The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend.

Staff is uninterested in its customers. Multiple employees dont even acknowledge you as customers but would rather sit in their backroom and drink their little expresso's. No toiler paper after a couple days. Batteries in the remote were dead for the whole stay even though we reported it twice. They said it was fixed twice. Lol
Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them.
Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c.
Beds were just above uncomfortable.
No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries.
Other then that some people may enjoy it??

I stayed in the second building, so i had to walk from the first after check in, there is parking close across the street from the second building, however i was on foot and had to walk from the first at 5am in the morning not ideal, but i wasnt aware. The room itself was spotless, separate dinning area and kitchen, large clean room and a very quiet area. I can't fault the room or facilities everything in that regard was perfect. The pool doesn't have much room around it, but this is clear in the pictures, however they do have sunbeds and theyve made the most of the little room they have. My flight was 8 hours delayed and the hotel were very accommodating given my arrival time ended up being the next day. I would recommend emailing them rather than messaging via contact tab on here tho.

The main property was a bit run down. Pool was being repaired. No luggage storage or early check in. When finally was checked in was advised I was booked into 'sister' property down the street. After a short walk we reached the sister property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was in a better state then the main property. Rooms were great.. full kitchen, living, dining very spacious, clean, with all amenities. Pool was operable and clean. Had I been assigned to the main property my review would have been entirely different.

Pool was closed the whole time for my stay. Room wasn’t very clean. Floors were filthy. Some of the staff was very rude especially the Gentleman who cleans the walk ways outside your door. We had our beach towels and water shoes sitting outside our door to dry he took them. When I asked what happened to them he started yelling at me telling me to go to front office. He also did it to another couple. After a hour the front desk finally located it and gave it back after taking to him. For those reasons I will never return.

Booked this property specifically for the location and beach access across the street, but after arriving at the hotel, and paying for parking, we were told our room was at a \"sister property\" 0.7 miles away and that we’d have to drive to it. 0.7 miles in Miami Beach is a totally different neighborhood. That completely changes the stay: location is everything, and the sister property is not convenient access to the beach, we had to return to the parking by the actual location and fight for parking to enjoy the beach the next day. No advance notice, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. Would not stay again.

The hotel was renovated in 2017 and it shows. Rooms are way smaller and more beat up than pictures show. Our room door had an 1/2 inch gap all around that you could see through. Our bathroom had moldy tiles and ceiling, as well as a leaky faucet that was audible all night. When we talked to management, they tried unsuccessfully to fix the faucet. We were supposed to get new towels and garbage emptied daily. When we asked, we were told to bring towels to the office to exchange and we could change garbage ourselves. On day 3 the pool was drained and loud construction started on it at 8am without notice. The hotel was rough and I would not recommend staying here. The office people were super nice but can’t make up for an uncomfortable stay.

The hotel is super cute. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful and the location is absolutely perfect, near the beach, a boardwalk and a million restaurants. We stayed after a cruise - the taxi from the cruise terminal was $80 just for reference. But I took a bus from the hotel to the airport which took about an hour and cost a whole $2.25. I will definitely stay here again.

Bed had a large depression in it. Felt like I was rolling down hill. The room had 2 bathrooms, neither room had toilet paper in it. Had to go to the office to get A ROLL. Finally when washing my hands I found manscaping ball trimmer behind the sink bowl. I wish I could include photos.

The room linens & room 'amenities' were lacking -

Room only had 1 bath towel and a bath mat initially; no other linens. Asked for more bath towels, for hand towels, and washcloths; was provided with another bath towel and washcloths but was told they didn't have hand towels, which was strange.
Bed did not have a proper comforter (just a flat sheet, fuzzy blanket, and then another flat sheet on top of that) and also had another flat sheet to cover the mattress.
No extra toilet paper rolls were in the bathrooms - had to go to front desk to ask.
Fridge did not work.

The staff was wonderful from the beginning! Only issue was having to travel to another location for our suite with our luggage and no car. Once in our suite, everything was clean and nice! No hairdryer though and the safe wasn’t working. Everything else was fine.

Ill start with the good:
- Spacious room with basic kitchen utensils.
- Location was nice and convenient with a Publix, Walgreens, nice dining options and the beach close by
Now the bad:
- The room just feels a little grimy and old. It badly needed an upgrade
- There were a few small (baby?) cockroaches throughout my stay. I was overly paranoid so i actually got spray myself and use it. It was only the 3, so i wouldn't quite call it an infestation.
- Calling the front desk is very hit or miss and since they have 2 properties about 15min walk from the other, if you stay at the one without the front-desk it could be a while
- WIFI is very slow and direct tv went in and out alot

I do NOT recommend this hotel at all!! No where are you told park across the street in a pay lot. YES! you have to pay to park from 8am to 11pm everyday
I never saw that information located on their website or on hotels.com anywhere. Also, on day 3 of my stay I put the Do Not Disturb sign out on my d oor before i left for the day. When I got back to the hotel a few hours later, someone had been in my room. They had been through my things and had taken a USB cord and plug. The USB cord was plugged into a USB tower and went through a bag that was sitting in a chair and got the plug.i wnt to the front desk to complain and i was told to go.back upstairs , get some water and sit down. I was so mad I could not see straight. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

The hotel was horrible. The room smelled disgusting and the odor was overwhelming from the moment I walked in. It was clear the room was not properly cleaned or maintained.

