We have an amazing room on the ninth floor with a full view of the ocean overlooking the pool. It was really quite spectacular.

I prepaid for a room with a balcony and oceanciew (have a pucture of the reservation) when i got to the hotel they didn't give me a room with a balcony even after showing them the picture and they blamed it on hotela.com. No problem we took the room and they asked for a cresit card for incodentals and charged $2100 on the card. No problem. They next day they added another $3500 on the card and they denied they did it. Had the manager speak with my bank then she apologized and said it will be taken care of. It never happened. When i left i got a receipt that everything was paid. The next day i still had the $3500 on my card and now hthey added anothe r $1800. Today is 48 hrs agter departure, now i got an email saying i did not prepay for the reservation. I just sent them a receipt of the payment. We are dealing either with crooks or incompetent people not sure which ones yet. What a ridiculous experience.

This hotel is perfect! The staff are attentive, friendly and just all around amazing. I loved having an ocean front room, it made my stay even more incredible. The two pools were busy but not crowded. I enjoyed the food options in the hotel and close by. I would love to come back again.

Clean room, nice ocean view. Very courteous staff. Beautiful area, close to everything. Bed was a bit too firm for me and pillows a bit soft but I still managed to sleep well.

Friendly stuff , clean , great location , free trolley takes you all the way to South beach . Most important the very beautiful private beach with white sand and even in February water was clear and not that cold . Highly recommend this hotel.

I have come to Miami 10+ times over the last 15 years and this was one of the most disappointing stays. For such a nice place, the staff was not concerned with any issues that arose for us during our visit. The room we booked was not available for over 24 hours after we arrived. Once we did get into the room that we booked for the rest of the trip, the toilet broke twice. I understand that things happen and are out of someone’s control, but the staff simply did not seem to give a crap. No one apologized. No one offered to comp us a beverage or anything like that. Having maintenance in our room twice during our stay was less than ideal & employees simply did not care.

Service in general was very slow. We sat at restaurants for probably an average of 15 min before anyone even brought us water. The front desk usually had only one employee at it with a large line waiting. Very often there was no one at the front desk at all and we often got no answer when we called from our room. Each time we did speak to someone at the front desk. we had to re-explain our situation – whether it be that we were waiting for the correct room and was it ready yet, or that our toilet had already broken once and was now again not functioning.

Of all of the places I have stayed on Miami Beach this would not be one I would return to. If a friend asked for a recommendation, I would 100% NOT recommend the Cadillac Beach Club. There were some good things about the hotel but the bad outweigh the good

Supervisor day of our check in was rude/condescending. Shower did not work the night of our stay, we could not shower before dinner. No valet or parking on site - I had to park offsite and pay $75. Hotel did their best to help offset the cost but very inconvenient having to walk 2 blocks to drop/pick up car. I requested late check out, least I got that. Elevators take a bit so be patient with them. Other than that - the trip was ok. Do not suggest unfortunately and we were really looking forward to staying with Cadillac.

Run fast, with your credit card. Expedia says its $48 at the hotel, its $150 hold plus $48...then if you are a lucky winning and as The Cadillac explains, because of AI in their system you get an additional $274....then for a bonus round challenge they charge you again for your stay for $376. Oscar told us it was \"just holds\", no Oscar they are officially charges now to my account. Had a 1 night stay, at the hotel less than 24 hours, in total with Expedia and Cadillac, i paid over $1100, when I only owed $500 to just Expedia. Don't give the Cadillac your card!!!

The room was renovated but appeared old around the edges. Not as clean in the corners.The service was minimal.One elevator for staff bringing carts and guests at the same time. Long wait times and crowded all the time. Valet slow- 45 minute wait time, so plan accordingly if you have dinner reservations. Charges for beach umbrella, but towels, beach chairs and bikes included. Food tasty but bar drinks not impressive for the price.

Door to balcony broken.
Construction noise (concrete jack hammer) made outdoor pools unusable.
Broken elevator and no service elevator for tower. In addition to very slow response (often 15-20 minutes), you share the elevator with staff transporting trash and cleaning materials.
Don't make the same mistake we did!

There is a droning sound 24/7 from either a broken AC system on the property or the property next door. Definitely noisier than a regular AC system, made it impossible to open the balcony door, or stay anywhere close to the hotel including pool, beach area or bar - I had to walk 5 minutes away in order not to hear it anymore. They sent me an email to talk about it but never followed up. They also have open trash cans without lids or even just plastic bags in bathrooms, so not suitable for people who get periods. Maybe they want people to flush their products?

