The property was nice , but I had an issue with there not being an ice machine or microwave on every floor , it was a very small microwave. I had to call the front desk multiple times for different things.

I enjoyed my stay each time at the Serena Hotel in Adventura. My room was nice and spacious.

The bathroom was nice full of light, and the shower is a good size. My room was very clean and neat and it met my needs.

I enjoyed the shopping nearby and the Original Pancake House.
I cannot wait to return and stay here again.

Always welcoming cheerful staff. Arrived early from train before check in, they offered to store my suitcases until check in time and when our room was ready. That was a hugh help! My adult son has special needs, when we would return from an outing to the lobby the front desk personnel would make a fuss about his \"different ballcaps\" he wears different one each trip... it made him feel great! Very clean, \"homey\" feel to our suite, easy to make meals kitchette, etc. We have stayed here before, and will continue to be our \" go to \" hotel in Miami. Thank you.

My room was nice and clean had the King Room with enough space.
The bathroom is a nice size as well.

Everyone is so nice at the Serena Hotel. Mateo, Ivan at the front desk, the lady that cleaned my room was nice, she even helped me with my luggage.
The bar/restaurant staff were nice as well. I ordered the Penne Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and grilled salmon, it was good and filling.

I enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

Great property & amenities! Clean!!! Area has some shops walking distance, but industrial with some nearby abandoned sketchy properties. Staff were great! Stood to be close to an event in Miami Gardens. Only complaint is they need to refresh their pillows! Pillows were pretty flat.

Place is decent. It’s blocks from walking to a target. Not family friendly though, we got there on a Sunday and went up to have dinner and there was a huge loud party going on, couldn’t use the pool for our little one because of it.

Clean room, nice property. There's a $50 per day hold placed on your account. If you drive the parking garage is $32 +tax each night you park. There's no free parking close by. The mall is 1 mile up the road.

The pool area was very clean and welcoming when we were there. I enjoyed that the pool was covered from above, yet outside. It was a wonderful warm, temperature. My husband and I were there for 3 nights and didn't see many people using the pool during our stay (probably because the weather was rainy and on the cooler side but we enjoyed it and felt like we had our own personal pool). Nice lounging area, too, if wanted to lay in the sun.

The hotel was very nice. My wife and I both enjoyed it.
What made this visit very special was Miguel, the front desk manager when I arrived. He was both professional and warm, and was able to accommodate some needs that I had. When I return to Aventura on another trip, I will stay at the Serena and it will bevery largely due to my \"loyalty\" to Miguel

The room was excellent and so was the room service.
What really hurt the stay is that we had to pay $32 for overnight parking at the hotel and also when we booked the hotel through Expedia we were told that it included breakfast and in the end it turned out that we get a credit to eat in the restaurant that the difficulty is enough for a dish that is really satisfying

The room was spotless when we arrived. Very clean and nice in a good and safe location. The only issue we had was that we were cold as the weather was unseasonably cold. I called the front desk to ask about the heat and was told the hotel had no heat. They offered to bring blankets, etc. which we did not need because we were leaving that morning. Sometimes in Florida you do need heat. Other than that issue the place was very nice.

The hotel itself was nice and well maintained, and the bar was a definite highlight. Julio at the bar was excellent, friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience better. The food was quite tasty.
Unfortunately, the surrounding area wasn’t what we expected and made us uncomfortable enough that we chose to check out after the first night. The hotel also felt a little pricey compared to other options that were on the beach and closer to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Overall, it wasn't a typical Hilton experience but it was good enough for the night.
Overall, a pleasant property with great bar service and good food, but the location, limited dining options, and value didn’t quite justify the cost. Three stars.

We did not eat at the hotel. Room was clean, but could use a deep clean in the bathroom. Coffee maker was dirty, couldn't make hot water for tea. Staff was nice, but could have explained the parking garage a little cleaner. Parking garage was a major challenge in and out especially with a larger vehicle. Almost impossible. Overall, we will definitely stay there again.

This Hotel was beautiful. I loved my entire stay. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I will definitely recommend 10/10. It was nice to see families enjoying the property as a solo guest. I did not feel unsafe or vulnerable as a solo traveler. This hotel is located in a great place, minutes away from mostly anything. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with a modern and retro vibe. The breakfast was Delicious and the pricing was great on food/beverage. The pool was gorgeous as well as the view.

She really went above and beyond, helped us with all our packages that were shipped to the hotel and just overall made the stay great as she was always so friendly. Rooms are nice, modern and clean which is very important to us. This is our second time staying here and we will be back in March.

Clean room, staff and amenities. They were very accommodating. I'm from another country and my husband is in a wheelchair. I don't have a wheelchair parking tag, but the staff still gave me the parking for free, and they assisted where they could. I like the room we stayed in because it has a separate kitchenette and dining area and a good size room to move around with him in the chair. It's my 2nd time staying there and I really like it.