I complained to the front desk immediately about the terrible smell, but nothing was done. No one came to inspect the room, no cleaning was provided, and no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer another room.

Staying in a room that smells this bad is unacceptable, especially when the staff is notified and chooses to do nothing. This experience fell far below basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.

I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

The room was very clean, plenty of space to relax. The AC worked well. There were no face clothes, and while the shower worked well, it took a minute to figure out the temperature. There was no ice on site which was just an inconvenience, but the front desk pointed us to one we could access nearby. The location was perfect and while we did not require much, the front desk was friendly and helpful.

During our stay our room key stopped working late at night. By chance, I was able to use the other room key from my reservation. I jokingly said, \"I wonder what other doors it would open\" and was completely shocked when it opened two other rooms beside ours, which is completely unacceptable and a clear safety and security concern.
Both rooms also had major issues: the TV in the first room only had one working channel, and the TV in the second room was broken entirely an upon entering the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like bleach and mold.
After a long drive and having to walk about half a mile from the original location to the second hotel location (you check in at one spot and the your room is actually half a mile away from the location shared on the site), we attempted to call the office twice for assistance, but no one answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail.
At checkout, we were told to contact Expedia. Since then, customer service has failed to follow up by phone and continues to send repetitive, generic emails claiming the case was reviewed while ignoring the actual issues.
This was not the hotel or experience I originally planned, and the lack of accountability afterward has been just as disappointing as the stay itself. I would not recommend this property based on both safety concerns and poor customer service.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was a strong smell of mold/mildew. The same strong smell was in our room. They offered us a different room and the smell was just as bad. The front desk suggested we “keep the ac fan on” to mask the smell. We decided to cancel our booking because the mold smell was too strong and felt hazardous for my baby to breathe. They refused to give any refunds. It would be a nice hotel if they fixed the mold problem.

The room was somewhat dirty upon arrival, but given the price, I did not have high expectations. I have stayed at this property before and previously found it acceptable.

On the second day of my stay, I discovered cockroaches in the shower and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member appeared unconcerned. I informed her that I am pregnant and expressed my concerns. I was told that someone would come to clean the room and that I could move rooms the following day. Neither of those things occurred.

When I followed up the next day, I was told there was no record of my complaint. At that point, I chose to remain in the room, as it was clear this was a larger hotel issue rather than an isolated room problem. Over the following days, I continued to find cockroaches—first in the kitchen sink, and on the final day, surrounding my luggage, which I had intentionally placed off the floor.

Since returning home, I have been extremely concerned about potentially bringing cockroaches back with me and have taken extensive precautions as a result. This is a property my family and I had planned to use regularly when visiting my sister, but we will not be returning. While I understand that cockroaches can be an issue in South Florida, the lack of concern, documentation, and follow-through by management and staff was disturbing and unacceptable.

Towel dirty and torn up stains on sheets. Elevator’s didn’t work they changed my room 3 times and still ended up with a room with no hot water. The front desk staff was rude on a FaceTime call with his friend while checking people in and out. They refused to refund me for my stay or even refund the day I checked out but the refused. Poor service on both ends. Expedia refused to refund or handle the matter.

Room was nice. Spacious and clean. No tv . Some kind of fecal matter in the pool. Actual room was a mile away from the address I took an uber to from the airport was led to believe I’d be staying at , was told it was only an 8 min walk ..
The day of my departure I was locked out of my room 2 hours before checkout .. ( key card was turned off ). All my money ,cell phone and belongings locked inside .. no way to call for help or assistance. Not too happy ..

There are not enough furnishings. there are no wash clothes, hand towels, glasses, extra toilet paper, paper towels, or blankets. If you are going to charge a \"resort fee\" where the only amenity is a swimming pool, you need to provide basics. there were 2 each of the eating utensils.

When I arrived there was a note to check in at another location... which was a 7 minute walk away, only to be advised that i would be staying at another property which was 15 minute walk away. Property was clean and as described however the location at the one i landed at was not one that i would have chosen.

This was one of the most disorganized and unprofessional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel operates under three different locations, but nowhere in the booking process did it say that check-in and the actual stay were at different places.ONLY the day of check in we were informed of this when it was too late. We arrived at the hotel we booked, only to be told by a lone worker that this wasn’t the right location. He then sent us somewhere else, where we were again told this wasn’t where we’d be staying. We were dragged back and forth, lugging heavy bags around the city with no proper directions or assistance.

To make things worse, there were no workers on-site at the final location—not even security. At night, we tried to sleep, but two women by the pool were drinking, smoking in a non-smoking area, and laughing loudly. We called the hotel, and the only worker (who was at a completely different location) said there was no staff available to check the situation and when we made a complaint regarding the problem they told us they will call 911 for any issues.... and mind you during the day when we called, they did not answer the phone. What kind of hotel has no security or staff on-site to ensure safety?

We spend and excellent time at watergates, the location is super near to the beach and have restaurants and a supermarket nearby .
The rooms are huge and nice.
You can found parking nearby just for $1 per hour and free from 11pm-8am for free in the public parking lot.
Excellent place to stay and feel the miami vibes