We paid premium rates to stay at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection, and the experience was unacceptable.

No housekeeping was provided at all.
The room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, and bedding was not changed, despite multiple phone calls throughout the day and evening. We were repeatedly told someone would come, but no one ever did.

By late night, the bed was still dirty and unusable, and the front desk was often unreachable. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this price level.

Clean bedding and basic housekeeping are minimum expectations, not optional services.

I strongly recommend that customers do NOT book here.

My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel from 12/21-24 in celebration of my 41st Birthday. Our experience was beyond my expectations. You fulfilled my request for both an early check-in and late check-out. Also, the birthday card and desserts were much appreciated! Thank you for the hospitality! I want to especially thank Vuyo at the front desk for her professionalism and the accommodating process during arrival. Brandon at the Lobby bar for his delicious suggestions with the food and drinks. Alejandro at the beach was friendly and super helpful with our needs. Luigi at Donna Mare was phenomenal. The food and ambience was amazing! Overall, I definitely look forward to my return in the near future! Happy holidays to you all!

We booked a room with an ocean view but the view was 90% blocked by a building in front of the view. Also, the room was extremely small (like New York City size) - no where to put suitcases - and the shower became dangerously hot if the sink was used at the same time.

I booked my stay at the Cadillac Hotel months in advance and paid a premium rate for an Ocean View room because it was a birthday surprise for my wife. The view was the most important part of the experience.

Unfortunately, due to a delayed flight, we arrived around 9 PM and were given a low-floor room where the ocean was almost completely blocked by palm trees. This was not the ocean view I paid for or promised. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told all higher floors were already occupied.

A guest should not lose the room category they reserved and paid extra for simply because their flight was delayed—something completely outside their control. It was especially disappointing because I wanted to give my wife a beautiful, special birthday stay with a spectacular view, and instead the experience fell short.

The hotel itself is nice, but this situation really affected our trip. I hope management improves how they handle room assignments, especially for guests who book early and pay for specific room categories.

Our stay at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection was absolutely wonderful! I would especially like to recognize the amazing staff — one young woman named Hannah and another name might have been Natasha.
They went above and beyond to make sure my mom had an unforgettable time! ❤️ It was her 70th birthday trip, and they surprised her with a card written in Polish, a beautiful cake delivered to the room, and Prosecco. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and attention to detail.

My mom was blown away and said she felt truly special. Thank you, Cadillac Hotel team, for making her birthday celebration so memorable ❤️ — you turned a nice trip into a precious memory! 😍

The ocean view was not as clear as i would have liked it to be, but it wasn't bad either, beautiful palm trees helped the view to be not so bad, the hotel was very clean, the hospitality was awesome, from the front desk to the valet, the rooms dont have refrigerators, but you can request one, as well as a microwave. The only problem i had was they ignored the do not disturb, I had the dont disturb light on and when we came back they had put two childrens beach bags in the room, it was the last day but we hadn't checked out yet.when it was told to the front desk during checkout they said that they would talk to them about it, but who knows what they did about it . But overall its a beautiful hotel, I would stay there again.

The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it. It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but would have taken my money elsewhere had i known.

I should start and say the staff are great BUT they work with what they have.
I had to call 3 time to fix the AC - 4th time i asked and approved to move a room.
The shower head is old and not well because of fur (both rooms).

November 23, 2023 - November 30, 2023, the whether was nice, coming from New York, but they haven’t payed me back my credit card hold yet, around 3,000$ yes, i know, i just remembered too, I emailed them and they refuse to look into it. Just a heads up.

The check I process was easy and they got us in an upgraded room quickly. Loved there were two pools. Staff was attentive but not overly. Lots of places for shade. Beach was so easy to access. Elevators were very busy around breakfast. Ice maker was broken but they delivered ice to the room. Comfortable bed. Loud kids in the hallway just one morning (didn't love that. It was busy with kids compared to other places in Miami I've stayed at). Hot but small shower. On site breakfast was awesome!

Very nice location pretty much clean, but the customer service there is horrible. Front desk attendance are not polite at all. Got there at 4 o’clock at the check-in time and was told I couldn’t check in until after four because it’s only the process that starts at four. Not 100% sure what that means but the gentleman was very rude about it. Sat in the lobby till 5 o’clock because the rooms weren’t ready.
