have triggered the alarm. According to the front desk, the building is old and has absolutely no heat and the apartment was freezing cold and unacceptable when traveling with eldery and children.

View from our room was the only good thing about this hotel. Everyone was given one tiny pillow, asked for more and they told me they had not one extra to provide.

Worst sleeps of our lives.

Beach chairs were taken away from us before 5pm, sun was out still and very nice.

Room was dirty, garbage left laying on floor in our room. Corners are never vacuumed

Must be 20 layers of paint on the walls, looks terrible .

Front desk was not friendly at all.

For the price we paid, it should have been way better, would never come back.

Location of this property is wonderful. Very accessible to the beach. Reason for lower star is due to the condition of the resort. Pictures are not accurate. Building is very old. We did not have any pots/pans, dish soap, paper towel, etc. Need to purchase everything if you intend on utilizing kitchen, and cooking.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The carpets were so dirty and damaged. One part of the bedroom floor had a significant dip in it like it was going to give out beneath us. The furniture was also scratched up and damaged. And it was supposed to be an “ocean view” but it was a partial ocean view at best. The photos online were incredibly misleading. My family & I are very dissatisfied and disappointed.

The staff was very nice and professional (I loved Amy, Kevin, and Ignacio). The lobby is beautiful, affordable, and in a Great location. Lounge chairs are comfortable, and there are plenty on the beach. Our room was huge, and the terrace faced the beach. They definitely need new couches and better Wi-Fi that connects to the TV. If they ripped out the carpets in the room, it would be a game changer. The room was clean and no bugs. This property has so much potential with a small amount if updates. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is the only reason to charge the amount they do. I've never been snapped at in front of a full lobby just for bringing my rolling luggage in with me. The building is dirty and has holes in the floors and walls. The kitchen only has 4 forks and 4 glasses, even though it says you can have 6 people. Awful.

If you want to be disrespected, taken advantage of feel unsafe, worry about your health, and not valued as a guest… then choose this place! There was mold in our bedroom and bathroom and rust on the vanities and door frames. This was our second time at this resort and sadly will be our last. Kevin at the front desk seem to have forgotten about us and the staff does not talk to each other regarding what guests are requesting and needing, example; toilet paper, clean linens, towels, soap etc. Our room was very dirty, there were stains on our bed sheets and pillows and on the carpet. The two times that I brought up these issues, The staff responded in an almost threatening manner “this may not be the place for you to stay and we can check you out if you would like” this happened within a couple of hours of check-in for our weeklong stay in Florida. This made my family and I feel so vulnerable and unsafe. Do Not Stay Here!

We tried to get towels after 3pm and was told there was no way to get towels. Housekeeping was gone. We had 4 people in our suite and the room had 6 big towels and two face cloths. Tv does not connect to internet, so we couldn't use any of our streaming services. Only option was local channels. We could never get the WiFi password/codes to work on our personal devices. Tried to call front desk, phones in room did not work had to walk to the front desk to ask questions.

I liked that we didn’t have to pay for the beach chairs. The little Market was really out of the way had to go to the next hotel and then through 2 doors it would be great if they had signs to the market but other than that I was good

The room smelt like cooked food. There was scratches on all the furniture and doors. Kitchen area looked like something out of a scary movie. I did not like how there was an extra door in the kitchen area. We moved the fridge in front of it because we were scared someone might be able to get in the door. The parking garage looked sketch.

I was very hesitant to book this place because of the reviews. I’m so glad I did! I stayed here for my bachelorette with 7 other girls. Check in was super easy, workers were nice (reviews said otherwise) and the condo was clean.

The location of the property, the size of the condo, view of the city and being right on the beach was all a plus but the overall structure of the building gets 1 star. It’s a much older building with the rust spots covered by paint, cockroaches in the kitchen and in the dining room area, didn’t have and wash rags to take a bath, no dish towels or rags, cable kept going out and was only able to watch a few cable channels. This place need to be torn down and remodel

This is one of the worst hotels in Miami Collins Avenue. Please don’t go and waste your money, I could not believe what I have had to go through in this hotel. The carpet was absolutely dirty stains on every piece of the carpet not clean. My kids had to wear slippers throughout their room. There was a smell in every single cupboard that you cannot get rid of. There was a broken door in the bathroom and one thing I could not believe that there was live cockroaches running around in the room and on the balcony. Please don’t book this hotel you will truly regret it after. I have pictures to prove everything that I’m saying is true. And if you read the other reviews you can see how many complaints they have been getting and the haven’t even tried to make and Improvement.

The view/location is amazing! Really loved that! Limited service ; like ice only in 1 machine for the entire property and it broke on our 2nd day! The older Hispanic lady in the restaurant was absolutely horrible! Did not want to work and complained the entire time we were there about us being there so we left! Just HORRIBLE! We travel quite a bit and never had an experience like this. For the price it was a good deal. We had a 2 bedroom oceanfront corner unit.

The suit was very clean and spacious, the staff are helpful, but have very ridged rules with the pool/ beach towel return by 6pm.
We have been to the seacoast suits twice and find it very convenient to get around Miami, it is comfortable and feels like home from home, but the kitchen could be a little better equipped for guests that are self catering, ie scissors, messuring jug and baking trays. Overall its a great place to stay for families and groups, having the beach on your doorstep is another plus. We would recommend it.
