The pool closed at 7… everyday. I would have liked to enjoy a later swim. Other than that the beach view and room in the Sorrento tower was amazing.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. While the food and some of the amenities were a bit pricey, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and overall it was a great experience. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Terrible experience, everything is overly expensive, nothing complementary like water, toiletries, no coffee machine, no fridge, outdated shower, big resort taxes and everything is 20% service charge automatically, no pool with a bar, no music or dj by the pool , no activities by the pool. The beach and the ocean water full of alges, so practically unusable. Defenetly not a high end hotel.

The Tresor tower is nice with beautiful views, but the elevator situation was an absolutely disaster. One time the line was so long that I took the stairs to the 33rd floor. Also, the Valet was terrible. Seemed like everyone working there was first day on the job.

Property is to big and service was not good. Rooms were nice size and clean with nice view. Not enough restaurants on the Property with reasonable price.
Did have dinner at Prime 54 steak house at chefs table which was really good and would recommend it. Service also was excellent at Prime 54.
Drinks were watered down and expensive at poolside.

There was so many additional changes. Over 60 dollars a day just for staying there. At the end of our trip we had almost 300 dollars due for hotel fees and taxes per day. I would never stay here again. Pool closes at 7pm and can’t get towels on the beach till after 10 am. Not a place I would recommend to any friends.

Vallet Service is horrible. Regardless of the time day it takes anywhere from. 30-45 minutes to get the vehicle back.

Parking Charges and food items, including water bottles, are unreasonable priced high compared to any five star property around that area.

Not seeing a basic coffee machine in the room, was a sheer disappointment.

Second time staying here for a girls trip. If you have more than two girls staying in the room, just be mindful that the bathroom is definitely on the smaller side. Pool is great.

I stayd in this beautiful hotel for four days. The property is excellent with clean rooms and great staff. I had an amazing view from my balcony half ocean and half city view. Pool was great with the coolest bar and delicious coctails. I will definitely go there again

Horrible. Every single item or experience is an extra fee or heavily monitored, effectively killing any relaxing vibe you might want for the high, \"luxury\" price you pay. This is a tourist trap extraordinaire. It made me feel like I was paying to be in a place trying to extract from me, not serve me. And yes, I did complain twice to the front staff about these issues - to stony faces and lame excuses that were canned and code for \"we don't care.\" The resort fee is $60/day (which is not made clear on Orbitz, where I booked it), yet when I went in February the pool and all outdoor facilities - which is what the resort fee pays for - closed at 6pm. We were told it closes at \"sundown,\" even though they clearly have outdoor lights for the whole outside facility. Want to swim in the evening or night? Nope. And if you dare to be in the pool at 6:01, there were six staff for every one guest to tell you to get out. You have to wear an armband everywhere you go. There is no coffee in the connected by long walks) to their coffee in the room. You can pay $10 for a cup of coffee at their coffee shop. But don’t try to drink it by the pool. Those seats and lounges require you to pay a fee, even in February when there was NO ONE there. If you don't want to pay, you can find a free lounge on the outer fringes. And if you try to sit without paying, there are staff to tell you to move immediately.

The hotel is okay there is a lot of variation in room types. We paid extra for a balcony and unfortunately the balcony rooms in the Versaille tower were over the convention center so the air conditioners were extremely loud. There are ashtrays on the balcony and the next door neighbors were smoking which made, this made the balcony useless to us. The ashtray on our balcony had cigarette butts in it when we checked in.
Anything you purchase at the hotel is extremely expensive and has an added 20% charge. The pools and gym are very nice. Food quality is very good but is expensive.

The Fontainebleau Miami has it all! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and features amazing swimming pools, spa, shopping and restaurants. The food and drinks are great! The rooms are good and feature stunning views in the ocean view rooms. We come here every year for a reason: it’s simply the best!

At check in I was told I had an upgraded room because I was an Expedia VIP. Do not take the upgrade. The tower they put you in is dirty.
My room didn’t have a garbage bin, which may sound front thing of where you put the garbage instead. I called ask the maid they never brought one so I kept putting it on the bathroom floor. My iron was also broken. Someone was making constantly because it was coming through my vents. It’s too bad because the rest of the hotel is so upscale. It’s almost funny that you walk into this beautiful place and you have a room like a dirty motel.

At checkout I told them about my experience and they just brushed it off. And didn’t even consider offering me any type of compensation a lunch anything. Nope. Just more fees as I checked out. I had 4 rooms booked. We will NEVER stay here again. If you do stay here do not stay in the upgraded Tresor side.

I stayed at the Versailles and overall had a great experience. The staff were helpful and the property itself is beautiful. My room on the ninth floor had an amazing view of the water, with beautiful homes and yachts nearby.

The only downside was that Club LIV is located in the hotel. I stayed during a Sexyy Red concert, and when the event ended around 4:00 AM, the lobby was packed with drunk partygoers. It felt uncomfortable walking through the crowd to get to my Uber. I also didn't see any security, and there was only one front desk employee who seemed overwhelmed by guests asking about rides and food deliveries.

Other than that, the hotel was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay.

They lost my $200 Sephora package…. Concierge was not helpful at all and they essentially said too bad as if it’s a motel 6.
We’ve stayed there for my birthday the past 2 years and we have at least 5 other couples booking rooms with us. It’s very frustrating. I don’t think I’ll stay here again or recommend it to my friends.

I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful.

Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression.

I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation.

The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive.

Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned.

While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again.

The hotel was really nice, however we had people in their early twenties in the room next to us. They played their music really loudly all ours of the night. Stopped at 11 and then they came back at 3am and started playing their music loudly again until about 6am. They hopped on to our deck to take the chairs. We called guest services and they did nothing about it. We were only there for one night before our cruise. If we stayed any longer, we would have asked for a different room.

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. When we were about to check in a front desk staff by Anil helped us get a free upgrade. I had originally booked a Jr Suite in Sorrento tower partial view of ocean and Anil upgraded us to full ocean view suite. Overall staff is great, property is extremely clean

My only issue was with the wristbands system during weekends. Instead of keeping these wristbands handy by the pool entrances to make it convenient for hotel guests they make you go all the way to front desk to get these wristbands which is so inconvenient. Secondly you have to preserve these wristbands (which no one told us) and if you lose it and want to access the pool is 50$ per person but the front desk staff was very accommodating and waived us the fee but I would appreciate if this information is told beforehand to guests that they need to preserve their wristbands

Overall we had an excellent stay here and they private beach access is so convenient and the beach staff is great too. We will come back here next time we’re in Miami

My room was not as clean as I would have wanted it. There were crumbs under the sides of the bed, and there was hair in the shower drain and bathroom. I ordered coffee in the morning which took an hour. When I told the delivery person that I wanted milk, he told me that Americanos do not get milk. If I requested milk I’d like to receive it and not get rebuked by the delivery person. When I went on the balcony my room overlooked the air conditioning units/mechanical equipment. Unpleasant. I only stayed here because it was less expensive than other hotels but I definitely would not stay here again even though I really like their property in Las Vegas. This is not of the same caliber.

Overall experience was great! However, they need to fire the current house keeping. They’re lazy and you walk into a dirty room with stains and hair everywhere . Thank God they upgraded me to a one bedroom suite which made me give them a 5 star. There were dozens of people complaining of dirty rooms. Fire management if they cannot hire quality housekeepers.

Great property, its just massive and easy to get lost. Staff are helpful but won't go out of there way to ask you if you need help. Generally, if the hotel has space, they will upgrade your room for free.

Be wary of \"Ocean View\" Rooms, my room barely had a view of the ocean. Also, everything is super expensive. Room service was overpriced and the quality was just okay. The minibar is automatic which is pretty cool but a bottle of water is $12!

Overall, an iconic property. It can get loud at night with LIV Nightclub being in the hotel's lobby but definitely recommend staying at Fontainebleau Miami at least once.

The pools are beautiful and I loved our location. We had the ocean right in front of us with lounge chairs and shade accommodations. The staff was excellent!! We loved the variety of restaurants to dine in. They had bikes on site for us to use. The gym was a bit tight, but lots of cardio machines overlooking the ocean and pools. This resort had everything we were looking for. We did upgrade to the Sorrento tower and it was beautiful and so clean. The staff was always available to help us. The one issue we did have is that the jacuzzi tub never got warm in our room, The water was always cold, so we couldn't use it. I was glad that the suite included a refrigerator, even though the ice maker in it didn't work. But the staff was very efficient in getting us ice when we needed it. I would definitely go again. My husband wants to make it an annual trip.

We had a great stay at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has that classic Miami luxury feel the second you walk in. The lobby, pools, restaurants, and beach area all feel high-end and well maintained.

Our room was very nice, comfortable, and had a great view. The location is excellent if you want to enjoy Miami Beach without being right in the middle of the craziness of South Beach, but still close enough to get there by Uber.

The pool area is one of the best parts of the hotel. Lots of energy, great music, and a fun Miami vibe. The beach access is also very convenient. Having restaurants, bars, and LIV nightclub right inside the hotel makes it easy to have a full night out without leaving the property.

Food and drinks are definitely expensive, but that is expected at a luxury Miami Beach resort. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend Fontainebleau if you want a fun, upscale Miami stay with everything in one place.

The hotel itself is very elegant. However, there were many things you weren't notified of before the visit including a security deposit which ranged between $500 and $1000 depending on the length of stay and upon check in the front desk clerk failed to tell of us of including our credit card for the deposit and we were locked out of our room on the third day and actually checked out of the hotel, the pool area and poolside bars close at sundown and nobody is allowed to congregate near the pools after that time, the availability of poolside or beach side chairs is very limited and not ample enough for the amount of guests, you are not allowed to carry beach towels back into the hotel, the car valet service is average at best and we waited over 30 minutes on several occasions for our vehicle which altered our schedules, the room key was not validated for late departure and we had to return to the front desk to do so after being locked out of the room, and last but certainly not least the fees for everything from a bottle of water and food to the price for valet parking ($80 per night) is inconceivable for a family to visit Miami Beach. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area that offer better services and I doubt we will ever return to Fontainebleau based on our experience. Otherwise, the beach and weather were excellent.

I've been vacationing at the Fontainebleau for the past 20 years. Twice already this year and coming back in September (2026).Its the best hotel in Miami. Fontainebleau is getting ridiculous with certain prices and taxing but I love it there🤗🙏
